I visited Bhutan with my family. The tour was customized to my needs and an awesome experience! We enjoyed our stay in one of the world's happiest and most beautiful countries. As a tour operator, Manish did a great job and made this trip memorable. Our driver Guruji and guide Tendin (Tiger) were the gems of the people. Tiger explained Bhutan's places, history, and culture and truly made this tour spiritual for us. I recommend them for a great Bhutan trip at highly affordable rates.

I had booked my Bhutan tour for 6 nights/7 days with 7 Continental Adventures based in Bhutan through Travel Triangle in End May' 2023. Mr. Damber from 7 Continental Adventures was very supportive right from the beginning & he helped me to customize the itinerary to cover the best sightseeing places, also he was always available on calls / wassup messages & would patiently attend to all my queries. When we (myself & my friend) crossed the border to reach Phuntsholing after 7-8 hours of road/air journey from Mumbai, brother Taashi (our driver) welcomed us with such warm smile which clearly showed us that he was more eager than us for the trip. Both Brother Taashi & Brother Sonam (our guide) took care of us throughout the trip & introduced us to their great culture, food, history, people & even the Bhutanese songs

Hotel rating -- Phuentsholing hotel was good (Hotel Ga me ga) , Timphu & Paro hotels are manageable (booked very far from city) . Had worst experience in Phunaka hotels, we found cigarettes buds and bedsheets are not changed (Hotel White dragon). Later this was communicated to guide and he helped to send room service. Guide exp : pros- He is talkative and always tries to answer our questions. Cons :- Tiger nest Hiking was planned very badly were we have asked Guide couple of times about things we need to carry but he always said nothing required but we ended up with cold breeze and tiredness due to lost of sugars in body due to long hiking. we saw everyone carrying some juice or chocolates to keep up there sugar levels. Guide/Driver always took us to worst restaurants were he will get free food even when there are good choices available just next to same hotel. We would have not even concerned to buy them Lunch/dinner (which we did couple of times), if he could take us to some decent place. (we realized this on last day of our trip when we asked them to take particularly to some hotel which don't provide free meal to guide/driver). there is a simple data recharge which can be done for 5 days, which was not recommend by guide when we asked about data packs for sim car. Hopefully you can understand why, Data give access to lot of things. which might give him difficulties. ( this we realized last day were few tourists told us about short term data packs which are recommend by there Guides. Driver Rating : He is good in what he is doing, i would defiantly recommend him. Name (Khenjo) . Agent has provided us Creta, which is in good condition.

Details on our trip to Bhutan The trip to Bhutan was 6th to 12th may 2023. Trip organized by Ms KNG travels. The travel arrangements and the planning was very good. The coordination with all the teams went off very smoothly and we did not have any issues during the trip. Our hosts KNG were very cooperative and Ms Tara and Mr. Bimal form KNG met us in Thimphu. The driver Chencho was very good. The guide Sonam is also very cooperative and had an excellent attitude. He did explain quite a bit but I think he needs more experience in handling things. He should read more and be able to explain details on each place adequately. There were places where we could not absorb the culture. Positives 1. Very well coordinated 2. Hotels were good in Bhutan. 3. Very friendly people. 4. The costs were reasonable except for daily taxes. Negatives 1. Hotels in India both at Jaigaion – Hotel Sheetal and Hotel Orbit in Bagdogra were below par. 2. With three people sitting side by side all through it was at times uncomfortable. The vehicle is not adequate for trips were there are long journeys especially in mountains. It was definitely small Suggestions 1. You should do a bit more research for the Indian side. Maybe travel triangle could help its tour operators on the same. 2. Please give details on expenses including unforeseen elements, I am saying this is because in Bhutan every transaction is in Cash and you cannot fall back on cards if there is a problem. Please spell out things on what could be ticket costs, tipping norms, daily food expenses, contingencies, etc

I have excellent experience with BHUTAN INC planned tour, though I feel there could be an accomodation of one or more sightseeing. May be tour should be customised a bit based on age group of the traveller. Memorable experience though. But the hotels need to be re-vamped, I felt the hotel in Phuntesholing was more of a transit hotel with only basic amenities and they don't have lift, which was uncomfortable situation as I recently had arm fracture. Other hotels were nice, Best experience was with the Cab Drivers, they are friendly helpful and excellent guide, I would like to recommend a raise of salary to them. Visit to Tigers Nest, Punakha and Paro was excellent.

Samir manages immigration requirements and is polite, while Dipak, an Indian driver, arrived on schedule to pick us up and drop us off at our destination. Our tour guide Sangey and our female driver Samten made our trip to Bhutan unforgettable. Even though there were a few minor hiccups, Manish (Our tour organizer) answered our calls, attempted to fix the issues, and made sure that our vacation went off without a hitch. Our trip to Bhutan was amazing because of Manish's efforts and he continued to ensure that we reached home (Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh) safely even though his duty was finished once we had left Bhutan. Thank you, Manish, for taking care of us like a guardian.

Bhutan is truly beautiful and underrated. I’m glad we chose to travel with KNG travels through travel traingle, Bhutan. Their service was exceptional and prices were affordable. They arranged everything end to end. Special call-out to few people. Travel agent Tara, she was sweet and humble, checking on us and sharing details and making sure everything was in place. Our tour guide Mr. Sonam was very friendly and accommodating. He was socialising all the time and also explained a lot about country, culture and helped us navigate around local areas. Our driver Rudra was very very sweet and funny and made us feel comfortable all the time. They didn’t see us like their customers, they saw us like their special guests. People are too good. Place is astonishingly beautiful and it was perfect experience. Hotels were too good too. Only concern we had was with the service at hotel in Paro was not upto the Mark. But everything else was perfect and I’m glad we chose to visit beautiful Bhutan

Fantastic Bhutan holiday which we thoroughly enjoyed was made possible by the fine folks at Bhutan Inc. Special shout out to Sumitra and Prakash, they took so much care to ensure all the details are finalised and always available incase of any questions prior to our trip. During our trip as well they were constantly on touch to make sure everything is proceeding smoothly. We had the opportunity to meet Prakash in person who gave us additional tips and currency exchange and we realized we had a made a great decision to book through them. Our guide Bijay Nurung was fantastic as well, soft spoken and had through knowledge about all places and the history. Best part was he was so enthusiastic to share the knowledge. Our driver Kencho Dorji was also very soft spoken and friendly. By the end of the trip it felt like we were e four friends who had completed a fantastic holiday... We are returning with fantastic memories of a great place, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The people we interacted was like icing on the cake... For anyone still in two minds, just go ahead with Bhutan Inc and they will take care of the rest. Hike to Tiger nest, it was a tough one for us but the views at the end make up for it.. The river rafting was great as well...
