I opted for Dream Tours and Travels for the Singapore and Bali trip. The tour coordinator Babu was very good and was in constant touch until our tour was booked. Later had to follow up for the tickets and the final service vouchers were given 2 days before the trip. TT mentions that the vouchers needs to be provided a week before. No verification was done from Bhavana (TT) as well. Now coming to the trip. I was taking my 2 year old daughter for the first time, so had set the expectations that the tour should have been kid friendly. Singapore trip was extremely well coordinated and my daughter enjoyed the trip. Rooms, hotel area and the arrangements were really good. Only thing was that the initial itinerary shared has zoo on second day and Sentosa on 4th day. When i received the voucher it was exchanged. Thank god i did not book the ticket for Harry potter considering the first itinerary else the money would have been gone. But i would rate 4.5/5 for the Singapore. Now coming to Bali, I wanted a kid friendly trip, but it was a nightmare. This itinerary was just a copy paste of an general 2 day itinerary and no research was done tour coordinator. Both the days we had to travel in car in scorching sun. All day we were on cab roaming from one place to another. My kid id not enjoy in turn we also had a bad day. We had specifically asked for a bigger hotel in Bali but the hotel was poor with less veg option in the breakfast menu. Only positive was the cab and cab driver. I would choose them for Singapore but a big no for Bali!

I was issued a fake ticket for cruise during the tour. Even though ticket had names of 3 passengers, ticket was found to be against names of 2 passengers. No explanation given by the agents. Despite writing several emails, no response provided. Such behaviour creates unnecessary anxiety while travelling.

We had booked our Singapore and Malaysia trip through Abroad vacation. The trip was catered to the best of our needs, everything was properly organised from visa, tickets and private transfers. We went to Bali for 7 days. Dolly Jain did a great job of organizing the trip. She even provided support as the driver in Bali was not on time (1 hour and 1.5hrs late) on two occasions. Itinerary was great and cabs were clean. Driver/Guide was very poor. Although he could speak English he did not provide any history about Bali. Did not know what is special attraction (must see) in Safari or other places. Took to expensive (commission oriented) places for shopping until last day when we complained. Changed the itinerary as he came late on two times. Hotels were great and Indonesian people are friendly. We enjoyed the trip and Dolly provided value for money.

Our trip for Singapore & Bali was quite memorable one and thanks to Tour Hunters for professionally co-ordinating it without any hiccups. Right from the start our coordinator was in touch with us ensure we are on track as per the planned itinerary. They were available round the clock for any support/queries/clarifications that we encountered during our trip. Singapore trip was very well organised with comfortable hotel stay & pvt cab rides to the destinations. Even in Bali our cab driver who was with us for all 4 days was kind, well behaved and was supportive enough to cater our needs be it last minute change in the plans, finding a good Indian restaurant, helping to negotiate with the shop keepers while buying the things. The only disappointing part was our 3rd hotel - Ashoka Tree Resort Ubud. We got a sub standard room and also the experience was not so great with rooms stinking, leaking bathrooms. They were not kind enough to respond to our problems. Also, One of the main issue was hotel having problems with card machine, we had to go find an ATM at the late night and get the hard cash to settle their bills. This hotel can be avoided going forward by Tour hunters.

Our trip to Bali and Singapore as per our itinerary was excellent. Take a break holidays did the job and the trip was well managed, services were also excellent. Rameez sir was very helpful and he was always available on call for the help and provided the right solution at all the time whenever help was needed. My entire trip was well planned by Mr. Babu Patel. I went along with my wife and 2 children for 7 nights and 8 days to Singapore. We spent 2 nights on Genting Dream Cruise where our room was updated to Palace room and we thoroughly enjoyed exclusive privileges of being palance residents with exclusive dining hall, swimming pool and 24 hour butler service. Our hotel in Singapore was right in heart of city with all shopping outlets as well as Indian restaurants only 1 KM away with 15 mins walk. We visited Night Safari on our 3rd day in Singapore followed by visit to Universal Studio on 4th day, visit to Zoo, Bird paradise and river wonder on 5th day and Singapore city tour on 6th day along with visit to Gardens by the Bay and Cloud Forest and Flower Dome. Our tickets were upgraded during Zoo and Bird Paradise visit and we were able to enjoy River Wonder with Boat Ride free of cost. We also opted for Express Pass for Universal Studio which ensured that we were able to enjoy all rides without spending time in Queue. On 7th day, we went to Sentosa Island where we enjoyed cable car, SEA Aquarium and Wings of Time and we were totally awestruck by Wings of Time show. We returned to India on 8th night with unforgettable and pleasant memories. Heartfelt thanks to Babu for a great itinerary and ensuring we stay updated with entire trip and enjoyed our stay. I look forward to planning more trips in future using Babu's expertise. Thank You. We totally lover our visit to Singapore.

The I NEED TRIP TRAVELS did a fantastic job. All the activities were nicely planned for us. A very special thanks to Ms. Nupur because of whom the whole trip went so smooth and well. She really knows her job. Right from the starting she helped us plan our trip as per our wish. NAM HO DMC (the local agent) are doing a great job. The drivers were all punctual. The pick ups and drop were always on time. Some of the drivers were entertaining and so generous in letting us know about the place. We had a 2 year old with us so twice we needed to come back to our hotel a little earlier than the return time. The drivers turned out to be helpful in our case and happily came when we called.
