I was having a long dream of going on a solo trip and my planning brought me to Travel Triangle which took me to BacktoBack Holidays. I had booked a customized solo trip to Rajasthan and I would like to take this moment to describe the best experience I had with them. It was a pleasure to book through BacktoBack Holidays and I wholeheartedly thank Preethi Ji for having created this wonderful itinerary for me, as she really catered for all the needs of mine and created a fantastic plan for me to adhere all the places I had requested to. I really am overwhelmed with the hospitality and the kind gesture bestowed by Preethi Everything was top notch, the driver Jeethu who was the best in class and was always on time with whom I felt I wasn't on a solo trip at all. All the rooms were very well maintained and hygienic. Especially the Kuchaman Haveli in Jodhpur gave an ecstatic feel about staying in an ancient palace. The complimentary breakfast offered by all the hotels were also very tasty. The itinerary was so perfectly balanced that I was able to make the best out of it. Cheers to one extremely memorable trip for having created it so well! Palaces and forts were interesting. Transport facility was good. Hotel Gyan Garh in Udaipur was comparatively well maintained than Hotel Ashapurna in Jaipur where linen housekeeping was very poor. Floors dirty and dusty. Breakfast need to improve in Ashapurna. Wifi and TV facility in ashpurna is poor. Most time channels were unavailable. Tour organiser met at end. Tour could have been managed better by spending 2 complete days in Jaipur and 2 complete in Udaipur. 3rd day in Jaipur was without any attraction. It seemed boring on 3rd day in Jaipur. Tour can be tailored better to suit tourists requirements by letting them choose among options available. Tourists should be given some time to relax in hotel in noon instead being carried all over without a concern to their comfort. It seemed what was served to us was not worth for what was paid for. If managed better it can prove to good memories from Rajasthan. Udaipur palace and Jaipur palace n forts. Local art items are costly. If available for lesser prices may improve sell.

It was a good experience . The only issue we had is with the Travel Triangle system, that is we were getting repeated messages and the hotel except the Kumbalgarh one, the Jaipur and Udaipur hotels were averagely fine.

It was a good experience only that we had a issue with the hotel , there was some confusion between the agent and the hotel staff , by mistake the hotel has done the booking for us some another day and also we have specifically asked for innova cab although the agent provided it but it was not well maintained and hygenic.

We had trouble in the bus provided, we had asked for a 22seater vehicle, but we got a 30 seater bus. The driver was not comfortable with the routes, he kept repeating that the bus will not go in the roads recommend ed by Google. We lost almost 5-6 hrs roaming in the cities. The travel agent sitting in Delhi does not know that the hotels he has booked has narrow roads, he should have recommended smaller cabs. Rani ki Vav is a awesome structure, I would recommend this place highly

Entire trip was good & well co-ordinated. On the third day, on the way from Jaipur to Udaipur, the trip started bit late due to Driver's personal reasons. However, he tried to match with itenerary , but could not take us on time to Chittorgarh. When we requested him to bring us back to Chittorgarh on last day, Driver was reluctant & started talking rudely. Later, the Agent intervened & assured of changing schedule as per our requirement. Thanks to Mr Dhruv & Dharmesh (Cab Owner) for ensuring that we visit Chittorgarh also on last day which was memorable. Driver Mr. Sudhir was good & guided us to all places. But behaved rudely only on third day, even though, we missed Chittorgarh due to his delay start at Jaipur. OVERALL, OUR HOLIDAY EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD! Keep it up Asiago & Travel Triangle.

To start with, we did the bookings very late..so we were not sure whether we will good deals/hotels...However Suraj from Unique trip maker ensured that we have the best trip experience. He was always available and used to always call during the trip to ensure we have a great .
