Have used TT for multiple trips earlier. This time felt like things could have been better, Pros : 1. Triptrail team and Aman were very responsive. Cons : 1. Hotel recommendations could have been better. Especially the hotel for Day-1&2 didn't feel good enough for the money. 2. Had to connect with the travel contact provided every time needed the pick-up/drop details etc. Every time I called him, felt like he started looking for someone post that.

Thanks for arranging a beautiful Ladakh trip Except for Oraganic boutique hotel in Hunder all the other hotels were quite good and staffs were also very Welcoming Food served was also good. In this I would rate Ladakh Inn food quality and the buffet menu the best Aman from Trip trial was always available whenever required and helped me in customizing my package in a beautiful way. Really liked the service provided by trip trial Special Thanks to Stanzin.. My driver cum guide for the entire trip. He was excellent and tried to cover all the view points though I missed an entire day due to snow fall. Only negative from the entire trip is the hospitality or service provided by Organic Boutique hotel. They need lots of improvement in terms of treating guests equally and deciding food menu. Overall the trip was very good and my whole family enjoyed a lot. Thanks again Aman for arranging this

I have booked a Package for Leh Ladak in the month of June for group of 9 Pax through Travo Guider Delhi, Mr Santa Singh has done all arrangements for the group and he has helped us from the starting to ending. Mr. Singh was always available for any kind of issues by 24*7. The journey was amazing. We took package through Traveltriangle, i must say the staff are very cooperative and polite. They charged fair amount and provided best hotels, meal, cab etc. I had wonderful experience of our journey. I will surely again take package for my next journey. Thanks Ujjwal Sharma

Not upto expectation from tour operators at traveltriangle. Day 1: Tour Manager Vijay did not show up for briefing. On calling he bluntly said 'bahut sare tour chal rahe hote hai'. Totally unacceptable. Day 3: Driver came prepared for Nubra Valley whereas our itinerary had Lamayuru. Shows utter lack of planning and coordination. Driver enquired about purchasing oxygen cylinder whereas it was part of inclusions in voucher. Followed up with Vijay and Santa on this. Santa assured its service provided by them. Day 4: Driver didn't have Oxygen cylinder in cab and Vijay stopped taking calls. Cylinder was arranged after followup but we had to wait for more thn 1 hr, when we could be on our way to Khardung La, because of their lack of coordination and planning. 2) driver skipped Shanti Stupa which was part of itinerary 3) We were the only guest in cottage booked in Hunder. I expect operators to have better idea of properties Day 6: Itinerary claimed to take us through Kela pass... but driver took us through Chang La. Not that I am disappointed but its gross misrepresentation in quote. Not even on single occassion, tour oeprator enquired about how tour ia going or took feedback. Lack of service and disinterest of tour manager was totally unacceptable. This was my third trip through Traveltriangle and perhaps last after this exeprience. I expect better service from tour operators. Amazing landscapes of Ladakh. Pangong lake. We forgot our kid's bottle at a restaurant on the way to Pangong but driver called restaurant and we got it back next day. Our kid was happy. People of Ladakh are amazing. Milk was available for our kid in hotels/restaurants, even at Pangong Lake.

The hotels suggested by Shefali are good. The dunes hotel in Nubra valley is really good. We enjoyed the stay there. Thanks for suggesting The problem is only with the driver, he has good expertise in driving skills, but a bit of rash driving which we felt uncomfortable during the travel we look forward for our future vacations Rate for overall trip is 4

Trip was planned in a good way by Aaman . Just have couple of inputs on the trip...in leh we visited hall of fame. The ticket include light show as well, which happens at evening 7pm. But cab person denied to take us again and asked extra charge of 1000rs as it's not included in itenary. I believe this should be included and trip advisor should mention us about visiting again to see light show and extra charges. Hotels sanghilya palace was nice rest hotels are ok. In Nubra organic boutique room was ok and they have organic farming so u can enjoy home food. Just hotel is little inside. In pangong Himalayan cotton gives u horizontal view of pangong but it is at very hight so can't reach lake by walking. I didn't had much idea about pangong but other hotels/cottages near 3idiot movie site will be more good ( to reach lake by walking) bcz ultimately to click pics u hv to go to same place.

Recently, I along with a group of 11 persons visited Leh, Nubra Valley, Khardung La, Chang La, Hunder Valley, Pangong Tso. Thanks a lot to Mr. Vivek from Travoguider for the well organized trip. He took care, even for minute details and made this trip exhilarating. Hotels, Taxi and Tempo Traveller all were good. All the members enjoyed a lot and it was really a pleasure to travel with you.

*Feedback for Ladakh trip with Tripita.* 1. How was you travel experience with Tripita ? It was quite good. Shefali was very clear and transparent about what is possible and what isnt. And she also tried to address our concerns as much as possible. 2. How was the experience of hotels given ? Hotels were all very good. More than the hotels, the staff and managers at the hotels were very very good. All of them went put of their way to help us and make us comfortable. 3. How was Shefali as your travel consultant ? Shefali was great. As i explained above, she did her best to get us what we wanted. She was also very patient and addressed all our queries clearly. 4. Please rate Your Driver and Transportation out of 5 4. Namgyal was the name of the driver. Ge was good. Mostly he was driving safe, not that great at conversation and giving idea on some typical questions that people ask to drivers. But overall he was helpful and good enough. 5. Would you like to Book again with Tripita Yes 6. Please rate your overall trip on scale from 1-5. 4.

Booking for our last day in Leh at Sangaylay palace was not done. It was booked for the second last day, due to which we had to stay in the guest room. The amenities in the guest room were not as per the regular hotel rooms. Also, please communicate in the itenary related to network issues during few of the locations, so that one can chose their stay or will to visit that place or pre plan their journey accordingly.

Thank you Travel Triangle /Trip Trail for meticulous and well planned trip for us at Leh Ladak. On arrival at airport, driver cum guide Mr. Nabu was waiting for us and helped us with luggage shifting and dropped off to our hotel promptly. We had rest day to get acclimatized to high altitude. Next day he picked us up from our hotel, took us around leh, which included Hall of fame- Tribute to our soldiers , Gurudwara patthar Sahib and Magnetic hill. Later we drive to Zanskar valley and on the way back to spituk Monestry. Our guide cum driver was very helpful and including taking our snaps. On Day 3 after BF, we set off to Kardungla pass. The journey was superb with breathtaking views. We had a short stop over at Kardungla pass and time to play with snow and take some snaps. It’s was quite cold outside but we had fun. Drove further through mesmerizing scenic valley and mountain with few stopovers for photography and tea. Since most part of roads are under expansion and repair, it was a quite a tedious journey. After late lunch we visited the gigantic Budda statue at Diskit and had good time at Nubra valley with camel ride. After a long and tiring journey we reached our hotel at Hunder Nubra valley- Organic boutique inn. It’s quite a good hotel with excellent staffs. Night we had a great Buffet. Weather was very cold and room heating with conventional wood fire did give some temporary relief. Next day after breakfast we started off to Pangyoung lake and a beautiful scenery but very bad road due to repair work we had flat tyre on the way, but quickly replaced with Stepney and moved on. By evening we reached our hotel Grand Himalayan Stay at Merak. Finding this hotel was bit difficult as it’s new and no Clear name board. We found that Hotel is quite nice and being in a a remote village and extremely cold conditions, we were put to hardship as there a electricity failure for over 12 hrs. Hotel staff were courteous and tried their best to make our stay comfortable . At subzero temperature, frozen over head tanks, flush tank geyser doesn’t work….so imagine the plight. Lack of electricity adds to the woes. Despite all these, we were looking forward to spend time at the Pongyoung lake. In the morning we spent over 1 hr and had lot of pics taken. Lake was mostly frozen. From there we headed back to Leh, again with lot of photographs. Visited one more monastery and Rancho school . Returned by evening to Leh by evening and took rest. Through out our trip we never had any mountain sickness issue although we were equally well prepared with all emergency medicine and oxygen. Next day back to airport with lots a great memories and loads of pictures. Overall, it was a great trip, thanks to Trip trail, in particular Mr.Aman Sharma, and all others who took care is us. Good food at Nubra boutique hotel and pictures with snow at Kardungla pass

Travel planner Mr. Santa & Vijay ji are always accessible over the call for any suggestions or guidance which is great relief.. they even planned a surprise cultural night on last day at Leh which was not there in our package & we enjoyed a lot.
