The travel agency should have been more transparent with the trip,huge travel time between one place to another should have been communicated and 2 hotels were not even good.

It was our first trip to Srilanka with friends. I booked through Travel triangle. If Chathura is the planner, then Raj is the executioner. Chathura did his best to prepare our tour in an excellent way . On arrival, we were welcomed by our guide / diver Raj . He was polite and very helpful guy with a good knowledge of srilanka history . He took care of us in every moment of our trip . We enjoyed the beauty of srilanka for 6 days . Overall it was a pleasant and fantastic trip.

Its really a fine trip except the sun breeze hotel in ELLA , one of the worst hotel services and room services, (no hot water, no fan provided , no mosquito repellent in the room, even after four time request not a single services provided by the hotel manager)everything else is the best. I am giving 3 star rating only because of sunbreeze hotel experience else i will give 5 star ratings Over all the trip was nice one of the best services provided by the trip agency, punctuality of timing, services by the driver hotel and trip coordinator i.e. Leisure tours and Travels, I appreciate them except the worst hotel services provided by the Sunbreeze hotel at Ella, actually it should be removed from the hotel list bcoz it will spoil the name of the agency

We had opted for a 6 day / 5 night package. The accommodations provided was kind of remote which forced us to have dinner in the same place. Unfortunately dinner wasn't the best and it was expensive as well. This was the case in both Kandy and Bentota. In fact the resort in bentota didnt have dinner options. The manager there was kind enough to take us to a place outside to buy some dinner. please note I had a couple of elders (80+ and 70+) with me and it does help to have comfortable dinner options. Payments - looks like the local partner and travel triangle are not in sync. Overall experience was nice. The boat safari in bentota stands out.

Tour plan was very good but with too much travel involved. Small and calm beach hotel at Bentota. Superb and panoramic views from Lourdes Hotel along with a variety and tasty vegetarian food, fantastic climate are most memorables. Equally good food and warm hopitality at Manorama Hotel at Bentota and at Nuwara Eliya the hotel restaurant team excelled in their food preparations and service. My special thanks to Directlinks and Travel Triangle staff in making this Sri Lankan trip a memorable one. Please keep it up. With warm regards for a very Happy New Year 2020.

The first two hotels were fantastic, third one at Bentota was below expectations and the last one at Negombo was a disaster and we were worried about our safety. Udani travels could provide no support

It was an excellent trip with Amara Tours. Mr. Ashok's helping nature and support throughout was cherry on the top. They provided us the cheapest package with best facilities like hotel, excursions etc. Mr. Ashok was happy to help whenever asked for, he even made last moment changes on our request. The guide Mr. Pradeep was however not good but none the less 5 stars to Amara Tours.

Travel triangle shortlisted 4 agents for my tour. I have selected the least quotation. The agent was very friendly and customized my tour as per our flight schedule and changed couple of hotels (of course with additional cost). However, after reaching there, I could feel that the agent booked hotels far from the main cities/centers to save money. This restricted our movements (particularly during evenings). The hotels were good but they are faaaar. One more thing, had the operator been some more attentive and planned our tour in reverse sequence i.e. Day 1 Bentota, day 2 Nuwara Eliya, day 3 Kandy.... We could have saved lot of time and enjoyed the trip more.

We were received by our Guide/driver at airport Mr Nirosh who was extremely hospitable and good at his job and by far friendly who was with us through out our trip. The hotels in kandy & nuwara ellya were good . We expected similar standard hotel in Colombo but it was not so. It was more of a cheap budget hostel. Overall we had a fairly good trip. Chaitanya from the travel/tour agency colombo was coordinating with me and was extremely helpful and prompt and kept in touch. We enjoyed the country side and scenic beauty of Sri Lanka. Did lot's of photography. Nuwara ellya was the best with its cool climate and scenic beauty. We will come back on holidays again to Sri Lanka.

Overall the service was good and we had a peaceful and memorable trip. Only a few points. 1) hotels were upto our required level but locationwise , Nature First, is a bit away from the town and Ocean spray is at a less attractive beach and away from Bentota . 2) Sana is a disciplined and decent guy , always taking care of the safety of people. But he has to narrate a little more about the spots visited . 3) Ensure that the Hotel selected has 24 Hr room service . In one hotel, room service was not available from 10 pm to 6 pm. 4) Vehicle was really nice and may be provided bluetooth music facility to play music of the pax with microphone. Thank you Travel Triangle for your service. Recommended strongly for family trip. Sri Lankan food , neatness of the places , good roads, hospitality of the people .
