Co-ordination between Indian and Thailand travel agent is missing. Airport pick up itself failed - There was no one standing with our name card. We have activated international roaming and called driver and guided him to come to the gate. Travel agent did not pick up the call at this crucial time. 1. Without knowing if the sight was open or not, it was included in the itinerary and we were charged extra. 2. Hotel Early check-in at 10Am was there as per travel agent but we paid 600BAHT for early check-in and had to wait for an hour to argue all these things. It was so messy after travelling overnight with a small kid. 3. Vouchers were not given until asked. 4. Cab details were not provided until we followed up each time. 5. For Safari world, we got a driver who doesn't understand/talk English - Quote clearly says in Inclusions "English Speaking Driver" 6. Dinner Cruise, we got some corner seating at the end, could not enjoy the views/music much. Food was worst anyway..!!! @ Choa Phraya Princess Cruise 7. Phi Phi Island Tour organized by Sea Angel is Excellent 8. 4 Island Tour was done from Phuket which was very hectic - Phuket to Krabi ferry was almost 2 hours and then island tours. Back to phuket again 2 hours. Travel agent should have organized it better as i mentioned initially that we do not want travel more than 1hour. Instead they could have transferred us to krabi and we could have stayed overnight there for smooth island tour. Aa nang tour organized 4 Island Tour but not up to the mark Finally we felt the we spend more money choosing this travel agent, instead could have organized it better my own way..!

Everythinh was good and very smooth. Thebrating is related to hotels only not the agency. Pattay hotel staff was not that good and so as service ( i felt they are biased with indian..prefer to cater more to west people) but hotel in bangkok its staff and service was really good and they were very helpful. the only things was we were not aware abt the brekfast venue which wasted out time in the morning and we missed our SIC bus for safari..which was not our mistake. But then hotel helped us and arranged cab for us. Rest sightseeing activity driver, car evrything thing was perfect. Nong nooch village and tiger park were awsome

La Petite stopped service in morning saying it is our check out day, I had to fight literally for a towel. They had no kitchen service.

Except for the child's meal which we requested in the flight and was not prebooked and the city tour in Phuket which was very bad and planned with commercial objective by the local travel partner there due to which we cancelled the city tour scheduled in Bangkok as well, everything was fine. Overall experience is good. We planned , seamless arrangements.. clear communications helped to plan trip.. Hotels : Could have been better, but I give 2** for hotel, No service , but cleaned room.. In Phuket I don't recommend jiraporn hill resort at all.. AC, Fridge was not working, Service: 1* can be given. Location :2 ** Trip to Phi phi island was my best memories.
