    Your Kashmir family tour commences with your arrival in Katra. From Katra hotel, our representative will take you to Pahalgam. On the way enjoy the views from Patnitop Upon arrival in Pahalgam, check-in to the hotel. You can spend the evening at leisure. You can visit Mamleshwar Temple, Tulian Lake or Sheshnag Lake.                         We had a worst experience with amazing India routes. We were told that hotels are 4 star but was given 1 star or 2 star. Hotel in gulmarg dining area stinks. Hotel in pahalgam was even worst(Woods resort) it is a old building with no safety at all. See the view from hotel as attached here. Hotel in Srinagar was better but I had book my hotel seperately as I didn't want to stay there. Travel company has no idea about requirements. They totally messed it up on my anniversary.

                        Firstly big thanks to Numaira, Jan bhai and Saleem bhai (our driver) for planning our trip and making it memorable. Everything was great in terms of service from them. The only bad thing about our trip was the hotel stay in Gulmarg (which was actually not Gulmarg). It was disappointing as the room was very small with no electricity for most part of the day. Also, I would advise to stay in Gulmarg hotel even if you have to pay extra because you will save a lot more by avoiding the horse rides.

                        About the Gandola booking was not informed well in advance. No communication through phone was made by travel triangle About feedback of travel agent. Local sightseeing by horses and local taxi at Gulmarg and Sonamarg were charged very high. No proper guidance and help was given by the travel agent Stay at Gulmarg

                        We had a good trip, travel agent was prompt and checked on us every day. Hotel Milan, Srinagar - very bad service and rude staff. They were not equipped to handle the holiday rush. Hotel Rosewood, Gulmarg - comfortable stay. Being a vegetarian, I found pieces of bone in the vegetable I had ordered. The staff in the restaurant didn't care. Hotel Hermitage, Pehalgam - comfortable stay, polite staff, good food.

                        Travel experience with Tripita was good but not great, booking was was, price was reasonable, overall trip schedule could be better, became very hectic travelling from one place to another. e.g. Gulmarg to Pahalgam, long travel, if last day was in houseboat could be better for relaxing before coming back. House boat - was good, food awesome, Complementary Shikara ride, very bad, didn't take to lake, took round near house boats Marina - Great location, good hospitality. Holiday Inn - great location but not good service, used bed sheets were provided, nothing is there but few rooms. Royal Arabia - Again had to request for changes of bed sheets, hot water supply limited 7 to 10 AM and 7-10 PM, poor quality of bathroom. Car was good, but driver didn't help at any places, took different routes where the local union persons could caught us for Pony rides etc., was not taking to places where car can go instead was convincing us to take horse rides, convinced to take guide at Gondala which was not required, parked car in specific location at Sonmarg where We had to take pony ride at higher cost due to losing options hence bargaining power. Shefali Helped wherever required. If the above points are taken care, would like to book with Tripita once again. Overall Rating 3.5 star

                        First of all a big shoutout to our tour manager from One world tour and travels, Mr.Muneeb for making this kashmir trip a memorable and joyful one. He was very helpful and quickly responded to all our needs and queries and solved all our problems during the entire trip. A special mention to an instance, when Mr.Muneeb arranged for some medicines urgently during late night hours for my 4 years old son as he fell ill during the trip, when the hotel staff denied to arrange for the same...as it was independence day and all the market and chemist shops nearby were closed. I can never forget this help and such empathetic behaviour he showed. Our driver was also good, gave us all the required information and helped us explore local tourist spots nicely. It was overall a wonderful experience, looking forwrd to travel again in near future with you guys, good luck !

                        Kashmir Heaven did very good job and impressed with there service. They helped me for everything from trip discussion till end of the trip. Few concerns - Driver said guide is must in gulmarg and he has suggested one guide for gandola ride in gulmarg. Later we felt like it was not at all required, he did nothing and took the fees. Trip guide Pankaj from Travel triangle confirmed on whatsapp chat and over call that he will give 50% discount on convenience fee and it will be adjusted in second payment, but for that I did lot of follow up for 4-5 days over whatsapp but he didn't help on this and no response from his side. Pathetic customer service from TT.
