            The package and all 6 days were planned nicely, However out of 5 stay , bentota , nuwara eliya , sirgriya this stay hotel and staff was outstanding including food as well. Rest of the Colombo stay was ok. And the kendy stay is worst. Nuwara eliya city and sirgriya hotel i will not be able to forgot for my whole life, I would suggest to include this 2 place and hotel for all the people who is visiting Sri Lanka.

He has lots of patience, knowledge about the wild life and punctual. We felt safe with him during our entire journey. Thank you all for the wonderful trip which we will always cherish. Everything which was a part of our journey are the best memories we have. Right from the arrival to Colombo, going to Kandy and then Nuwara Eliya. After that Bentota..and coming back to Colombo. The beautiful tea gardens, water falls, mountains, weather, people, blue beaches, food... all are the memories we took from Sri Lanka to our home.

            1. Harshini and Ravishi made the trip memorable for us and they made sure our travel was smooth such that they made all arrangements in time. Would strongly recommend everyone to book your trip through Udani Holidays. 2. The vehicle, the driver and the stay arrangements were good except at Nuwara Elliya since the hotel staff at Lake view comfort bungalow were not friendly and the breakfast they served had only 3 items of south indian i.e. idli, vada and dosa. our driver Chamika was good but had limited knowledge as a historical guide. 3. Our last day stay was at colombo which was on a saturday and we were not informed that all offices and national museum are closed for half day on saturdays. Our driver informed that he will start at 2 p.m. since the city tour was only for 3 hours which made us miss the national museum. Would advise others to enquire about this sort of issues in advance to avoid time and opportunity loss as one can go around on their own and roam around the city. Other than this , the entire trip was fantastic.

            Overall the experience is good !!! One thing which we had an issue is with the food - breakfast at hotels , despite clearly instructing to the travel agent - it was not spoken to hotel for proper vegetarian food !! The food quality in all hotel except taj was not good !!! Enjoyed all the sceneries !!!!

            We went for a 5 nights 6 days trip to Sri Lanka and Minoshaa from Romano Lanka took care of literally everything about the trip. The few things which needed to be taken care of in Sri Lanka itself like entry tickets to orphanage or cultural show etc, Prabudda, who was our 24*7 guide, helped in everything. We are extremely satisfied with the service and guidance we got from Prabudda in Sri Lanka, while Minoshaa was constantly available over WhatsApp whenever we needed anything. We have covered 5 places - Sigiriya, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Mirissa and Bentota. Very nice hotels were chosen, Minoshaa understood our choice and requirements perfectly. One must experience the train ride in Sri Lanka, it's truly the most beautiful! We planned the trip only with 2 weeks in hand, still Minoshaa took care of all our requirements and managed the whole trip so nicely!             *** MUST READ before booking *** Starting with great things with the booking I made for February 2024. The cab provided and the driver were great the driver was more like companion taking care of smallest of things you may need, nice and patient driver. Clean and spacious car. So all good there. Now, starting with other unpleasant things. The moment you get down the Travco representative Mr . Shanil (other than the driver )meets me and persistently tells me to make the balance payment in cash before starting your trip in Sri Lanka. And when I make the payment they don’t reflect that on travel triangle portal until I have finished the trip and back home. No reason why!!! As I reached Nuwara Eliya from Kandy I had motion sickness due to the terrain and hence requested and different route with less mountainous roads but slightly longer (50-60km) , which I was fine with. Now, Mr. Shanil from Travco tells me the I can’t travel more km as number of km covered in the package are limited

            We have booked our Honeymoon trip to SriLanka for 5 days. We had a wonderful tour guide for our entire trip. He was so humble and kind. Though it is a first time travel outside India, we enjoyed a most memorable trip. We landed in Colombo and travelled to Kandy. The drive was very pleasant as we could feel cool weather and kind hospitality. Our tour guide stopped at some significant places on the way. Whatever we drove, it was never a straight boring ride. We stopped in many local shops and indigenous shopping items. We have experienced SriLanka more than our itinerary. There were some technical factory tips additionally given by our tour guide. Choice of hotels and restaurants were do customized and to our likings. We travelled around SriLanka from Colombo to Kandy, Nuwaraeliya, Elle, Yala, Galle, and Bentota. Mr. Madhusankar took us to all significant places and made us experience unique Srilankan experience from stay, food, travel and comfort. Overall we got a unforgettable memories and a friend Mr. Madhusankar in our entire trip.

My only regret is not having visited places of mythological importance(Places associated with Ramayana: eg. Sita Elliya). We got to know we were close to Sita Elliya and could have visited it only after we had moved too far from that place.

            It was a great experience...lavish resort in sigiriya and nelinsa in kandy were very good and food was delicious.... daffodil in nuwara was good as well...though there was but of communication problem with the staff...they were not so fluent in English and we cudnt decipher what they said.....in bentota...green shadow beach resort was a let down....it was not in bentota but far away, food was not that good and they kepttheir best rooms for other people who were yet to pay for their accomodation as we had already paid full amount we were not given the good rooms ...they do have a personal beach so that's only solace and a very pet friendly hotel....but all said this hotel couldn't match the other in terms of infrastructure and service. Mr Mendis our driver through travco was an absolute delight..... highly recommend him and hotels lavish resort in sigiriya and nelinsa in kandy and daffodil in nuwara....Mr Mendis went out of his way to get jackfruit for me and was a very smooth driver and gave us a great tour......his smile is infectious and always makes it a point to stop at great restaurants for lunch as well......again highly recommend him....

            The overall trip and stay was amazing. Just one improvement area - The hotel in Colombo was not at all upto the standard. It was dirty and the food service was disastrously slow. Apart from this we had a wonderful time.

            Good tour, but could have been a lil cheaper, I think travel triangle need to reduce there commission, as I compared the rates at the hotel, Further I was not given the travel distance and time, but was not shared , which could have been more helpful for planning the travel daily Further srilanka has led opinion for pure veg food, so I think this need to be addressed in advance and stay need to be planned near such places Rest all good Eden resort good

            We were not informed about the payment procedure prior to our arrival. We were ask to pay 675 dollars in cash when we landed in Sri Lanka. There was no information given stating that the payment had to be made directly to the agent on arrival in cash as the first transaction of Rs. 75 dollars was done online. I do not think any tourist will be carrying 675 dollars in cash when they come for a vacation. The Queen's Berry hotel in Nurawa rayalia was not up to the mark at all. The website pictures shown is deceiving to that what was in reality. The food in the hotel was extremely poor. The hotel in Ella showed pictures of a swimming pool. When we went for swimming it was told to us only selected rooms could avail the swimming pool facility. Facts like these should be made clear before it self. The driver and the car providered was very good. Mr. Sashira the driver ensure that we had a pleasant time in Sri Lanka and made there all our journey from one place to another was a comfortable one. He was extremely friendly and helpful. The Cinnamon Bay hotel was one of the best experiences we had over there the hotel standard, quality, food and staff made the stay very enjoyable.
