We visited Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Bentota and Colombo! It was a wonderful trip and our only complaint was that we had only 5 days at our disposal! We would have liked to spend 2 days at each place! Kandy was cool, Nuwara Eliya cooler and the Hotels at Amaya Hills Resort in Kandy, Golden Ridge at Nuwara Eliya and Marino Beach Resort were just grand! Golden Ridge at Nuwara Eliya where we stayed in a Cabana was outstanding! However the Coco Royal Resort at Kalutara was rather disappointing, a standard room on lobby level at the back and no wifi except at the lobby and pool! Wonderful sightseeing, very helpful and courteous driver, Tamim and all in all a most enjoyable trip! The views from the rooms at Kandy, Nuwara Eliya and Colombo were great and food at all 3 places was very good! Friendly people and a nice country to visit for a relaxing holiday!

The package and all 6 days were planned nicely, However out of 5 stay , bentota , nuwara eliya , sirgriya this stay hotel and staff was outstanding including food as well. Rest of the Colombo stay was ok. And the kendy stay is worst. Nuwara eliya city and sirgriya hotel i will not be able to forgot for my whole life, I would suggest to include this 2 place and hotel for all the people who is visiting Sri Lanka.

1. Harshini and Ravishi made the trip memorable for us and they made sure our travel was smooth such that they made all arrangements in time. Would strongly recommend everyone to book your trip through Udani Holidays. 2. The vehicle, the driver and the stay arrangements were good except at Nuwara Elliya since the hotel staff at Lake view comfort bungalow were not friendly and the breakfast they served had only 3 items of south indian i.e. idli, vada and dosa. our driver Chamika was good but had limited knowledge as a historical guide. 3. Our last day stay was at colombo which was on a saturday and we were not informed that all offices and national museum are closed for half day on saturdays. Our driver informed that he will start at 2 p.m. since the city tour was only for 3 hours which made us miss the national museum. Would advise others to enquire about this sort of issues in advance to avoid time and opportunity loss as one can go around on their own and roam around the city. Other than this , the entire trip was fantastic.

We went for a 5 nights 6 days trip to Sri Lanka and Minoshaa from Romano Lanka took care of literally everything about the trip. The few things which needed to be taken care of in Sri Lanka itself like entry tickets to orphanage or cultural show etc, Prabudda, who was our 24*7 guide, helped in everything. We are extremely satisfied with the service and guidance we got from Prabudda in Sri Lanka, while Minoshaa was constantly available over WhatsApp whenever we needed anything. We have covered 5 places - Sigiriya, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Mirissa and Bentota. Very nice hotels were chosen, Minoshaa understood our choice and requirements perfectly. One must experience the train ride in Sri Lanka, it's truly the most beautiful! We planned the trip only with 2 weeks in hand, still Minoshaa took care of all our requirements and managed the whole trip so nicely! Thanks a lot Romano Lanka and team to take care of everything and make our anniversary trip so memorable. The train ride from Nuwara Eliya to Mirissa. And Nuwara Eliya day tour.

We had a 5 nights/6 days trip to Srilanka . Steeple travels took care of our itinerary in Srilanka. Madhu was kind enough to organise the trip and was done the way we wanted. The airport pick ups and drops were perfectly on time .Our tour guide Amilya who drove us around for 6 days was punctual and thorough with his knowledge to guide us around the cities. He went out of his way to make the tour comfortable and did not rush into meeting the deadline timings. He was indeed very helpful, very respectful and left us with wanting to visit the place again. Choosing Traveco as my travel agent happened to be an fortune.Mr.Shanil from Traveco constantly interacted with me and assisted in planning my travel.Special mention to the driver cum guide Mr.Mahesh who took us to each and every place of Sri Lanka and made us explore the beauty of the country. Visit to sigiriya, lily resort stay at Sigiriya,Kandy city and the stay there

***The Good Experience*** 1. Prasanna helped us plan the trip, he is a humble person, and always available to clear our queries. 2. The driver Shanuka was also good, can speak english well and was helpful. 3. All the hotels were good , however in the bentota hotel, we faced some power problem during day time as they had limited diesel and wanted to use it at night for backup. 4. Even though there were large queues at petrol pump, since we were international tourists, we were given priority and did not had to wait much during refueling. Overall the trip well well except the below bad experience. ***The Bad Experience*** 1. Our 100 USD got stolen, and is most likely by the boat driver of Madhu Ganga Boat Safari at Mangrove Cave Hotel. We have strong reason to believe so, as he made us stop at buddha temple island even though it was not an official stop, asking us to keep the handbag in boat which we wanted to keep with us, then going back to boat with our slippers when we were in temple. He also had other foreign currencies like INR, when we asked the source, he didn't say anything. We realized this next day, otherwise we could have confronted. I would recommend to never take tourists to Mangrove Cave Hotel for boat safari, instead take them to some other operator. 2. We had difficulty in getting the remaining LKR exchanged at airport for USD, as given the crisis, limited exchanges were having USD and they were asking for receipt of USD to LKR exchange (which we didn't had). After many requests one exchange agreed to exchange our LKR for EUR. Would recommend tourists to always exchange from a authorized exchange and keep the receipt securely. ***Overall Experience*** I will still give SHA travels a 5 star rating as trip was largely well managed and hotels were good. I would like more tourists to visit Sri Lanka with a broader mind and help them revive their economy

It was a great experience...lavish resort in sigiriya and nelinsa in kandy were very good and food was delicious.... daffodil in nuwara was good as well...though there was but of communication problem with the staff...they were not so fluent in English and we cudnt decipher what they said.....in bentota...green shadow beach resort was a let down....it was not in bentota but far away, food was not that good and they kepttheir best rooms for other people who were yet to pay for their accomodation as we had already paid full amount we were not given the good rooms ...they do have a personal beach so that's only solace and a very pet friendly hotel....but all said this hotel couldn't match the other in terms of infrastructure and service. Mr Mendis our driver through travco was an absolute delight..... highly recommend him and hotels lavish resort in sigiriya and nelinsa in kandy and daffodil in nuwara....Mr Mendis went out of his way to get jackfruit for me and was a very smooth driver and gave us a great tour......his smile is infectious and always makes it a point to stop at great restaurants for lunch as well......again highly recommend him....

The overall trip and stay was amazing. Just one improvement area - The hotel in Colombo was not at all upto the standard. It was dirty and the food service was disastrously slow. Apart from this we had a wonderful time.

The beautiful tea gardens, water falls, mountains, weather, people, blue beaches, food... all are the memories we took from Sri Lanka to our home.
