He was always well connected through WhatsApp. They did good planning and coordination. Also, their local travel partner in dubai is also very helpful.           I would like to thank our holiday agent Shivani for accommodating all our requests and helping us with the itinerary. From TravelTriangle side, I've not received any support as such, Preety just called me few times before I finalized the quote, nothing after that. Two reasons of reducing my rating from 10 to 7- 1. Even when there was a mess up by the Dubai tour operator there were irrelavent questions by TT Team instead of any support. So let me brief on the mess up, my parents were supposed to be picked by midnight 3:30 AM and the driver reached there almost an Hr late around 4:30 AM and then he took them to a wrong hotel, luckily they had the hotel vouchers and checked the hotel name after which he dropped at the correct hotel. Here the TT support team asked me if they were dropped to the correct hotel later or not, man this is your courtesy to the customers... 2. The Marina cruise booked up was 'Oberoi Monalisa Cruise', it was 14th Feb Valentines day... Leave apart any specials - They started cruise 1 Hr late, everyone was frustrated, then comes the surprise pathetic chilling cold food... When complaint abt it, the response was it comes from outside and kept in freezer thus it'll be like this only... Both the above things wasted our full one day and we were extremely pissed off... Luckily rest of the trip were better and we did not encounter any difficulties, the tour coordinator Bashrat was also helpful later.. One thing I expected, these guys to be aware of but no one informed us atleast that if we are planning for Visa on Arrival with US Visa, US Visa should also be valid for atleast 6 months. Unfortunately. our was for 5.5 months thus they did not allow and we have to pay whooping INR18000 per visa there... But thats something I should have also seen earlier so would not blame them... Overall, thanks Shivani again for the trip...

          My overall experience of dubai trip was good, But at three moments it was not up to the mark. it could have become excellent if two dinners first at marina cruise and second at the day of Desert safari would not have been below average. At the last day breakfast mentioned in the vouchers were denied by hotel. At the advice of operator, we paid ourself and hope will refund soon. Here I will appraise Aman of Rocking trip, who was always a call away. Whenever we required, he was there everytime. On the other nobody from Travel Triangle was there to pick up phone from the start to end of our trip. For Travel triangle I will rate below average for their unprofessional attitude. But 4 star for rocking trip. Best part of trip was smooth transfers and good cabs along with Burj khalifa, Fountain show and dune bashing a wonderful experience of driving in desert.

          I gave a 4/10 rating since Isha who handled my account before booking was very patient and helpful. However, post booking of flights only, though I got a better offer and showed it to her, she denied to give me discount saying company rules and policies. I understand companies have rules and policies, but when you say " you can beat any price", your policy should change depending on it to meet customer requirements. Isha- Proposed a good itinerary and it worked very well. However, despite my request to have Burj Khalifa- At the top at 6 pm ( though she acknowledged it in writing), she did not make it work and i was very pissed off when she said she never confirmed the time. When a customer is given a commitment, we expect that commitment to work. I have decided that i will never ever book from Travel trainagle again and never refer this to anyone.

          Our experience with travel triangle and agent was good from starting, we got all required info but mainly I had to become proactive with them, I was expecting more prompt replies and response from TT and agents, but after starting the Trip to end it was super smooth as we did not faced any issues or any problems with hotels/Cab drivers and land activities, so in summary I missed some promptness before starting the trip other then that everything went well smooth.           Following points needs to be improved: 1. Itinerary was changed after we did the booking. We had to drop few important sightseeing’s and also had to pay more than what was agreed . We strongly recommend Travel triangle to adhere to the agreed itinerary as per the booking if you are really committed to customers. 2. We requested for early check-in in Emrites grand hotel. We reached hotel by 7 am but front desk made us to wait until 2.30 pm to give us the room key. Since weather was very bad & my son was feeling extremely cold, we requested them multiple times but they denied our request. We could see lots of people checking out early. We won’t recommend this hotel for anyone!! 1. All the cab drivers in Dubai were extremely good . They were on time and made us comfortable during the journey . 2. Gulf court bay hotel was awesome and staff were very welcoming . 3. All of our schedule went as planned and we thoroughly enjoyed in our trip and made lot of memories .

          We had planned a trip to Dubai in Dec 2019 with Trip On. The trip was well planned and all things taken care of. Overall we had a good trip and good experience with Trip On. Only issue was that the shared transfers. The coordination in the transfers was not good and they made us wait every time almost for hal hour. Mr.Rishi did a good job and was available for communication any time both here in India as well as during the trip.

          Minimal or close to zero interaction was there by Travel triangle people. How the agent is working, if there are any issues or not. No feedback or cross checking getting done. -> Agent booked a hotel which was at worst location possible even when I mentioned that I want it near good India restaurant area. No Indian or vegetarian Restaurant nearby -> Hotel was booked without an Extra bed while it was properly informed that total of 2 Adult + 11 year old child + 3 year old child need to be booked for. There was lot of chaos there. -> No details provided about the time that will be spent at the Ferrari world. Only 4 hours provided and we were not able to cover most of the park. -> Desert Safari taken there almost 2 hours earlier and left there without any food. Even when food was opened, it was pathetic experience with very bad food quality and options and also presentation was worst .. They were behaving like they are doing a favor by serving food. -> Time given again for Dubai Parks was much less then required. Dropped us at 11 and asked to come back by 5:30 while Park opens till 8 PM. -> Time given during Burj Khalifa + Dubai Aquarium tour was again very less. They asked us to come back by 2 PM, (dropped at 11 and ticket was for 12 PM) while we were barely able to manage to finish Burj Khalifa (due to rush) at 2:00 PM. -> Overall very badly managed and no proper pre-information given about the tours. -> I got private Airport Transfer and while dropping back, the driver didn't turned up even after 30 minutes of scheduled time. I had to finally book the cab myself and go to avoid losing my flight.
