Very much happy with Rajasthan trip, Feb21-28, 2020. Two families went together. We were provided with AC Innova car right from the airport to back airport. Local tour operator was Tourepedia Holidays Pvt Ltd. Rajat Sarma from Tourepedia and Pradeep were very cardial and cooperative. Even they could change the vehicle inbetween due to some inconvenience. Driver Surendra Singh is also too good and prompt in providing the services. Travel Triangle has coordinated very well to fix the tour with Tourepedia travel. Hem Chandra and Ms Sudesh from Travel Triangle did thier job well while fixing itinerary and program. I have gone to Srilanka trip in Dec 2019 recently which was also nicely arranged by Travel Triangle. The hotels booked were 4 star +. In jaipur, we stayed in Hotel Fern Residency, Jodhpur - hotel Fern Residency, in Mount Abu stayed in Sterling Mount Abu and in Udaipur - Mumbai house one day, Mewargarh Palace, an other day, Both hotels in Udaipur is not upto the mark of 4 stars. Bishnoi village camp & Resort, Osian stay is also not upto the Mark. Driver always reached our hotel on time for picking us in the morning. We visited all important visiting places like Forts, Palaces, Lakes and Temples in Jaipur, Azmer, Pushkar, Jodhpur, Mount Abu and Udaipur in the same sequences. We did shopping in jaipur and Udaipur. We had Rajasthani dishes at most of the places, I liked Laal Maas Rajasthani chicken curry. We all four enjoyed every thing in Chowki dhani, a well known Tourist attraction in Jaipur for its rich, Rajasthani heritage and cultural manifesto, like puppet show, dances, musics, magics, camel & elephant riding, folk dances etc. Rajasthani local food, culture and customs in one place is a high light of it. Every one must visit it. All varieties of Rajasthani foods were tasted in village style. Overall, it was a different experience compared to other tours. I will mention what I didn't like first as rest all things were perfect. The only issue I had was with the 1st cab person who received us at Udaipur. He felt a little reluctant to take us to places and felt like he was trying to just move on. He called the morning when we were to leave Udaipur and told someone else will be taking us further in our journey, it was good because the 2nd cab person was an angel, perfect for our trip. I felt the agency should have called and informed us about the driver change, but it went all well from thereon. The hotels were good, smooth all around, just had a slight hiccup during check out at Udaipur but that was a delay from the hotel side. Sightseeing places were covered, just make sure you prioritize the places, there are many and you may not have time to visit all. Got all the help during the booking and all the queries were answered patiently and nicely.

We had a memorable trip as per our desire. The forts of Chittorgarh, Kumbhalgarh, City Palace, Jagmandir are awesome Hotel Sajjan Vilas is quite pretty and quaint and is well located The music at roof top terrace bar at Sajjan Vilas is too loud and is played till quite late in the night, becoming bothersome Hotel Bhairavgarh is quite impressive. Highlight of the trip was the excellent hospitality proffered at Hotel Hillock Mount Abu. Lovely hotel and extremely helpful and courteous personnel. Mount Abu is very beautiful We enjoyed the folk dance at Bhairavgarh Palace

Hotel in Udaipur is not up to mark. Hotel is not sanitized properly . They haven't provided towels on the first day. One towel is there which is tore apart a little bit. Bathroom is not cleaned properly, earlier soap and shampoo is there. Later on they provided. Overall first impression was not so good . But Hotel in Mount Abu was good. It was well sanitized. Room services are excellent.
