        The overall experience was too good. The trip was enjoyable and we had a good time. But the only issue was that whenever we had to go somewhere the travel agents should have checked with and informed the respective authorities before time for instance we had to wait 1 hour at our phuket sea sun sand resort even after 2 pm for our check in. Had the travel agent checked with the hotel authorities well in time , we wont have faced this issue. Krabi resort was too good a place. The breakfaat they offered was awesome. The 4-island tour was the best

        Overall the trip was good but travel triangle needs to improve on the itenarary which they make before the trip for the customer and once made they should stick to it. In my itenarary it was clearly mentioned that national park fees is included in the package, but later at the day of trip they asked me to pay that fees and did not agree to what is mentioned in my itenarary.

        arrangements were very systematic and we had a wonderful stay. Our stay at Aao nang cliff resort was really amazing and peaceful. Travel guide at 4 island trip was very helpful and funny too,which made our journey memorable. We didnt have similar experience in Phuket hotel though. hotel rooms were conjested and 2 single beds were joined which was unconfortable. hotel room also lacked basic amanities. overall it was good stay in Thailand and looking forward for more trips... trip to 4 island

        We had the most remarkable family tour with Peter Sommer Travels. Not only everything was perfect, but we felt, in every instance, that our guides and our gulet crew truly cared about us, and did their best to make this trip memorable. For adults, we were pleasantly surprised by the diversity of our trip: from neolithic archaeological sites to medieval castles, from swimming to get obsidian to talks on board of our wonderful gulet, from ever-changing and filled with surprises meals offered on board to culinary experiences on the shore, every island and every new activity offered new experiences. We definitely will be back!

        Trip was good but am utterly disappointed with the services of my travel agents, land team, reference personnel. Following are the issues 1. Was provided long tail boat instead of speed boat (though already clearly mentioned in quote and final land voucher). Still waiting for the refund of the difference amount from travel triangle agents as promised to me. 2. No honeymoon supplements provided though explicitly mentioned in inclusions 3. Last trip 'hong by starlight' was horribly wrong. Was provided an alternate similar trip from a different agency instead of the one contracted and paid for. Poor response from Mr abhijeet adhikari of travel fireflies. Currently waiting for the refund for SL. No. 1.. at the earliest. Have already contacted Mr. Dhruv das & Mr. Hashim from travel fireflies as well.
