In our first hotel at amritsar we had a little bad experience but she helped us and understood the problem very well.. otherwise we hot best hotel in Dalhousie hotel comfort court is really good, amazing n very helpful staff, good service, nice view of our room and amazing veg food

          Agent did good job of arranging things hotels etc but they never verified 2 hotels were ok but 1 jb residency found totally hopeless never suggest this to others . Nowhere parking space was not available, and in Delhi driver has to park car far away from hotel. Except amrutsar restaurant s were not available , room delivery only but hopeless unwanted food we had to manage . Delhi hotel only morning from 7am 1 to 2 hour only hot water available Failed to understand the requirements customers. Amrutsar was ok but other 2 places hotels half ok. It can't be even 2 stars..

          Planning and coordination was good. I would like to mention special thanks to Mr. Rakesh, admin at HOTEL SAMDUPLING in Dharmashala for taking care of us at his best. Also all service men at the hotel was pretty good. Another hotel in Dalhousie where we checked in was HOTEL NEW PALACE, there is a lot to improve right from front desk to servicing. I found front desk people bit harsh. Our cab driver, Mr. Naresh Anand he was at his best in driving.
