        We had an amazing holiday which was planned well. Activities were spread out giving us time for self. Choice of airline was certainly the best part. Travel agent was extremely patient and attended to every single query of ours and provided timely update. We had an amazing driver and I would recommend him to any one travelling to Bali.         First 4 days Hotel Stay was not good and hotels were not Hygienic and food also. Last 2 days hotel was good. In food I found insects and in coffee too. Not liked the services by SPSV travels and their connected travels in Bali. 4 days hotel stay : 2.5/5. Last 2 days hotel stay : 5/5 Bali was excellent and beautiful country.

        Our trip was in August 2023 so we did booking in June and paid everything in advance to the travel agent. I can say this trip was good but not best because of some of the reasons. I will start with the pros first and then cons. Pros: 1. Hotels choices provided were good. We stayed at Golden Tulip Jineng Resort. The staff was extremely polite and friendly. They had breakfast buffet including both veg and non-veg options to choose from. We were provided with the delicious dinner in cabbana setup at the hotel. It was great. 2. Our second hotel was Benoa Sea Suites and Villa. This resort was very beautiful and clean. It had swimming pool and floating breakfast facilities. This hotel is at the shore so you can go to beach from your hotel backyard. 3. Hotel/Airport transfers were good. The cab driver was so humble and punctual. He took us to all the places which we have told him. 4. Both the hotels had breakfast included. 5. We were given a complimentary photoshoot. So the photographer came to the hotel on the 2nd day of our trip and took our beautiful pics. Cons: 1. Pre-travel support was not good. I had to take so many follow ups from our travel agent for everything. We received the voucher just before 2 days of our travel. The first voucher was missing the inclusions so I had asked them to send the revised voucher. 2. Food vouchers, complimentary sim card was supposed to be given to me in India but I received the sim in Bali on 2nd day. Food coupons were not given at all. Agent asked us to visit mentioned restaurants and call him from there to get the discounts.

        The tour was planned perfectly by our agent Tanvi (Travelope) in India however the communication to the Bali agent was not upto the mark. For example: 1) Our seafood dinner in Jimbaran was included in the package however Bali agent had no clue about it so after I conveyed my disagreement to Travelope, they communicated to Bali agent and who later on agreed for our dinner which resulted us waited for embarrassing 30 minutes 2) We booked our package for 2 adults and 1 child (6 yrs old) therefore everything should have been arranged according to that even all the meals that were part of the package. Only the breakfast in Aryaduta Kuta was a buffet option, rest all were fixed meals, even breakfast elsewhere. We were always been given 2 meals and nothing for child and only been resolved after Ronak's initiation but that was too late and started from Ubud, which was our last destination. 3) I explicitly mentioned to Travelope agent in India that I need extra bed for my daughter and we agreed onto it however in Ubud, we were asked to pay 350k IDR for extra bed which I told to our Bali agent (Gusti) however he didn't have any resolution for this. I felt a big gap between our planning in India and execution on ground in Bali. Thanks, Mohit

        Had awesome experience booking with you guys. Trip was smooth without any communication gap between the cab agency and the ground agents. Looking forward to book again with you guys. Keep up good work guys. The only thing i don't felt nice was the alam puri resort, cupboard were broken and the rooms were stinking. Request to please don't suggest that one. 1. Travelling to Nusa panida 2. Cab driver specially (Dharma from Indo Jaya) was awesome, the guy was very polite and cooperative, helped explaining the places on the way and helped us for food selection specially as we are vegetarian, liked his hospitality.

        Hi, Thanks to travel triangle for arranging the Bali trip for me. The itinerary is followed as discussed and no complains in that. Few suggestions from my side which will improve the overall customer experience: 1. At the very early stage of doing my bookings with TT (Travel Triangle) even before I made the full payment, I told this very very clearly to the executive I was talking to that I will be travelling with my 11 months baby and so in all the flights I want a bassinet. Not sure why but this request has been completely ignored. When I got the flight vouchers I asked TT representative to confirm whether bassinet will be provided or not and I was asked to get it confirmed with the carrier (in my case it was Air Asia), so I called them and they said that in all the flights there is no bassinet provided. Now the funny thing is, I got this confirmed from the Airport that Bassinet is to be selected at the time of booking the flights as not all air crafts has it. So it means that either I was fooled or the TT executives are not aware of this themselves and in both the cases it is really not good. I think the best thing TT should do it to be very clear in the communications. 2. I was told to get some medical kit before the travel but I haven't received it. Though I am not upset about it but don't promise something which is not provided. TT gave me some tracking number for the delivery service but it didn't helped. 3. The on ground support staff contacted me only once through whatsapp and no further inquiries about how my trip is going. Should have at least asked once during my trip if there are any problems I am facing.

        We booked trip to Bali in Sep 2022 with family (with 2 children) and friends through Travel triangle. Our agent for the trip were ALS Destinations. The entire team from ALS Destinations were very cordial and helpful. I herby extend my sincere thanks to Ms. Pooja and Mr. Manpreet from ALS for there endeavor and support at all levels. At the same time, I will also mention the insincerity and take for granted approach from Travel Triangle, specially Ms. Bhoomika Mishra from Travel Triangle. The behavior and attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful, especially after the payment made towards them. I do not recommend anyone to choose Travel Triangle as your Travel partner or Trip advisor. With gratitude towards ALS Destinations, we had a fun trip with family and friends for 6N7D luxury package starting 28th Sep 2022. The first two properties at Umae and Lembogan island were excellent and our family completely enjoyed the stay. The Hotel at Kuta was satisfactory, although we were expecting to have the same at better location, near the beach and a better property. Our stay and tour programs were meticulously designed. The staff and people and drivers at Bali were very cordial and well behaved. They extended all there cooperation to make our trip enjoyable. Stay at Lembogan island was star attraction and we recommend everyone to keep it as a must itinerary. The cruise boat for the transfer to and fro Lembogan island were not so luxurious but it was satisfactory. Although we could not do many of the activities at the Lembogan island due to lack of time, we recommend to the readers to keep more time for the stay, so that many more activities can be accommodated at Lembogan and the Pontoon there. Areas for improvement: 1. Basic toiletries were missing at all properties. 2. Breakfast was very limited at Umae Villa. Quantity, Quality and Variety needed to be improved. 3. Transit flight via Bangkok shall be kept atleast 4 hrs of time difference. 4. The transfer "Cruise" was satisfactory. Better Cruises were available once we reached there. I sincerely hope this review shall be beneficial to the serious readers and travelers. All the best for your vacation.

        Hello, Just returned from Bali. Everything discussed was going well. Day 1 was leisure. Day 2: driver who was also our guide took us to massage. post 2 hrs massage we were just sitting doing nothing at one place just because our next item was cruise which was to start at 5:30. So from 2:30 to 4pm we were just sitting as the driver did not know where to take us to spend time. We left place at 4pm and reach destination at 4:30. Driver just told us to give our voucher and that it ran away. How should we know what time the cruise will leave and all. We came back he was is such hurry to drop us. Day 3: water sport which was so rubbish and expensive. I found a better place at cheap rate for water sports. We reached Ulwantu temple at 4, and saw the Kechak Dance which was much better. The dance finished at 7, and it takes 15 mins to get out of the temple. We started form temple at around 7:30 pm and reached for candle light dinner at 8:30pm, here is the funny thing, driver says his duty ends at 9pm, so if you want to come along finish your dinner in 30 mins or I am going. Wow , that was great. Just adjusted and ran from there. Still no complaints to company. The height was when we went to view the water fall, as per the driver we should complete it in 1hr 30mins which was practically impossible. As per him the Kintamani was far away and it takes lot of time to reach. We just completed the waterfall somehow, skipped the kings palace, went to kintamani just to get a view of the half sleeping volcano nothing else. From there it was rice terrace where the driver did not know which place he should show us. Additionally we paid for the tickets to view the rice terrace. Till the end we were very polite with driver however, his behavior was not good, nor did he know anything about Bali, hospitality, etc. None of the people from the agency even called up and asked whether everything is fine or not. Their numbers were also not working. Finally, we got a better driver on last day that was the drop to the airport. It is really very pathetic on the part of the company to provide such tours. There were 100's of competitors but we chose you. Completely unsatisfied with your services. My friend was along and opted for other agency. I wish I would have opted for same one. Thanks to my research and my frequent travelling skills, the hotels I chose were much better. Had I opted for hotels as per your suggestions, I think I would have returned crying. Moreover travel triangle should take care or else provide a bank guarantee until we return and are satisfied with the services of the agency. Anyways thanks for ruining my vacation. Will not recommend it to anybody in future ever. And Travel Triangle, for you I have special gift. I will share with you soon with my comments about your site on various platforms.

Only feedback for your future customers I would like to give based on my experience is that Kori Maharani is not that liveable due to presence of plenty of insects. That villa is undoubtedly very beautiful and location is superb but it has too many insects such that we had lizards, big spiders and many worms in our room itself.Otherwise this trip was wonderful and I am looking forward to many more trips in future through Signature Travel excellent trip
