We did a trip to Krabi and Phuket, and the whole experience can be classified in 2 parts- 1. Krabi- Hotel location excellent, cab service and driver support was very good and the trip to four islands was also fab. Overall it was a 10/10 experience. 2. Phuket- Now comes the sad part. (i) The hotel location was good but the rooms were not so good. They could have been better, or atleast we could have been intimated about the rooms, so that we could have upgraded it. (ii) The cab was never on time, and was minimum 20mins late. On the last day, when the driver was supposed to pick us up from the hotel and drop at the airport, he was 25mins late and then he came with another passenger, whom he introduced as the guide, but later that man turned out to be a co-passenger in our flight. The driver's behavior was also rude! (iii) Phi Phi island, we upgraded to a superior plan as offered by Travel Triangle itself, tuned out to be a waste. Waste worth 500 Baht. The boat just stopped for lunch for 30mins, at the famous Phi Phi Island, and we were not given any leisure time to enjoy and relax at the beach. The beach at which the time was given for 1hr to relax and enjoy, was full coral beach and you could just not step into the water, as it was full of corals and sea urchins!! (iv) Entire package only comprised of island tours and no local attractions, other that Fantasea Show. This should be improvised by Travel Triangle.

Overall good experience, Ashlee Heights hotel room was excellent but wifi and breakfast was poor, Apple a day was exceptionally good in all dept including breakfast. Top service was provided by Mr Limo, compare to other tour operators i thought our price was on a higher side

We had good experience in krabi and hotel was also hood but the one in phuket was pathetic limited vegetarian options not even room were proper it felt claustrophobic.

Trip was good but hotels were not good enough. Also the hotel in krabi was in a very isolated place far from beach. The city tour was scheduled on first day, we confirmed with the driver for 3p.m but later they cancelled it for no reason.

As we have opted for a better package phiphi island tour should have been given by speedboat instead of a ferry which is meant for 500passengers...so we skipped it...apart from this everything was awesome. Ananta burin krabi waterpark ..we had lots of fun ..amazing ambience..n having a pool bar made it super awesome

Thailand- September 2019 Our trip to Thailand was for a duration of 6 days. In order to plan for it, we thought of reaching out to Tripoholic. Gaurav, from their team was assigned to plan our itinerary for the trip. He was of great help from the very beginning. We were provided with a variety of options to choose from, based on our budget. This enabled us to get the best for the price we paid. Once we reached Thailand, everything, from the airport and resort transfers to the activities that were scheduled for us was arranged in an excellent manner. Gaurav was also always available over phone, making sure things were going well and to promptly respond to any of our queries or concerns. I would also like to give a special mention to our contact person in Thailand- Pum. She was very helpful in providing us all the information she had and also suggested us things to see and do in Thailand. Hotel at Phuket centara blue marine is at good location but furniture and decor is very old ,not at all 4star level,and at breakfast also Indian food was missing

Ashlee Hub hotel patong is excellent for its location and facilities. Rooms are large and hotel staff is courteous. Bankok D Varee xpress Makkasan is a very bad choice of hotel. Rooms are very small and stinky and AC is not comfortable. Its location is very bad due to flyover construction just besides it leading to heavy traffic jam and i dont suggest anyone for it. None of the tour coordiator in bangkok contacted us and kun Vicky is not at all reachable on his phone. Phuket stay and phi phi island visit
