    • Trip to Koh Samui

We booked only the land package from ASAP holidays for Bangkok Pattaya. Didn’t get the voucher details till last minute though you should get it min 24-48 hours prior to the trip.had to follow up a lot but people were responsive. The only disappointment was the package trip. The trip to one of the islands koh larn was a disaster. They didn’t even stop at the island for 20 mins. All the time went on boats (they took us for paragliding and underwater sea walk) : sadly no provisions for snorkelling and scuba diving. Once you reached the beach, we didn’t get even 15mins to enjoy on the beach . It was return time back to the main pattaya pier for lunch. I would suggest if people looking to do any activities go on your own instead of booking through agencies. Further on our return trip from Bangkok hotel to airport the driver was so rude. As we were little late , the driver left and when contacted was hell rude. We had to book taxi on our own and go to airport. The money for that also gone to waste. Overall not happy with this holiday from ASAP holidays. I had previously booked a trip to Bali from travel triangle but that trip was hassle free and indeed memorable . However this trip has been a pain .

    • Trip to Singapore

I was expecting some experience, I could have booked the plane ticket myself too. I was given a small hotel room in IBIS, Singapore, which is still fine as the location was nice. However, the Malaysian property, Hilton Garden Inn was a chock full of rubbish, I was warned by everyone around to be careful. One couldn't even walk down the road, forget anything else. The tickets given to us were basic, even for the getting islands cable ride, we were given standard tickets. Don't you think we deserve to know there is going to be a queue of 2 hrs? we could have bought express, which we anyway did. So the pass money went waste. On top of that! we were given only one way! do you think we were not supposed to come back? So overall, for the hotels and the experience (which definitely doesn't mean only giving basic passes) it also means knowing and asking your customer what does he want to see? what is the experience that he is looking for? what kind of hotels does he like? what is his choice of food? I feel If it's just about booking airline tickets, hotel and transfer, people do not need agencies like you..a thought to ponder over! we got extra things at an extra cost just when I was so adamant about my Singapore sight seeing. I am a frequent traveller and was just wanting to visit Ko samui in Aug end this year..but now I feel, I cannot trust you guys as you don't work for experience

    • Trip to Koh Samui

This is my first time with travel triangle. While I was planning a trip to Thailand and doing my research on Google, I saw a Pop-up from Travel triangle and I was connected to Mr. Rajdeep. He was patient enough to understand my requirement and shared Itinerary for Phuket, Phi Phi Island, Krabi, Koh Samui, Pattaya, and Bangkok. Mr. Rajdeep was flexible to update the itinerary as per my requests. I am also thankful to Pooja and Girima for helping to get e-visa during the short time. I was provided with a Final Itinerary with Hotline numbers in case of emergencies and also a Whatsapp group. Gotta mention this, I never had to use them as everything was explained prior to the trip and the driver's and agents were there before we arrived and made us feel comfortable and easy with the trips. Miss. Pum who was assigned for Phuket, Krabi and Koh Samui used to call us a day before and explain the itinerary for the next day and also what to carry and what not to. I am completely satisfied with the service of Travel Triangle.

    • Trip to Koh Samui

Hiii me and my wife travelled to Thailand recently I should say Thankyou to team fireflies for the arrangements that have been made Just would like to highlight few ground issues 1. When travelling to koh samui we had to catch a connecting flight in Bangkok, as they are one and half hour ahead of us we really didn’t have much time left before the next connecting flight to koh samui and ended up missing it, for first timers travelling please give adequate amount of time in between the connecting flights 2. In transfers from hotel to airports or hotel to sightseeing places when arranging on shared basis if it is a honeymoon couple you people have to inform your local coordinators that they be transported with other couples as we had a bad experience when we were transferred from our hotel in krabi to the ferry for Phuket we had to be transported on sharing basis with a couple of middle aged men who were drinking and using obscene language which is not proper and it was so hot in krabi ( I think even on sharing basis AC vehicles should be arranged ) 3. In krabi In our 4 island tour the local guides and tour company which you coordinated with was very poor in hospitality and couldn’t make proper lunch arrangements (they couldn’t provide us proper food at all ) not enough varieties while we saw that the rest of the other tourists coming with other traveles had better food served hot and fresh Thankyou but that is just small things that has happened to us and might not happen to anyone else I shouldn’t forget to highlight the positives with you guys 1. You guys are so reachable 2. Always responding to smallest of the queries 3. Gave us adequate amount of time to clear the payments which is what is most important 4. With all the hassle due to work in daily life impossible to plan all by myself, you guys just made it so easy So Thankyou travel triangle and team fireflies for a wonderful experience

    • Trip to Koh Samui

I like the complete tour of Thailand, well planned and organised. Only my 1st day at Koh Phi island was unhappening and less of enjoyments. The trip was of many hidden charges which I had to pay during my trip. Transfers from airport to hotels were nice but tranfer while visiting to different places were on sharing basis which did not included couples as it was my honeymoon trip I did not enjoyed transfer which did not had couples in our share in transfers. The hotels were good. Overall experience was neutral because it could have been more better trip.
