      I took this trip without much prior planning, as it was a rushed decision. But Travel Kutir's planning and execution were so good and perfect, I did not face any problems. All the hotels were extremely good, with large rooms, adequate facilities and good breakfast. The car provided was also smooth. It is only when I went about changing the itinerary in the middle of the holiday that things went awry. Mr Maurya of Travel Kutir went out of his way to re-book hotels as per the new plan, although he was in hospital with viral fever. I feel very embarrassed that I had to disturb him time and again during his illness. It was my negotiations with the driver which was not done properly, leading to some confusion and frayed tempers at the last moment. Looking back, I feel I should not have tampered with the itinerary midway through the holiday. Overall, I had a great experience. Thank you!

      The Travel triangle agent was reachable. But the cab driver was not good at all. Our cab broke down mid way and he was not ready to talk to the agency. He was not cooperative and frequently complaining that we have made the booking through agency and made all the payment. Sela Lake, Tawang, And the special arrangement of candle light dinnr at kaziranga.

      I had enquired about my trip to Tawang on Travel Triangle and got connected to Reify with Ms. Nikita Chauhan. She has done a fantastic job in planning our trip and customised the itinerary based on my needs. The trip was from Jan 21 to Jan 26, 2022 and everything went well as per the plan. She accepted the last minute changes as well and coordinated with the hotel and made our trip a pleasant experience. The driver Mr. Jaidev Das took care of us extremely well as there was heavy snowfall enroute Tawang. He got us through safely. Hoping to travel with Reify again!

      Awesome trip management by North East Windows travels for Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Meghalaya. It was a family trip. They provided hotels as committed, unlike other travel agents who change hotels at last minute saying unavailability. They also changed one hotel which i did not like. Innova Crysta was clean and in very good condition. Driver was awesome. He guided us along the trip to visit places and drive was very smooth even in hilly terrain.
