I had an amazing trip with my parents in Kerala. The assistance of the travel agent was really appreciated, the driver is also good. However, the driver's behaviour was little unprofessional which I explained to the agent; this is not a negative feedback, but a point which can be improved. The hotels and food were really good, had an enjoyable trip with beautiful memories.

To write in detail about the 2 people we interacted the most First is Arun, our transport guide, during the 6-day Kerala trip, he went above and beyond to ensure our journey was smooth, comfortable, and unforgettable. His punctuality was outstanding - he was always waiting for us, with the vehicle prepped and ready to go, whether it was an early morning excursion or a late-night return. His professionalism shone through as he expertly navigated the busy streets, ensuring our safety at all times. Arun's knowledge of the local area was invaluable, providing us with insights into hidden gems and off-the-beaten-path attractions. What truly set him apart, however, was his unwavering dedication to our comfort and satisfaction. Despite the long hours and demanding schedule, he remained cheerful and accommodating, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. Beautiful sunrise in the mountains of Munnar to the amazing waterfall view from Aranyaka Resorts, to a beautiful sunset in the backwaters of Alleppey and those picturesque beaches of Kovalam... Overall Trip was great. We had a great family time in Kerala. But there were few bad moments which were really frustrating and annoying. 1. On day1 only when reached at Hotel Breeze Velly, around 8 am, rooms were not avaliable for check in. We waited for 2 hours which was too frustrating as we had 4 hrs long drive from Kochi Airport to Munnar. 2. Same happened on day3 at Thekkady. After a long day trip, when we reached at Hotel Periyar Nest, we waited for 1 hr and later it was told that our booking was at Periyar Medows. There was communication gap between booking agents and Hotels. And the information which was share with us was incorrect. 3. As I belong to Sikh family, My father and brother wear turban. We didn't have clear idea about Padmanabha Swamy Temple entry. Both were not given permission to visit the temple due to Turban. Could you please make note of this so that noone face such issue in future. We had great family time. Driver was very cooperative, humble and kind.

The first two hotels were amazing i.e. adishakti and times square. Decent hotel in Thekkady. However would have preferred ac hotel in munnar but was suggested it won't be required Vagamon hotel experience was worst. It was hot there and rooms were too small. Both cab drivers jithu and Anish were amazing. They made sure we visit everyplace and cover as many locations as possible. they stopped at good restaurants for munching and snacking. Both made us feel safe and acted as our big brothers. I would suggest them to everyone i know wanting to travel to kerela. Namit also planned the trip very well. He picked up my calls and tried to give out a resolution. But at times i felt I was not up to mark and I felt that he could have handled the situation better. Kerela agent arun never contacted us during the trip and neither picked up the phone for sikara ride. Although he made the required arrangement properly. Overall me and my friend's had a great experience with trip sailor ..looking forward for more such trips in future. I think jithu as our cab driver was amazing and the first two days he gave us an amazing time. Anish on the last day took us to adventure park and motivated us to do the activities as it was our last day.

Dear Trip Triangle, Greetings for the day! I have planned all my past trips on my own. This time due to other priorities I chose Trip triangle based on a friend's reference to get a proper and hustle free itinerary, best negotiated hotel prices, language friendly driver and a lot of memories throughout the trip. I would like to give my experience and feedback: Hotels were suggested by us, there was no price negotiation done from 7C's Destination. I was getting the same hotel tariff as the agents. The agent does not suggest the hotels as per our suggestion and our needs, they lack a list of hotels. The itinerary is so vaguely mentioned and the driver is unaware about all the sightseeing places we want to visit daily. Driver appointed to us acted sweet , humble but was cunning , always confused and always trying to fool us. Day 1: He did not take us to sight seeing as we reached late. 2 waterfalls mentioned on the itenary were not visited, the reason being no water, dark etc. Accepted all the reasons given by him. Day 2: He would not take us for sightseeing, instead take us to spice garden Ayur valley and force us to buy from there as we will not get good quality spices anywhere else. He dropped us at the hotel and when we asked about the sightseeing, he couldn't take us as the itinerary was not shared with him.I had to call the 7C's Destination agent Mr. Renjit to talk to him. Eravikulam National park was closed he should have mentioned earlier after reaching Munnar Mr. Renjit is saying you cannot visit due to breeding time. Day 3: We could not visit Periyar national park as it was fully booked 1 day prior. We spoke with other guests who had done online booking. On top of that Mr. Renjit is blaming us for not reaching prior 1 pm. To summarise the trip: Delhi Trip agent was not ethical, suggested we cancel the trip request at the trip triangle and they would give additional Rs 10,000 discount. 7 C's Destination were talking about ethics but lack to fulfill comments mentioned in the itinerary. Driver was taking commission at every place we visited Spicy shopping, Ayurvedic centers, Kerala chips and even for bookings which we did by ourselves. We received constant complaint calls from the surfing and kayaking schools stating the driver asked for commission. On declining the commission the driver posted negative feedback on the internet. Driver would not stay in our hotel or nearby hotels. He would be late by 20mins to 30 mins in the morning to pick us from the hotel due to which we missed all the major sightseeings in Munnar and Varkala. Other tour guests were getting the discount at Jatayu Earth center while we did not get any discount. We have spent Rs 1,06,340 but it was not worth it. It could have been much better. It was a nice experience post the trip started, before the trip a lot of calls had to happen for the right itinerary and details...the last hotel was not good as the room was not properly ready..the TV remote was missing, the tea kettle wasn't working etc
