          Ah's 7 days trip to Kashmir

          Booked vehicle for our tour was AC Innova. Center seat AC was not working and driver was not ready to operate AC for front seat. Even he was operating door glasses as per his wish. Vehicle and specially driver service was very poor and annoying, even it was very bad. Right from the moment when we landed at Srinagar airport, adament behaviour of driver was experienced. Instead of coming to pich up point, he called us along with our tour baggage at the end of parking lot. All the time he was insisting us for booking of guide, horses and local cabs from the people he knows and where he gets more commission from them. While driving most of the time he was talking over phone for personal tour booking business. Always, kept waiting outside the hotel for hours. No response to phone calls. Vehicle and driver is a key factor for such type of tours. Right from beginning, this matter was informed to M/s SS travels. However, instead of understanding the facts and action, thier representative was trying to defend him. Because of very unprofessional, offensive and rude behaviour of driver, I had to drop the vehicle on second last day of and book separate vehicle from another travel agent. However, M/s SS was trying to defend his act all the time. Later M/s SS travels paid for it, but overall experience of vehicle and driver was very very bad.

          Stayed in 3 hotels and had 2 cabs and 3 drivers. Overall it was good experience. Some hotels had good ambience but they were lacking on the quality of food and ambience. The first Cab driver (Mr. Firdaus Mir) was the best of all. The other cab drivers need to be more punctual on the agreed time.

          (1) Our TT trip advisor Hassan Khan did not respond to our calls during our trip when we needed him. (2) I booked the trip well in advance. However, faced challenges in checking in hotels on multiple occasions. As per the Tasha Tours, it was because of the hotel owners who cancelled our booking and provided room to others. We have been provided alternate accommodations. This has wasted a lot of our time. (3) It seems that our tour planning guidance was poor and we realized that during the trip. (4) Drivers (Altafbhai / Mamu) were very genuine and ready to help on all occasions. (5) Except instances highlighted above it was a memorable and enjoyable trip. (6) I would recommend to confirm with the hotels directly about the reservations or get the confirmation vouchers directly from hotel.

          Shashwat was extremely responsive from TravelTriangle specially before the journey started.He helped me to download the vouchers when it wasnt working from the app.I believe the TT app needs to be improved a bit.We selected Ozzo and they planned our hotel stay and entire cab journey. Our journey with Ozzo was from Katra-Pahalgam-Srinagar-Gulmarg-Sonmarg - Kargil- Srinagar.However the excessive snowfall spoiled our plans for Kargil and we had to stay in Sonmarg.Annu planned it meticulously and Mr. Amir responded to our queries very well.Excepting for the Hotel Triden in Srinagar(absolutely pathetic) all the hotels were quite clean,hospitable and guest friendly.Srichan Resort, Glacier Heights in Sonmarg and the Majestic & H.K.Houseboat in Srinagar were hygienic.Food was also decent since we were travelling with 2 small kids.Mr Amir co-ordinated with our drivers and planned it throughout the trip to ensure we dont miss out on Kargil but God has his own ways.Also we were told that May weather remains sunny mostly however we had to buy sweaters from Srinagar due to heavy snowfall.So probably look out for Accuweather for updates.

          We have opted for 4 star accommodation but provided may be 2 to 3 star accommodation. Amount collected for 4 star. Services of travel agent is very poor. Not provided information about the place visited ex.For rope way in Gulmarg we have to book on line in advance but not informed while booking the package. Because of this we were not able to climb mountain using rope way. We have missed again we don't know when we go again to Gulmarg.

One of best thing about trip was when reached phalgham and started journey towards Katra. The road was closed due to some unavoidable event. Travel agent took care of this and change our itenieray and helped us to replan the trip. That was the best part. Thank you Nadeem!!

You will feel you have a live physical guide with you to address any issues, she will make sure to plan per your requirement and will always be available during your journey, any concerns you have will be addressed 24/7. Most important part of any journey is Driver and ours "Toufeeq" was best. We were a big group but we all felt extremely safe while he was driving in such a difficult paths. He is experienced, well mannered and customer is his 1st priority, best part was he knew where to stop which type of music to play and when....what else you can ask for. Whenever we were tired or low he would play some music which will cheer us all and his happy smiling face will always give you extra comfort no matter where you are. Shahid & Afreen both planned our trip the way we wanted and were available to resolve any issues or concerns. I do recommend Kashmir Heaven to all and wish them a great future ahead!!!

          I would like to first thank Mr. Muneeb for making Kashmir trip happen and a memorable one. We were a group of 10 and though there were frequent changes in dates, destinations, eventually a finalized plan was made. Except in Sonmarg, where we were deceived by horse wallahs for paying 5x the time we're were supposed to pay was not a happy one, there I expected the local driver to assist and guide, but henceforth that did not happen. House boat Anarkali was really good and felt May be 1 extra day on the house boat could have been done. But all in all a very memorable trip, got an opportunity to see the tulip garden. Would strongly recommend Mr. Muneeb, he has personally taken lot of ownership to ensure things went in the right direction. Mr. Babar, our TT driver was a very friendly and supportive persons, that made our journey a very comfortable one.
