          It Was a wonderful trip Great coordin ation and friendly staff at each island for everything required Just one suggestion is to keep coordination in check in times at hotel n ferry arrival time. I had to wait for 3 hrs at havelock sea shell as the check in times were 11e 12 noon And we arrived at havelock at 8 30am Though everything was great

          Team Happy Holidays have managed my family trip to Andaman quite well and the experinece was satisfactory considering the bad climate we faced during our trip. What went well: 1. Sapna and her team of travel agents (Ravinder, Libin & Amrit) and all the drivers were really helpful and guided us throughout the trip without fail in spite of challenges in mobile communications. 2. The ferry & entry tickets were readily provided to prevent any last minute mishap. In 1 instance, when cruise from Neil Island to Port Blair was cancelled by Makruzz (a private ferry), Amrit helped us in booking a govt ferry immediately. 3. Ample time was provided to spend time in the places of interest as per the itinerary. What could have been better/rectified: 1. A better and more spacious room should have been provided at Havelock Island. The room provided at RK Resort was too small to comfortably accomodate 3 persons. 2. Also, the room provided at RK Resort, Havelock Island was initially booked for 2 persons, and was updated to accomodate 3 persons only after reaching the hotel and informing Happy Holidays about the issue. This led to a prolonged waiting and late check-in. 3. In case of cancellation of a complimentary activity, there should have been provisions to carry that activity out in another place. The boat trip to Elephant beach where complimentary snorkelling was planned got cancelled citing bad climate, but the activity was not offered alternatively in any other place. 4. More number of places could have been included in the 7D-6N itinerary quoted to us. There were a couple of days when we visited only one place and were dropped early at hotel afterwards by the drivers. Places like Chidiya Tapu, Ross Island, North Bay Island, Viper Island, Baratang could have been covered in those lighter days, which were missing in the itinerary. 1. Light & Sound show at Cellular Jail, Port Blair. 2. Glass-bottom ride & Trekking at Red Skin Island, Mahatma Gandhi Marine National Park. 3. Time spent at Radhanagar & Kalapathar Beaches, Havelock Island.

          Hi!! I would like to thanks Ms.Alisha (Agent Snow leapord tours) and rate her 10/10 as she is the only one in the whole team of travel triangle who understood our problems & came up with every possible solution during tours. I m very much dissappointed with rest of the team right from the flight bookings (including seniors) who just messed up things on my cost and never came with any solution except excuses & sorry. Hotel booked were very nice with very nice staff. Cab drivers always seems to be in hurry with no flexibility of time in between. Overall it was a great experience with Andaman, Thanks once again to Alisha to taking care of us and making our tour rememberable.

          Thank you TravelTriangle and Lazyatra for making our trip memorable. Mayuri from Lazyatra well co-ordinate our Honeymoon plan. We had covered Three Islands, Port Blair, Havelock and Neil's. Coordinators from all of these locations were great. The only suggestion - Please do not suggest Banjara Resort @ Neil's Island. The rooms are too small and you will not get any privacy in rooms.(Wooden walls).

          On day one we faced some problems due to poor management & less coordination between your agents. We had to call them always to solve our issues due to which we kept our last installment on hold. And then onwards they started to share all information on time & we noticed some coordination between them. Our booking experience was good but it would be excellent if your agents have managed everything planned

          It was good but few things should be taken care as while giving options of hotel category of hotel should be same. We should keep Apples with Apples. Banana should not be given as substitue. Itnerary was bit short and one and half day was free without any activity. Where as there were few points which was not part of my iternary and we missed it. We wasted 36 hours which could have been used for some other activity. Or your team should have suggested to cut short my trip from 6 nights to 5 nights. I could have saved time and money both. Sorry i missed to mention that last hotel offered to us was miserable. Far away in some remote area inspite of new construction there was stinking smell in toilet. It didnt had restuarent of its own. I am surprised as weather this information is with you all or not. Name of Hotel was “F Hotel.” Would certainly like to know as why earlier confirmed booking at Hotel Marina Manor was not given to us? Where as Confirmation voucher was mailed to us. Why hotel was changed? Stay at Holiday Inn beach resort at Neil Island was best.

          I had booked this tour for my in laws and other family members.... Tour coordinator Anita have designed it for us on short duration of 3-4 days... I took review from my father in law about the trip experience and below are his wordings -- "Wow! It was a great experience. The tour was accurately planned & executed according to our itenerary. Vehicle, hotel personels were promt & punctual. Thanks a lot to make our tour memorable." Undoubtedly visiting Cellular jail & the cell where Swatantryaweer Savarkar was imprisoned was highlight of our tour. Also ruins of Ross Island gave us the idea of then British colonial life.

          1. Bad planning of itinerary , random planning , wasting of half day in most of the visits. 2. Cancellations not catered for . In case of an event or visit getting cancelled nothing planned in lieu of that , resulting in wastage of a time and a day. 3. Cabs at some places shoddy and driver also involved in picking up multiple visitors at same time. 4. Hotel rooms at some places not seen/ visited before booking for customers, given a totally wrong details when booking . 5. Tour operator when booking the package was after our life for getting the booking done through him , later not picking up calls and replying to messages when trying to reach out to him in case of some issues . Then we had to approach to an executive of travel triangle to speak to our tour operator , who was then was rude in his response. 6 . Overall a bad experience
