We had a wonderful trip , the arrangements by travel 18 was upto the mark and they were very helpful if i had any doubt in the journey. I must say the kind of support travel 18 gave is commendable , they were always available to clear our doubts , it was a well organised trip. I personally felt Samui Bay View hotel room was not that great in Koh Samui. Otherwise everything was great.

Overall it was good. Need to keep on coordinating with the agent. I would suggest to check the vouchers before hand as per your iternary. Strongly suggest to check the hotel check in timings since in Thailand it is 2 pm check in. Request early check-in according to your arrival schedule. Would also recommend to avoid city tours in SIC transfers rather hire a bike on rent and explore. Would like to thank each and every support staff of this team. Travel agent was very patient in finding out the best hotels for me over a period of almost 2 weeks. I think in the end, the hotels provided were really upto the mark. The transfer services also didn't have any issues. But the biggest turn off was the irresponsible behavior over the birthday cakes and the check in buggage. For birthday cake, I was even ready to pay upfront to which the agent said that Hotel has agreed to provide the services. I reminded one day before as well but to my surprise, cake never came and the agent didn't even bother to care/check. Hotel + Transfer Trips + Cruise + Day Trips. Everything else was properly arranged.

Trip was good but am utterly disappointed with the services of my travel agents, land team, reference personnel. Following are the issues 1. Was provided long tail boat instead of speed boat (though already clearly mentioned in quote and final land voucher). Still waiting for the refund of the difference amount from travel triangle agents as promised to me. 2. No honeymoon supplements provided though explicitly mentioned in inclusions 3. Last trip 'hong by starlight' was horribly wrong. Was provided an alternate similar trip from a different agency instead of the one contracted and paid for. Poor response from Mr abhijeet adhikari of travel fireflies. Currently waiting for the refund for SL. No. 1.. at the earliest. Have already contacted Mr. Dhruv das & Mr. Hashim from travel fireflies as well.

The trip to Thailand was great. The trip was so well managed by Ananta Tours that we did not have to face any difficulties. All the hotels were at a great location nearby to the famous market places and food joints. The highlights of the trip were Krabi and Phuket. The most fun place in Krabi to be was Hot springs and Emerald pool and the star of the trip was Elephant trekking. Awesome experience! Nice itinerary! Excellent management!

The trip to Thailand was fantastic and memorable, thanks to the 'Kingdom of Holidays' team. Perfectly organized and planned and even more excellently executed as well. A few hiccups can obviously be adjusted, but the overall trip for 8 nights was surely enduring and memorable. Special thanks to Sam, Lovely and Brishti along with all the hotel coordinators were polite and helpful.

With Indochine hotel, we were initially given room with totally blocked view. Upon asking for change, since no rooms were available and we were given a room change the following day causing unnecessary packing and change in room. During Phi Phi tour, longtail boat was selected by default making us pay more to select Island tours. During James Bond island visit, longtail boat was chosen by default which would ideally make us travel 1.5+ hrs to board the boat. On both days we ended up paying more to change the type of boat. These details should be make transparent and options should be selected based on travellers convenience and informed Canoeing under stalactites and later canoeing on our own

We did a trip to Krabi and Phuket, and the whole experience can be classified in 2 parts- 1. Krabi- Hotel location excellent, cab service and driver support was very good and the trip to four islands was also fab. Overall it was a 10/10 experience. 2. Phuket- Now comes the sad part. (i) The hotel location was good but the rooms were not so good. They could have been better, or atleast we could have been intimated about the rooms, so that we could have upgraded it. (ii) The cab was never on time, and was minimum 20mins late. On the last day, when the driver was supposed to pick us up from the hotel and drop at the airport, he was 25mins late and then he came with another passenger, whom he introduced as the guide, but later that man turned out to be a co-passenger in our flight. The driver's behavior was also rude! (iii) Phi Phi island, we upgraded to a superior plan as offered by Travel Triangle itself, tuned out to be a waste. Waste worth 500 Baht. The boat just stopped for lunch for 30mins, at the famous Phi Phi Island, and we were not given any leisure time to enjoy and relax at the beach. The beach at which the time was given for 1hr to relax and enjoy, was full coral beach and you could just not step into the water, as it was full of corals and sea urchins!! (iv) Entire package only comprised of island tours and no local attractions, other that Fantasea Show. This should be improvised by Travel Triangle.

All the people who were not Indians and I had to with deal were good, polite and responsive. Their is one Indian Mr Dharmesh in Pataya who was responsible for my travel is a difficult man to deal with and is a unwilling service provider. He carried out his part of duty with lots of if’s and but’s and kept me on tenterhooks. The lady agent (Pum) in Phuket is very good. Amari was the best hotel I stayed out of the three. My personal suggestion:- please do not include Indians who are settled to work for you. They are cunning , unwilling and act least responsibly. They also suffer from some kind of inferiority/ superiority complex. I go for my foreign trips twice a year and always suffered when dealing with Indians in foreign countries. It was a memorable trip.

If in case of any information required they have provided their full support over the whats app. It looks like someone was always there when needed. Property was good both in Krabi and Phuket. Few Odd's were there such as in Krabi you never told us that we need to pay money before going for the beach trip. Although paying money isn't a big deal but it would be more comfortable if we have known it earlier. Over all Great Job done by Travel Triangle and wish to have many more to come in future. We have traveled to Singapore, Krabi and Phuket for our Honeymoon which was well planned by Kushark holiday. They are not like other travel operators and are very responsive and professional. I would like to thanks Ankush for providing me the support and plan my trip covering all my sightseeing requirements. He have capacity to understand what I was looking for & made best out of it. As a frequent international traveller it was common for me but to see my partner happy made it a memorable trip.
