        It was an awesome trip to Europe (Italy, Venice and Barcelona). We really enjoyed a lot and had great experiences while on the trip. It was actually beyond what we expected from Travalot. Timings were perfect as per the places we had to visit. We covered almost all the main attractions or places we had to visit. Hotels were perfect with perfect ambience. Provided Cab service was good. It was my second trip arranged through travalot team and it was as expected. However, there was one miscommunication happened during the trip at the time of flight checkin which resulted in extra payment of Euro 110 (Rs 9000). It would be very nice of you if you can refund this amount as this was a mis communication from travalot side. Client does not know anything if he/she has to checkin early or late according to the airport regulations as he/she is not a frequent traveller. Travalot agent should pre-inform the client about this. Thanks to Travalot team.

        The travel agent is very slow to respond to the queries and in case if you are stuck then the agent will contact you after 5 hours that is not good if you are travelling abroad. You yourself need to push them for the papers and all they send the itinerary on the very last day of the trip... You need to take all the pain for the bookings and visa and all. The agent will hardly call you about your whereabouts...

        Pradyumn and Raghav catered to all our needs of travelling with an infant and organized a great trip to Barcelona, Ibiza and Valencia for 5N/6D. They took care of hotel bookings, flight bookings and transfers between hotel and airport. They made it clear whatever was not included, so we were very aware of when we had to spend extra money. They helped us with Visa documents as well. What could've been improved: Early Checkins and Late Checkouts at the hotel should've been arranged (for extra charge if necessary). Only basic ticket to Sagrada Familia was included, which should've been the full ticket including towers. There was no provision to update the ticket at the venue. Some airport transfers were booked for 3 adults, so the drivers didn't have infant car seat which was mandatory as per the traffic rules in that country.

        To start with Shailesh from shell and pearl holidays is very helpful .He answers to all queries at any point of time and listens to concerns .5 star for him. About the trip other than the hotel that they gave in Paris which was not at all upto the mark ( poor food and locality of the Novotel hotel) everything else wasvery good . Just hope that travel triangle and shell and pearl holidays will improve the hotel chosen for other trips . Amanterdam and nearby country side visit . Park plaza airport hotel in Amsterdam. Sunny and beautiful afternoon in the Bruges city centre.

        Experience with MyTravelPlan is the worst till now. We always had to follow up with the agent multiple times regarding itinerary and bookings, and they never gave it on their communicated time. When we reached out to Travel triangle regarding this, one of the agent from My Travel Plan talked very rudely to us, saying are you uneducated. At the time of booking agent told us that we have early check-in at the hotel, but when we reached the hotel we were told that there is no early check-in booked for us and we had to pay the early check-in amount. When we reached out to the agent regarding this, they told us that they will refund this amount but even after multiple follow-ups over mail they didn't even bother to reply.

        We had a great experience in Italy and France for our honeymoon. It was my first outside India travel experience and initially I had lot of concerns about how will things be planned, itinerary, food etc. But everything was so well planned by the Traveltriangle and Hub Holidays agent Vishal, that I didn't have to worry. Hotels were good, itinerary was well planned covering all major sightseeing and still not getting hectic. There was always a less travelling day followed by a full day sightseeing tour day. Airport pickups and drops added to the convenience, only the local travel was not covered and everything else was covered in the package. Also, the agent Vishal was always a call or message away in case we needed any help or guidance. The package cost was very reasonable compared to similar packages offered by others. Overall, it was a very well planned and personalized honeymoon trip at a very reasonable price. Rome sightseeing and Eiffel Tower visit were the two best experience on the trip.
