Sunil's 5 days trip to Rajasthan
We planned a golden triangle trip with Carlo travels to cover Delhi, Mathura, Agra and Jaipur for a period of 5 days. The price offered for this trip was reasonable. The hotel at Delhi (Ark of Avalon) was situated at a bad location with awful restaurant. Hotel at Agra was very nice with spot-on location. Hotel at Jaipur was good in terms of room and restaurant but however the location was too far from the city. Carlo travels need to have better coordination with driver. He had absolutely no idea of our itinerary and the places to cover. He was reluctant to cover all the places owing to the fact that he need to pay parking charges from his pocket. We had to persuade him to take to all the places. At the end of the trip driver expects to pay a hefty tip as if he did a great job of showing us all the places.SJSamprati Jaganade

It was great experience with TravelTriangle and Namaste Travelling. They gave me a personalized quote according to my demand. The Driver Ram was sweet. The hotels booked and the cab conditions were really good. Enjoyed the overall experience and would look forward to recommend it to my friends as well. Just a small suggestion, it would be really great if the places that we visit are listed in the quote day wise. Had a nice trip. Thank you.SSSandeep S

We booked the trip to rajasthan from asiago travelles via traveltrangle Traveltrangle gave couple of options from different vendors. We choose asiagontravels . They are highly professional and extremely helpful.they have helped me to book the train when I was not getting tickets and even it was not in their scope of work. Hotels were very good and driver/guide was having very good knowledge on different places in rajasthan.he was extremely humble and taken care throughout our journey. He along with Manoj Prajapat helped us to plan our end to end journey in such a way that we we didn't feel exhausted in entire journey. Mr Manoj Prajapat was taking regular check to see we did not have any issues in entire journey. Overall 5/5 for trip planning 4.5/5 for hotel selection 5/5 personal touch and guide /driver I will recommend everyone to book rajasthan trip from asiago travelles. only.VKVadiraj Kurandawad

Overall it was a good trip. We had a great time. Cab driver was bit moody .. he got offended when we asked him not to skip the places maintained in itenary ..also he wanted us to shop from the places where he stopped the vehicle with whom he had a tie up with which was annoying.. also he was insisting us to take the tour guide service everywhere again with the one with whom he had a tie up with, we also had bad experience in Pushker with the guide. Jaiselmer Thar desert and Camel Riding..:)AKAvaneesh Kumar

Overall experience was good at riva holidays but some problems I faced must be shared here for others. 1. After paymemt of first instalment please call hotel and confirm all bookings are confirmed (as I faced my jaipur hotel was not confirmed due to some Oyo booking that caused a 30 min waiting on day 1 of trip and my hotel at ajmer was cancelled finally and I had to stay at a hotel with very poor standard.) 2. No care were taken from traveltriangle not a single person called to get the trip situation.i called my alloted person he didnt pick the phone.I paid 500 to traveltriangle for assurance of all things but no one helped. 3.driver attitude was fine but in last days he was feeling irritated due to long stay I guess .But what can a tourists do in this matter.so behaviour of driver must be supportive. There are a lot of things that can be suggested but I want to say only one thing ....I or anyone book trip through tour agency so that they take care of things and you roam with no tension but in this trip I got a lot of tension. In future I will book by myself and for cab I may go for local cab agencies. Everything is available online.do some research and book. Following places can be added in udaipur itenary 1. sajjangarh fort/mansoon palace 2. Open aquarium at fateh sagar lake. 3. Night life at fateh sagar lake.USUsman Shaikh

The trip was very good. But we were not that comfortable with our driver. We felt he was not that supportive in what we were interested in! He refused to take us to the place which we asked him to take. Hence was not that happy with our Driver but the beauty of Rajasthan made us to overpass ! We had a great trip to Rajasthan, it was one of our best trip. No words to describe the beauty of Rajasthan. Thanks to Carlo travels for making our trip the memorable one.SSwapnilgupta

We didn't like our driver. He's needed underarm deodorant. We didn't ask he's religion, but it looked like he didn't like Hindus. When we were supposed to visit a Hindu temple, he just parked on the side of a highway so we could take pictures from far away. Our tour of Delhi was OK, but when we got to Agra to visit Taj Mahal, he told us that we needed a guide and it would be the same when we go to Amer Fort. He told us that the guide's services will be a minimum of 1000 rupees for the two of us. Even though it was not in our itinerary and even though we don't like guides, we just agreed to have one. He insisted that we needed one. We picked him up from the street while we were driving, which were thought was weird. He looked like a guide - dressed nice with a name tag, but we had to pay for his entrance fee. When we got inside Taj Mahal, he started to convince us to hire a photographer which went on for about five minutes. We didn't hire one. Only once he offered to take our picture. When I interrupted his story to ask questions, he told me to wait until later and my questions will be answered when he tells the rest of the story which was much much later. He was emphasizing more on what kind of rocks the buildings were made of and how the decorations on were made. We knew that he was trying to sell us something, and we were right. When we finished the tour, he said that we needed to ride a tuktuk to meet our driver because we were far from the parking lot. He made me pay for the tuktuk. Then he and the driver took us to two places where they sell the things that he emphasized from the tour. The next day when we got to Fatephur Sikri, the driver was telling us that the parking lot is far away from the entrance and we had to take a tuktuk which will cost us about 100 to120 rupees. It is true that the entrance is far, but the designated bus that takes the people to and from the entrance only cost 10 rupees each way - we found this out later. Our driver stopped the car and talked to a tuktuk driver and told us that the tuktuk driver will take us to the entrance. He didn't take us to the entrance. He called a teenage boy and told us that the boy is his brother and would take us to the entrance, but he will not ask for money. It was a long and tiring walk up a hill. When we got up to the top, he called another teenage boy which is also his brother. This other boy said that he is a student and a volunteer guide and he will not ask for money. He said that we would start from the back and pay the entrance fee after we finish the tour. He was talking us away from the attraction which made us feel uneasy. I told him that we wanted to pay right away and go through the front entrance. When we got to the entrance, there was nowhere to pay. We went in after talking our shoes off, but we kept our shoes with us. We didn't know what to do when we got inside the building. I read that we were supposed to pay 500 rupees, but the place didn't look that big. Luckily we met three European tourist that had a map of the place and told us where we were supposed to pay. I told our volunteer guide to help someone else and that we don't need him then he asked me to pay him. I didn't. We got out of the building which we found out was a mosque and walked a block to the real entrance. This attraction is worth the entrance fee. When we finished, I asked how to get to the parking lot. I was told to to bus for 10 rupees. When we got to the parking lot, we had to search for our driver. When we found him, he said that he was worried because we took too long. We didn't trust him anymore. When he dropped us off at our hotel in Jaipur, I told him that we don't want anymore guides. He was disappointed and insisted that Amer Fort is a very important place and we need a guide. We told him that we don't like guides. The next day before the tour, he told us that he would pay for the guide. We told him that we don't like guides to tell us what to do and where to go and we don't need them. We enjoyed the rest of the tour. Royal View hotel where we stayed in was very nice with a great view on the roof.HYHarshad Yadav

Entire trip was good & well co-ordinated. On the third day, on the way from Jaipur to Udaipur, the trip started bit late due to Driver's personal reasons. However, he tried to match with itenerary , but could not take us on time to Chittorgarh. When we requested him to bring us back to Chittorgarh on last day, Driver was reluctant & started talking rudely. Later, the Agent intervened & assured of changing schedule as per our requirement. Thanks to Mr Dhruv & Dharmesh (Cab Owner) for ensuring that we visit Chittorgarh also on last day which was memorable. Driver Mr. Sudhir was good & guided us to all places. But behaved rudely only on third day, even though, we missed Chittorgarh due to his delay start at Jaipur. OVERALL, OUR HOLIDAY EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD! Keep it up Asiago & Travel Triangle.TSTapas Samantasinghar
