      It could be good if you provide us different ambience hotels. The last hotel was like Oyo rooms(d’djabu).       Everything was very good, but the itinerary was quite tiring. I mean everybody is not used to wake up early in the morning and wait for the guide and then all day travelling to see the spots. Actually every place in Bali is quite far from where we stayed. Leave the morning and reach in the late evening. That was the schedule. Females often get tired, as the weather is hot and humid.       Booking experience was excellent. The vehicle too was excellent. Cab driver was just about good. Could not guide us much with must see attractions. The itenerary was not good at all. The best and must see attractions were missing. First day Ubud tour had nothing great. The only good thing was waterfall but we could get only 15 min there before it closed. Second day tour to the temple was also waste of time. Nothing exciting at all. We put money from our pocket to visit 3d museum. Third day water sports was just touch and go an no excitement at all. Fourth day cruise could have been easily skipped. It was not worth the money. All in all the itenerary was very poorly done. I personally felt that we spend so.much money but missed to visit the best attractions like Gili island or nusa penedia etc. As a travel agent, it's your responsibility to offer best attractions. Unfortunately my experience was not good.

      It was very good working with Journey routers. I always had a good response from them - in terms of before the trip and during the trip support as well. Before the trip started they gave me pointers to few good places and taxi apps etc which was very helpful. During the trip, I faced a problem with the local provider and when contacted, I got immediate support. I just have good things to say about them. Thanks so much. For the hotel though I do have a feedback about cleanliness. I will give this feedback on the hotel site also. For your knowledge purposes also for 6 days they cleaned only once. I travel internationally a lot and every hotel refreshes after 2 days for long stays. No cleaning for 6 days for a little too much. Other than that the hotel was good, people were good, food was good. Cleaning staff is not good.
