1st hotel La Vallais, Seminyak had cramped room (around 200 sq.ft. ) the agent should be aware for family of 3 this is very small. Breakfast was also below average. Smart hotel has cottages /villas which are great ( I was not aware or else would have booked same). In 2nd leg we stayed at Sadara boutique hotel, Nusa dua, it was fantastic property with great accommodation, breakfasts and on beach location. My all past customised booking thru other Travel agent they were aware of all prowprties. Couple of iternrery was bit complex, we could re arranged thru local tour operator. Complimentary Lunch was below average. With such devalued currency's, this can be improved for customer delight. The driver was very supportive and Ankit and Tour hunt team was always available for help and did checked on us during trip how it is going. Overall an mixed experience.
