The driver named Sumit was the icing on the cake, he was an amazing driver and an even better person.         Hotel in harsil was average. Hotel near Mussoorie and rishikesh were good. Driver is expert in the field. Gangotri registration not done but can be situational as server was not working Hot water spring in Gangnani.

        Asked for Innova, got Kia Carens( 6 seater) for pick up from airport ( DED to Haridwar) Again, got Ertiga for airport drop ( 6 seater) Haridwar to Delhi We were 7 people & had difficulty to commute. On top of this, there is no trust on customers. Driver did not had money to fill Diesel although I had settled full amount prior to travel On top of this, There was no Fitness certificate, License, Using white board instead of yellow board etc. I was warned by RTO officer not to engage with these people in future. We had travelled from Karnataka & had high hopes , but went in vain However, driving quality was the only good factor.

        Overall trip experience was not so great even though it's not entirely due to agent only but environmental factors as well. I would have expected agent to manage the whole trip in case of changing weather and other conditions which is expected in this trip. Did not get that kind of support from agent. I had to push keep pushing him which was quite frustrating. Not really happy with overall experience

        We have taken only cab from traibal trip . The driver #Sonni is very good in act and very proffessional. The language issue only we faced, BcOz we are not good in hindi and the cab driver not good in English otherwise it's a pleasent experience. A day at Rishikesh and Dehradun was the most memorable.
