Had added Candle light dinner, cake and saffron milk in the package but only a small piece of cake was delivered on house boat.         Dear team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention the unfortunate experience I had with our travel consultant, Kibra from Zippgo travels. Despite having a positive previous experience with Travel Triangle, this time I encountered several issues. Kibra made commitments and provided services that were different from what was initially agreed upon. Despite our requests for detailed information and assurances during the payment process, she assured us that everything would be taken care of. However, during the trip, these commitments were not fulfilled, and when we tried to address the issue, she blocked our contact numbers and stopped responding. I believe it is essential to address this matter and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate action against Kibra.         I liked the Gulmarg hotel the most, then the Srinagar hotel and then others. Given th weather (Nov month) I think Boathouse can be skipped. I would say trip coordinator - ABEEHA ji from Trek De Kashmir is a fantastic lady. She provided accurate and detailed inputs on all aspects. She was available from the time of booking till the end of trip. Most importantly she managed to get us passes for phase 2 of Gandola / Cable Car in Gulmarg, which was the only reason we could experience snow during our trip. Overall she managed to provide a really seamless experience.

        Food vegetarian at Srinagar first day was good..rest other need improvements..Cab driver was ok but left unattended at Anarkali house boat abandoned. om parking .We lost 1 hour clueless..Food at all places need to have better cooked .. Overall tour was average..Cab service and food are not uptothe satisfactions..There was foul smell outside hotel at pahalgaon..

        Thank you travel triangle and touriz holidays for making our trip memorable and overall experience was superb. But please provide information regarding any festival and yatra to passengers before planning for a trip.Because there was too much traffic problem due to yatra and around dal lake which left us exhausted at the end of the trip. Also try to provide better veg food to the travellers because in Pahalgam and Srinagar proper (breakfast , dinner)and tasty veg food was not available for vegetarians. Privacy of couple was also an issue as the curtains in rooms and bathrooms were somewhat transparent in Home 2 and Divine In and too much noise was there as our rooms were in front.         Everything was good,just couple things I would like to say tell your customers in details that they will be charged for all transportation after going to main places because that cost me extra 15000 and the other thing I would like you guys to improve is that give hotels near main places where we are going instead of keeping it 4-5 kms far from there. That's the only reason I have given 4 rating

        Trip was well organised and didn't face any issue w.r.t booking, confirmation or timings. All hotels except for Yemberzal were quite good. Yemberzal requires lot more maintenance,.staff was good though. I expected more of a pro-active reach outs from travel agent (for a touch base/feedback in between), but that didn't happen. Overall, it was good.

        I took a 6 days 5 nights package with them from 19th to 24th nov for 39k. Kashmir as a whole was a breathtaking experience and you will be mesmerised by the beauty it holds. Positive from the trip: 1) We got a new driver Showkat from day 3, he was super helpful, understanding and guided us in best possible ways which helped us in saving lot of money during activities like slege, skiing, snow bike in gulmarg and pony ride in pahalgam. His guidance helped us in making our trip memorable. 2) House boat Stay in Akbar heritage in nigeen lake was really good. 3) In absence of our initial Travel agent Rabiya, Afreen supported us and was understanding and helped me in organising birthday celebrations for my wife in house boat. Negatives: 1) Even after initial request from Travel agent Rabiya to provide a good driver, we were provided a horrible driver Irfan for initial 2 days who spoiled our experience for first 2 days. He was very rude,always on phone while driving and was always in a hurry to get back to his home. He misguided us in many places which led us miss few of our visit points in our itinerary. 2) Our hotel for Gulmarg stay was Hotel Marina that is remotely located in Drung which is almost 16 kms away from Gulmarg 3) Our hotel for Pahalgam was Hotel Green Orchid is in movera which is also 15kms away from main pahalgam. Overall if I remove the first 2 days of my trip which were spoiled by driver Irfan it was a wonderful trip. Suggestions to travel agent: Kindly communicate clearly to the customer about the hotels that you are providing in gulmarg and phalgam as these are very far away from the actual place.
