          Overall the itinerary was planned and executed well . On time execution by cab driver in sightseeing. Hotels could have been better considering that I was a solo traveller and needed access to restaurants in house Jeep safari scouting for Tigers in the Madumalai Tiger reserve but regretfully did not spot a single tiger

          Hi team, I recently got in touch with Rakesh to plan my trip between 7th Jan - 13th Jan, and just wanted to share what an absolute blissful experience it has been working with him. From the start, he was proactive and quick to understand my preferences, working style and time limitations. He was thorough with his planning and took upon him to do a detailed due diligence. I had a seamless trip, and even if there were any challenges he was on his toes to resolve the issue at the earliest. I appreciate how he’d say “aap trip enjoy karo, wo meri responsibility hai, main sort out kar lunga”. I have worked with agents in the past, but have never seen this level of understanding, accountability and proactiveness. He made practical suggestions and was extremely understanding. Often I’d not be be reachable or available, but he’d follow up and ensure everything falls in place. Big thanks to him for a great experience. Look forward to working with him I future as well - will also recommend him further to any acquaintances planning a trip.

          The entire tour went all good. There was no problem in hotel booking or car driving...The driver Sathish was excellent He is very polite and ready to go an extra mile to make all passengers happy and comfortable. Overall good planning and execution. Thanks to Kalpana holidays who arranged this. The breakfast at few hotels viz. Daiwik at Rameshwar and Le Royal at Pondicherry need to be improved. Kalpana holidays can avoid them in recommending to passengers. Other places hotels were good.

          The trip was great except the worst service that we received from the travel agent in last two days from travel triangle and their agent VFM holidays. Will definitely be more careful next time when I decide to travel with this company. The driver was very good. Rest all was satisfactory. The last two days of my trip was completely spoilt by the travel agent. Please don't travel by VFM holidays and especially if your travel agent is Miss Bhargavi. She promised and made tall claims and then when we actually face some issue during the trip she just didn't pick up the call. That's heights of being unprofessional.

          We started our travel from Bangalore airport and driver was there to pick up our group. Good Things : Driver was on time every days to start the trip Driver took us very nice restaurants for lunch and dinner. Bad Things : Guruji travel company didn't suggested koraikanal places but kept very normal places in the itinerary. Due to bad communication and bad planning driver missed few itinerary places and spoil the whole mood We tried to follow day wise itinerary as given by the guruji travels but driver said I will do few things now and few things later and he was changing every day itinerary items. He deliberately took us to shopping places first so that we spent maximum number of time there and other places could be missed or avoided as all places get closed before 6. Driver was expecting we will provide him with meals and refreshments. Although it should be managed by his employer. We provided few times out of courtesy but this should be not compulsion as he was behaving very difficult during the trip.

          Fooding arrangements were improper , quality of rooms & area were not up to the mark. Driver was not updated with the places of visit & hotels. Itinerary had lots of flaws.

          Mrs. Alia is a very good person, and she also has convincing nature. She changed the hotel bookings at the last moment at our request. However, when places are chosen by the traveler, the Travel Triangle, with the support of the local agent/driver, can plan the trip by amending the places depending on journey between two places, and night halts and places that can be covered.

          My parents and relatives had a great trip. The hotels planned were nice, they had a comfortable stay. Sachin the organizer was supportive and was available at all times. He even helped to arrange wheelchairs during transfers.

          The trip was arranged nicely . The hotels were good except Camp 21. They were not ready to receive guests even at 2030 hrs. The provisions in the room were not sufficient . We have to ask for their help for small things. The itinerary needs a relook as we were on the beaches at afternoon in Gokarna and also on the way to Mangalore. In Mangalore we did not see any beach e.g.the confluence of river and the sea. These are small irritants. Otherwise the trip went very well. The stay at Hill View home stay was excellent .Hats off to Aishwarya for her co-operation and the arrangements. We did not have any problem at hotels. The cab service was smooth and comfortable . The driver Keshava was soft and helpful. Dealings with Aishwarya on phone were nice and reassuring.
