        The service provided by agent is not upto the mark /not satisfactory. The sevice should be better. Driver and cab is good. The delux houseboat experiance is bad so I did not stay there. I stayed at another place at own cost. So I should recommend visitors who is going to visit kerala, should go through the hotels and houseboat. Hotel at Munnar is not good. Thekkady spot is good and hotel in thekkady is also good. Kovalam beach is also visitable and good for visitors.

        This is the review regarding, My Kerala Holiday Trip with My family about Assistance, Guidence & Arrangements of Travel Agent *Harish Negi* and *You Him SS Travels* during Kerala Trip. First of all, Kerala trip was awesome. All places are beautiful. Our Cab Driver *Sunoj Sanu* with cab number *KL-16 U161* was very calm, polite, supportive and well connected with us throughout journey having good information about Journey route, who was taking care about our requirements like lunch and dinner food our likes & dislike. Munnar Hotel Rain Forest location was awesome but food was very much expensive but test was not good, We ordered Chicken Gravy with rice Chicken Gravy was same as morning breakfast Chole sabji only the difference was boild chicken Pieces added instead of Chole. Please don't prefer Lunch or Dinner in Rain Forest Hotel. Thekkedy Hotel Sandra Palace located in Kumily City. Given Delux Room with No Air-conditioning facility and wether was Quite Hot and we had no time to Argue. Please Verify Facilities of Booked Rooms before going on Tour. Breakfast quality test was good. Alleppey PMC LEAKSHORE Hotel Location was very much awesome peaceful & beautiful. View of sunset from room very good. Food in Restaurant of PMC Not up to mark. Serve cold dinner. Test also not good. Extra Spicey Food ordered but no Test of spices we had. Room Service was good. But Separate Bath Service Not available for Drivers. Only one bathroom for Hotel Staff and Drivers coming with Tourist. Kovalam Hotel Sagra Beach Resort, It's a huge Hotel in Kovalam. Room is Big & Specious. Washroom is old style in our room no 704 which they allocated to us. No Exhaust was fitted in Bathroom so slightly fishy smell comes out from Bathroom. Otherwise Ok. Hotel is very much near to Beach and Light House. No idea about Breakfast and Food. We don't had in Hotel. Total Overall Experience About Holiday In Kerala is Good. Littlebit Disappointed about Food. I enjoyed trip journey peacefully. So I'm giving 4 Star Ratings For Trip Regards, Atul Pawar. Munnar And Kovalam Are Very Nice Place to Visit.

        All hotels facility and service are very good but we think Thekkady hotel karar Garden is a old property so if you can change it or give another option it will be a excellent trip We enjoyed a lot the sight seeing at munnar and elephant ride & bath, Kalari show at Thekkady and in Alleppey we enjoyed our house boat stay and the Kovalam beaches are the most loving part of our journey.

Our stay at Spices Lap, Thekkady was a memorable stay & the behaviour of driver (Mr Sajeev) was excellent, he was always ready for services even beyond our itinerary schedule.

        Hotels: in munnar stay, the experience was more than expected, in tekhaddy 4 start hotel was worst, no warm water, no facilities to male tea in room, tekhaddy stay was not worth. Houseboat was amazing, wonder valley was good.

        Kerala is very nice place to visit and tour is organized well but hotel is good only in THEKKADY (Summit Hampton Hotel) and i suggest to all who want to stay in house boat please prefeared Premium or higher(its very good) not prefered Delux (waste of money). and cab driver is also fine but he is driving very fast in zig zag road and he is telling lie to us.

        Well planned by namaskaram travels especially vineet ji who was coordinating with me prior to the journey very helpful guy, cab and driver were also nice he was very friendly and knowledgeable which help us during the journey but the hotel in kovalam was unwind resort was not as we were expected, we were expecting sea view but it was inside so we missed the sea view aside all things were very nice
