Our journey was good, hotel was amazing and clean with luxury amaana plantation resort is best and i would suggest everyone to visit once, only pagoda resort room was not up to the mark, rest our journey was great only problem was that driver took to places which were costly and didn't take us to cochi market which we told him, please see customers requirements rather than profit, all itinerary was not covered, travel agent also was in favor of driver, I will suggest to please cover itinerary that are promised and please cover local market for shopping which are budget friendly. Best memories was in Thekkady of Elephant ride and munnar night travel in local market along with my wife, and friends.

Houseboat kumarakom, sapphire club cherai these hotels , we had a poor experience . In houseboat you said they will give us ride of 5-6 hours but they gave us ride of only two hours . And meals were also bad . In sapphire club cherai . The bathroom pipeline was a type of chok up and the room service was very poor . You should give us more nice hotels according to 3-4 star ratings Hotel elephant route was a good experience . The room was also neat and clean . The hotel was also very near from the main point . We also enjoyed elephant safari and other activities there. The aurum resort munnar was also good experience . The room was clean and room service was also very nice . The meals were also very good

Thank you so much, we had a wonderful kerala trip. Me and my parents are really happy. One suggestion if Hindi speaking driver could be arranged, then it would be outstanding. Some times driver say my duty ends at 6pm so we have to arrange auto/cab for veg restaurant, if that can be improved it would be great.

Overall Eric provided very good places to stay at, he made the right choices when we asked for his opinion on two different stay options. He also had good insights on where to go and the driver was knowledgable as well in terms of how to reach the location, where to stop for food and how to handle traffic. When we had a situation where the stay was not as maintained and clean as expected, Eric quickly managed the situation to the best of his ability. Overall we enjoyed our trip. Only our driver did not speak English fluently and sometimes drove aggressively, too close to other cars and that made it stressful. But this was only occasionally the case.

Our trip was well handled by Robin of Comfort Destinations Private Limited from the get go. They prepared the itinerary based on our requirements and since we got there, everything was as per our expectations. We were met at the Airport by our driver Hashim. He was a great guide- fun and helpful. He was with us throughout on our 6-day trip. We covered Kochi, Munnar, Thekkady and Alleppey. He helped us plan out our days with activities we wanted to do. We had a great time and highly recommend using Comfort Destinations as your travel agent. They do take care of your comfort and needs.

When I asked boat driver what is the cost for this boat ride, he didn't give any answer and went to discuss with the cab driver regarding the price. The Cab driver mentioned it is 5k for 4 people and it is speed boat and paid on our behalf for 1 hour and asked us to Gpay him later ( cab driver). Since the amount is 5k, we were expecting the boat ride to be exciting and were ok to go with ride. When the boat ride started it was boring and not exciting at all and it was a motor boat which was not at all going fast. We asked to return to the entry point as it was not worth 5k and didn't want to waste our time on this . Later we discussed with the cab driver how come it is 5k for this small motor boat but cab driver was arguing that he already paid 5k on our behalf and we need to pay him on the way to airport or else he won't drop us at the airport. Beware of scams from cab drivers in marine drive kochi.

before confirming the plan we asked the agent to hire new vehicle for trip. but he hired vehicle which is 10 yrs old . agent not stick with his word. they were asking the amount not as per discussed before the plan. he was asking before the committed time . and 2 places driver and hotels people's are asking money I am not sure the agent is not updated the payment details to respective driver or hotel person. These people are asking the money after the payment done with the agent. And trip was good . but hotel fares are high compared to the direct booking at hotel.

1. Hotels were good, except for Periyar meadows in Thekkady. The agent understood our requirements and accordingly suggested the hotels. 2. Travel Agent should know the days when a particular place is Closed, so trip can be planned accordingly. 3. The agent should know about the places we are visiting very well, or atleast try to ask someone and then answer customer queries. 4. The itenary provided by the agent was very generic, this can be obtained anywhere from internet. The value lies in planning itenary point to point. 5. The cab driver was very inflexible. He took us to Spice Plantation that was on the way to Thekkady, hotel, whereas we wanted to go to hotel dire y. But he kept insisting we see some places and then goto hotel. We wanted to get freshened up first. He didn't take us to specific plantations and Cultural centers we wanted to go. 6. In Munnar, the driver left us in hotel by 3 pm and went to his relatives place. 7. The cab was uncomfortable in the back seat and not well maintained. We are not at all happy with cab and cab driver. Kondai Lip resort was good with activities provided.

Everything was great! Would recommend staying at one place for at least 2-3 days to really absorb and explore what that place has to offer. Boat ride in the backwaters of Allepy, Green palace resort stay and visiting Burgher and Princess street in Cochin.

Our Kerala trip was awesome. The best part was the houseboat at Allepey. The driver Dhaneesh was nice and hotel's staff were also polite and supportive. Our tour advisor Rajan has customized our package as per our request and guided a lot during the customization. He was always available on call during our trip. Well managed and especially, provided good hotels and cab. Thanks Rajan for all your efforts which helped in experiencing a memorable trip with my girl's gang. A big thanks to travel triangle, as this was our second trip arranged with them and they have very well succeeded in maintaing their quality of services.
