I required 4 hotels among them 2 was of my choice which were just awesome (4&5 star hotels) and the rest 2 which I asked the travel agent to book. In the itenary it was mentioned that it’s 3&4 star However they had no standards... houseboat was provided where wooden particles were falling from roof, Room had cockroaches, two different beds with sepratable mattress were provided and it automatically creates a gap, which means 2 people cannot sleep together on bed. Many more issues faced...

The agent was good and so was our cab driver . The hotels were also good apart from the houseboat at allepey. Washroom was smelly and unclean. The food could have been better. Overall a nice trip.

Naikrudra's 6 days trip to Kerala

Everything was nice. The hotels, the cabs, the sightseeing and attractions. Only thing that I was not happy about was the last day at the houseboat. I understand that there are certain rules of the marine area but just staying at the steady houseboat all night long, without any TV and AC (which was only switched on at 9PM) was something I didn't enjoy and will not recommend to include in the itinerary. Undoubtedly, it was worth the experience while the boat was moving but when it came to a standstill, it was all boring. You can't step out because there is nowhere to go. You can't go on upper deck because the mosquitoes will eat you completely. A suggestion for that could be to only have that houseboat experience while it is running and then after it is returned, drive back to Kochi and spend the last night of the tour there itself with a comfortable and sound sleep at the hotel. Thekkady - especially the resort (The Crown Valley Resort) and the Kathakali and Kalaripayattu evening shows. The route from Thekkady to Alleppey was mesmerizing. Munnar is also good but I think it feels more awesome during the monsoon.

Overall it was good. However assistance from travel triangle was quite missing throughout trip. No body contacted from TT after my trip commenced from Nagpur. In itinerary you say there will be brifing from local guide. But no such thing happened there. All site seeing was packed in so much less time. Guidance should be proper to tourist. Hotels were good but best view from rooms always missing. Houseboat stay was quite inconvenient because of mosquito and cockroach in room other things about house boat was good. Cab driver took us to plantation of spices which had no plants or single plants. Itnerary was to visit plantations of spices no such thing happened. Other things were good. Overall it was good but quite overpriced

Good planning and assistance from JD before and throughout the trip. We had requested modifications in suggested itinirary and all were done swiftly without any complaints. Assigned driver Abdul Kareem was a kind and helpful person who took good care of us. Houseboat experience could have been better but its subjective at the end. Overall our experience was good enough to recommend JD and Travel triangle to others.

We had a great time in Kerela, Shibu bhai (the cab driver) was a great person to be around; he helped us alot in the adverse and problematic conditions. About Kerela it was really God's own country, the views, beaches and the ambiance was mond blowing. A must have location to go. Poovar island resort including the poovar forest backwater ride on the boat and stay at munnar dream catcher resort (in the honeymoon cottage).

Santhosh's 6 days trip to Kerala

Our trip to Kerala is a mix of good and bad experiences. Hotels provided and the service in hotels is good. As part of Munnar Sightseeing, we visited Eravikulam National Park, Mattupetty Dam and Echo Point by 4:45 PM and yet to visit Kundala Dam. I had an argument with driver. Driver wanted to return to hotel without showing us Kundala Dam (8KM from Echo point) and he told his duty timings are from 8AM to 6PM and questioned us for starting the journey at 9:30AM instead of 8. Driver availability mentioned in the quote is 8AM to 7PM and I showed him the same. Then I thought of talking to Travel agent and informed the same to driver, finally he took U-Turn and showed us Kundala dam. I talked to Travel agent after reaching the hotel and his behavior is good in the next days. We had bad experience in Alleppey House boat. Checkin and Checkout times are 12 PM and 9 AM. Cruise time is 12PM - 5:30 PM and 8 AM - 9 AM on the next day Morning. In the Itenary it is mentioned as "cruise through the Narrow Canal amidst the Paddy Fields, Coconut Lagoons and Coir Villages in Alleppey". We boarded the boat at 1 PM. Boat was going in a straight direction(not going into any Canals) and very slow to pass the time till 5:30. I did not see our boat crossed any other boats and asked the driver to increase the speed. He told that it is their speed limit (I wondered how the other boats can go fast), didn't listen to us and asked to talk to travel agent.I informed the same to "Coconut Land Holidays" Travel agent, but nothing happened. In the evening around 4:30, we asked Rotis for dinner. He told 3 rotis and rice as per their dinner menu. I informed him "we will have Rotis and will have rice little amount with curd". He said OKay. He brought dinner at 8 PM and Curd was not there. He told Curd is not there in our dinner menu, we cannot serve (but he promised to provide when we asked) Rotis are very small (3 per each), cooked one sided and the edges are not burned. We informed these are not good, but he did not responed, simply went to Kitchen. I shared the photos of half burned Rotis to Travel agent guy and called him up. He told that he would talk to House Boat Manager. We waited till 9 PM, but we did not see any progress. We finally exhausted and thought to make rotis ourselves. I reached out to Boat Supervisor & ask for atta to prepare Rotis. I offered money also but they did not accept. Atlast he agreed to make rotis again. We started our dinner after 9:30 PM. Crew response is not good and we are totally disappointed the House boat experience. Please take appropriate actions to not repeat these kind of experiences for anyone.

The trip started of excellent. The experience at Munnar was too good. Thekkady should be removed from the entire experience as that place has no scenery or any other places to visit. Kumarakom is also a beautiful place but the house boat experience was very bad. The food and cruise should be included but one should not stay at night in the house boat.
