The trip needs to be more specific and with siteseeing and agreed with the cab service providers. While travelling, it is not possible to always conatct travel agent and update with what is going on during the trip. The travel agents need to call every day and evening to get an update. Only, durng payments calls are received. Also, there was not a single call received from Travel Triangle representative to take any feedback during the tour.
