    hotel was good but agent missed to check on few listings changed and didnt update us everything was not co ordinated properly except the reservation. I booked Maldives trip through SHS HOLIDAYS PRIVATE LIMITED. My experience with this agent wasnt that great. Never trust or go with all inclusive they say fancy things when you go hotel they dont provide and ask us to contact the agen when we contact agent they will say they will check and they come back at last day and say some reasons. So what all included as free ones never believe it and go except the hotel whatever from agents comes it doesnt turn good. But hotels what ever they mention in voucher they keep up their promise. better to go directly with hotel for better service. But the resort which they suggested was pretty good. apart from it they steal you money like anything after u pay your first installment where you cant go back

    If only i could give stars in negative to travel agent travelhaux. Worst services ever. Travelhaux ruined our trip. Their agent Sumit Mukherjee is a fraud. They promised a lot of complementary services and more just to get a booking. Once we paid they didn't care at all. Not a single service was provided complementary or other. They don't even pick up the call anytime you call. So basically you are on your own in a foreign land with no idea whatsoever and no facilities provided. Even after the trip we tried contacting Sumit Mukherjee, he wasn't sorry at all. He is too arrogant to accept his fault. And blamed us for anything he didn't provide. Honestly it was like we paid full amount of 2 lac rupees just to regret it forever. After so many calls when he agreed to refund a minimum amount of 30000 Rs. He never ever picked up our call again. We tried contacting their head office at Travelhaux but they are equally arrogant and don't give a damn at all. PLEASE DON'T BOOK YOUR TRIP WITH TRAVELHAUX especially SUMIT MUKHERJEE, UNLESS YOU WANT TO REGRET FOREVER. Worst ever experience. And travel triangle doesn't care about our experience honestly. All they care is we choose one of the travel agents registered with them so they can get their commission. That's all they worry about. Because any communication we had with travel triangle was only until we made a booking with them. After that there were only reminder mails for installment payments. And after we paid in full, they don't care.

    My short 1 week trip to Maldives (4days) and srilanka (3days). To start with the process of booking and following up before payment was good. After you have paid up the process is as usual as with other travel. The guy handling my trip from yougistan travels did an excellent job with Maldives but the srilanka short trip was poorly planned with horrible accomodation. Accomodation at Coco royal beach resort at kalutara was shocking, mentioned as 4 star but real picture was of a guest house. Requested transfer to a promised 4 star was denied by the travel agent. Had to shell out 1 night accomodation from my own pocket. The only thing good about Sri lanka was the private taxi and the courteous driver. We had to self plan the Sri Lanka trip at last moment. That was really hurting as it was our honeymoon. So the security about being on foreign land with a travel agent to support you through local is a myth. Whenever you travel, no matter what your agent say like "rest assured" "I'm your 24*7 help" are mere lollypops . My advice would be, spend quite some time on internet and plan your own visit through proper channel, by going on the resort/hotels website, calling them and inquiring in and out before booking and most importantly getting all the itinerary on your mail. ,

    We stayed in Hulumale city for first night and our hotel stay experience was not so good there. There was no toiletries provided by the hotel.they did not even provide hand wash and toothpaste. There was no portable charging point provided in the room so we could not charge our mobile pho In 2! Staying in cludMed finolhu was one the best experience. Everything was good there be it food, room service, restaurant staff.
