          Pros: Adjustments according to requirements. Friendly owner ready to accept questions. Cons: Problem in Kashmir with curfew always. Never felt safe. No prepaid works which was not informed earlier. Change in house boat without any information or notification. Charged even for the welcome drink on the house boat. No candle light dinner arranged. Overall a trip started well but ended very badly. A honeymoon spoilt by the trip arranger.

          we had an opportunity to travel with classic holidays for 2 trips booking id #7888795 [ for me and my spouse ] booking id # 7900717 [ for my parents ] our trip was very excellent as we had Mr vasim [ driver ] he was very much helpful. he took us to every place and also to the place which was not in our itinerary. he always said yes to everything, and was very friendly. what ever we asked him he was always cooperative. his language & hospitality is much appreciate. so we had a great time with him, and we strongly recommend him. but in my parents trip driver Mr Mohin was not at all helpful. he refused for many things. my parents are senior citizen so they could not go to certain tourist points. so they asked driver to take them to shopping market, which was just 1km from hotel. but Mr mohin refused. I made 4 calls to Rabia [ classic holidays ] then my mother called to Rabia. they wasted 1 hour in this. Mr mohin was totally a negative approach. this is just 1 incident. other things also spoiled the trip. All because of Mr mohin. So if you get Mr vasim as your driver with classic holidays you should book it. but if Mr mohin never do it.

          Everything is good except the houseboat experience. First of all I think we have been agreed for flower houseboat but we have been provided new flower houseboat, I believe both the different and the food was really not good.

          The food at the hotels was just fine, not as per expectations. The last day was at houseboat which was was way brlow the expectations. The houseboat did not have working TV, wifi etc. The cab was good but the driver did not take us to any other local sight seeing places on the way to Gulmarg, Sonmarg and Pahalgam. The cab only dropped us at the taxi stand and we had to manage our own local sight seeing.

          Overall it was a good experience. The cab and the driver (tanveer) was very helpful ,polite and punctual . Also the breezy travel agent (rifat) was quick in responding and resolving queries. One thing i did not like is the food of golden bees hotel otherwise everything was good. Best thing was the houseboat in dal lake, mini Switzerland and betaab valley in pahalgam and gondola in gulmarg.
