The tripoholic team was very helpful in guiding special mentions to Sree and Gaurav. Gaurav provided me with free upgrades in both hotels I booked which was a nice added bonus of booking with tripoholic. Their Thailand team was extremely professional and helpful with credits to miss pum for handling all the travel within Thailand without any issues. The James bond island tour was amazing. Sree even helped me with restaurant choices and other suggestions once the trip started, so additional thanks to her. We did a trip to Krabi and Phuket, and the whole experience can be classified in 2 parts- 1. Krabi- Hotel location excellent, cab service and driver support was very good and the trip to four islands was also fab. Overall it was a 10/10 experience. 2. Phuket- Now comes the sad part. (i) The hotel location was good but the rooms were not so good. They could have been better, or atleast we could have been intimated about the rooms, so that we could have upgraded it. (ii) The cab was never on time, and was minimum 20mins late. On the last day, when the driver was supposed to pick us up from the hotel and drop at the airport, he was 25mins late and then he came with another passenger, whom he introduced as the guide, but later that man turned out to be a co-passenger in our flight. The driver's behavior was also rude! (iii) Phi Phi island, we upgraded to a superior plan as offered by Travel Triangle itself, tuned out to be a waste. Waste worth 500 Baht. The boat just stopped for lunch for 30mins, at the famous Phi Phi Island, and we were not given any leisure time to enjoy and relax at the beach. The beach at which the time was given for 1hr to relax and enjoy, was full coral beach and you could just not step into the water, as it was full of corals and sea urchins!! (iv) Entire package only comprised of island tours and no local attractions, other that Fantasea Show. This should be improvised by Travel Triangle.

I am really happy with the arrangement done. I would like to highlight that the agent should give alternative options of carriers. Since I was not happy with Air Asia and would have preferred Thai Air. Travel triangle need to work on the app for IOS, i was not able to see payment detail through the app. My agent helped me with all the details. Stay in bayview resort (Phi Phi Island) was beautiful. Would love to come back and stay for a longer duration.

The fourth day travel experience is not good. The team who is allocated for to show the Cristal beach is missed by the driver due to his in experience of driving and he is below 18 years old. He completely don't know the place and driving was too worst. In two instance we might fell down from thr road by god graceful we escaped. We not seen the place and return to pickup point after we spoke to other villagers to reach port. Its a hectic and not happy we might lost our life's in that journey. NUSA PENDA TOUR NOT GOOD Mr. Puttu who aligned as a driver is so great full driver who taken care all the days by picking up right time and dropping it's good as well appreciated.

Ashlee Hub hotel patong is excellent for its location and facilities. Rooms are large and hotel staff is courteous. Bankok D Varee xpress Makkasan is a very bad choice of hotel. Rooms are very small and stinky and AC is not comfortable. Its location is very bad due to flyover construction just besides it leading to heavy traffic jam and i dont suggest anyone for it. None of the tour coordiator in bangkok contacted us and kun Vicky is not at all reachable on his phone. Phuket stay and phi phi island visit

Pattaya - just fallen in love with the city. Alcazar Show was awesome. Coral Island- once in a life time experience. Thrilling Para sailing and underwater adventure!! Simply mesmerising- had videos and photos too!! Very hospitable and cooperating guides althrough. FX Hotel - just loved the stay there. Art in paradise - one of a kind, in 3D version. Took lot of marvellous pictures trying to capture Pattaya and Bangkok in a nutshell besides beholding nature’s beauty and unique creations through our mortal eyes!!
