I will list down few very good things that went well and few things which needs improvement: Good things: 1. Very quick query resolutions ans staff feedback from travel agency 2. Trip itinerary updated as per my wish 3. Hassle free full day transit in Bali and very good and safe hotels were booked and driver was very kind to us 4. The places covered in 5 days/nights trip to Bali were one of most beautiful dreamy places i had ever seen and very well planned and covered 5. Sim card, travel insurance, money exchange service was hassle free and very good 6. The huts stay near lebongan island and villa with pool was exceptional 7. The cruize staff was very friendly and cool. Best experience. Banana boat ride was nice. Things that need improvement: 1. On our tour to Lembogan island, we found it was full moon day and ocean had high tides and wind speed was high, was risky, so we should be informed in advance and accordingly planned 2. The staff of lembogan island huts of Bali Hai Resort and Spa resort was not good at all where we stayed for a night When we checked in, and was having lunch, they asked us to go for village tour so we had to skip it Next day they asked us to be ready for water activities and village tour within 5min so we couldnt pack our bags for checkout After water activities completed we were forced to check out and pack our bags within 5min, we were in panick due to bad management of hotel staff at Bali Hai Tide Resort Huts This above experience is due to hotel staff and not due to my travel planner Rest everything was good and awesomme

He answered all my queries and provided additional information as well. He suggested me the resorts and hotels as per my requirements and budget. The iternary was well planned and perfect which covered all the spots. The entire trip in Bali was good and amazing. Our driver and guide Toni was very helpful and was with us all the time. In all we had a good time and I would suggest My Musafir and travel triangle for the trips.

Arihantji had planned the trip in much detail. It was our honeymoon and hence we wanted it to be restful and scenic. We just had to tell him our preferences and dates rest all planning was done by him. Money wise it was very budget friendly as Arihant ji planned the trip with much consciousness. He was available throughout the journey on WhatsApp and call and checking with us on how our trip was going. There was assistance even regarding the flights, documentation and insurance. All my detailed questions were answered very patiently by Arihantji. If we have to choose a vacation planner for South East Asia, we would just contact his company. A very warm driver picked us up from the airport. The hotels were picked well as per high quality of 4 star preferences and nearness to city centre. The coordination with local team and drivers was great! We enjoyed their company and hospitality of everyone in Bali.

Trip was handled very smoothly by the agency, no lags anywhere. Driver was there before scheduled time always and evrything promised was shown. Some of the challenges faced by us which can be improved are- Too hectic schedule, no time to relax in first 4 days. Please ensure flexibility if customer want to change plan after reaching destination. Ubud trip- Day 4 could be planned once we went to Ubud on Day 5, not sure why this much travel was repeated on both days. Hotel room in Kuta was very small for price paid by us and customer service was average in this place. Anyway, the trip was memorable one and there was smooth transition on all days. Thanks for all the help.

Travel agent is nice. Overall ok Found difficulty in guidence in singapore. One of the driver in nam ho dmc is very bad, rude and mis behaved --on the day of singapore familiarization. Hotel in singapore ibis novena is just ok, hotel restaurant in not serving meal properly.No proper assistance from hotel staff.hotel is not providing any drinking water, even assistance for luggage, u have to be your own.however room is clean and small. There should be proper guidance about trip in singapore to explore the places.Night jungle sufari is waste. Rest singpore places are very nice. IN BALI driver is very nice. Grand ixora kuta hotel is ok,very limited vegeterian food items, poor vegetarian breakfast only breads and salads.room given is ok.cleanliness and location is very nice.Staffe behavious is good. Very limited water ports are included.Bali dalphin sports is un organized, un systematic, waited alot for out turn of water sport.Not provided flying fish.Ski jets are old, petrol was finished in my turn in mid trip.parasailing is nice.Banana boat is just ok.overall bali dalphin ppl are trying to convince for other sports and oay for them.they have limited ski jets and other sports.material so waiting time is high.They don follow que properly, somewhate poorly organized system they have. Pool vila in kankana aldeoz grand is very nice.worth and recommended. Hotel staff are very nice.Foods are nice, services are very good.overall this was the best hotel in our trip. Overall found some lack of difficulty and guidance in singapore.Nam ho dmc is punctual but they are doing just transportaion, no any type of guidance.After drop to place u are at your own.One of the driver on day of singapore familiarization day 2 is very bad who drop us hotel to bus, he must be reported.
