      Have used TT for multiple trips earlier. This time felt like things could have been better, Pros : 1. Triptrail team and Aman were very responsive. Cons : 1. Hotel recommendations could have been better. Especially the hotel for Day-1&2 didn't feel good enough for the money. 2. Had to connect with the travel contact provided every time needed the pick-up/drop details etc. Every time I called him, felt like he started looking for someone post that.

      Thanks for arranging a beautiful Ladakh trip Except for Oraganic boutique hotel in Hunder all the other hotels were quite good and staffs were also very Welcoming Food served was also good. In this I would rate Ladakh Inn food quality and the buffet menu the best Aman from Trip trial was always available whenever required and helped me in customizing my package in a beautiful way. Really liked the service provided by trip trial Special Thanks to Stanzin.. My driver cum guide for the entire trip. He was excellent and tried to cover all the view points though I missed an entire day due to snow fall. Only negative from the entire trip is the hospitality or service provided by Organic Boutique hotel. They need lots of improvement in terms of treating guests equally and deciding food menu. Overall the trip was very good and my whole family enjoyed a lot. Thanks again Aman for arranging this

      The trip was awesome due to seamless arrangements by the travel partner. No hiccups faced anywhere. Exemplary service offered by the travel agent right from the airport. The vehicle arranged was a Xylo. Initially we had our apprehensions however it was belly bell maintained. The driver was helpful and with good driving skills. No rash driving experienced at all!!! The hotels were clean and hygienic. The food offered was more than reasonably good. Overall a satisfying experience

      Travel agent (Aman) was available on call and ready to help all the time during trip. Cab driver (Lobjang) is also a very experienced driver, followed all the rules and was driving in speed limit. A commendable job is done by Aman while booking hotels also. Overall a very nice trip and we enjoyed our time.

      It was an amazing trip to Ladakh and wonderful experience for us. All your arrangements were up to the mark. All hotels and transportation arrangements were excellent.       Trip was planned in a good way by Aaman . Just have couple of inputs on the trip...in leh we visited hall of fame. The ticket include light show as well, which happens at evening 7pm. But cab person denied to take us again and asked extra charge of 1000rs as it's not included in itenary. I believe this should be included and trip advisor should mention us about visiting again to see light show and extra charges. Hotels sanghilya palace was nice rest hotels are ok. In Nubra organic boutique room was ok and they have organic farming so u can enjoy home food. Just hotel is little inside. In pangong Himalayan cotton gives u horizontal view of pangong but it is at very hight so can't reach lake by walking. I didn't had much idea about pangong but other hotels/cottages near 3idiot movie site will be more good ( to reach lake by walking) bcz ultimately to click pics u hv to go to same place.

      Recently, I along with a group of 11 persons visited Leh, Nubra Valley, Khardung La, Chang La, Hunder Valley, Pangong Tso.       Overall the experience was good, Ladakh is a must visit place. Vijay Singh our local travel manager was helpful and cordial. Our itinerary was changed upon our arrival but it was okay. Stays at nubra valley were below average but others were quite comfortable. Only one negative point was - Our travel agent Santa Singh from travo guider overcharged us compared to others which was disappointing. His behaviour was inhospitable. Rest was all fine.

      Hotels: 1. Singge Palace hotel was the best in terms of hospitality, food, rooms, location and everything else. 2. Lakrook hotel hospitality is not so great. Rooms are small, but very chilly. Food was also Ok. 3. Pangong residency was good. Very hospitable ppl. They tried to help us with all our requests. Food was ok. 4. Yarab Tso hotel is fine. Very limited options in food, but it was good. Sight seeing: Driver was ok. Professional but lack of complete communication led us to miss a few places. But he was courteous. Vehicle is also fine. Yugal has been constantly in touch with us through out the trip. He was quick to change our itinerary when we had to change it due to bad weather. Pleasure to have interacted with him. He was genuinely concerned about us when we were taking the trip via Khardungla which opened after 2 1/2 days (because of heavy snow) and we were the first tourists to pass through, that day. 5hank you Yugal for helping us make a beautiful memory. We know Lazyatra through Yugal only and have decided to take their services for our next trip.
