Thrilling Dubai Tour: Dolphinarium & Burj Khalifa 7 Days & 6 Nights

We visited Dubai in March 2024 and booked through Holiday Paradise. Over experience in Dubai was very good except few events 1. On the day of Desert Safari. First of all the driver who came to pick us up from hotel for the safari came in the car where AC was not working. We drive through the 1st drop off point without AC in the afternoon scorching heat. When we told the driver about AC he argued that it was working when he came to pick up. After we called Mr. Miraj another car was arranged but it took one hour for another car to arrive but by the time the old driver wasn't picking the call and he left us and went away with his car. THIS WAS A NIGHTMARE! After that new car came and we did dune smashing and all. Initially the driver was good but when it came to dropping us back to the hotel, the driver refused to cross the road and drop us till hotel gate. Our kids were sleeping at that time and the driver told us to lift the kids and go walking till the hotel. When we argued with the driver, he tells us " You can go and complain about me I will give you police's number." He was so rude and spoke in such insulting manner even with the senior citizen who was traveling with us. When we reported the incident to the Dubai agency and the agency in India i.e. Mr. Miraj Shaikh, first they are telling to report immediately, but where the network and wifi is an issue, how can we report on the spot. After reaching the hotel, we get a message from the agency that driver said we only sad we will go walking till the hotel, lifting the sleeping kids in our arms. We had to have a long conference call with the driver and the Dubai agent as the driver gave them wrong version of the story. Ultimately driver accepted his mistake but it was a real stress for us traveling. After insisting about the compensation, Mr. Miraj said he said they will give compensation for the things that happened that day. When we were about to end our trip, we asked for compensation but we were told by Mr. Miraj that you aren't eligible for compensation since you have used the service. BUT MY QUESTION STILL IS WHAT ABOUT THE MENTAL HARRASSMENT BY THE DRIVERS? Still no compensation is given. 2. We were told by Mr. Miraj that Café voucher is included in Burj Khalifa visit. We asked him many times what is included in the café voucher or if there is any minimum spent on the voucher, he always said there is no minimum spend and you will find out in the café what's included. Upon going to the café, we were given 1 tin of soft drink per ticket that's it. That was the great complementary inclusion in the café voucher. Things are not clarified before hand by Holiday Paradise. They keep you wondering. 3. As a tour operator, it's Holidya Paradise's duty to give us revert for any query that we raise, but here we have to keep taking follow-ups from the agency. They won't revert till the time you keep asking for the update. 4. Travel Triangle as a platform is good but be careful in choosing the right agency.

The trip was good and all the services were as expected. The owner of Discover Ddays was in touch in entire trip. There was some issue with cruise booking but received the fund immediately. Desert saffari and img world

We were 3 families for 6N trip to Dubai. Local coordination and support was quite good, cabs and hotels were clean, on time and responsive. We stayed in Bur Dubai area so Indian food was easily available. Overall good trip.

Over all tour was excellent. The car was spacious and most drivers were nice. Though the travel agent shared the vouchers for site seeing little later, the services were good

We as a Family tour to Dubai has good experience. Everything is well managed in time and days. We covered most of Dubai best places to visit. Its overall great trip.

Dubai Trip is awesome. Nirja's tour planning and coordination is awesome. The credit of tour Success goes to Nirja. On field Ryana travel is great. TT coordinator needs to improve on field coordination.

A trip to remember and cherish for a lifetime. Wish this trip never ends but every good thing comes to an end. The trip was planned and executed very well. The on ground staff were also good and helpful. The drivers were punctual and thy possessed good knowledge of the location and site seeing. I strongly mention vishnu sir for all the international packages from discover days. He's a man of words. My trip was been postponed due to some passport issues,but vishnu sir was continuously following me regarding trip & end moment booking and all. One should blindly trust, vishnu sir for all the abroad packages, because he will guide you properly for everything before & during trip. Even, due to bad weather conditions our one day itinerary was wasted, but he made sure that everything gets covered, vishnu sir changed the whole itinerary again & completed our trip. First of all Thanks to Anchal ji for all her guidance and support for making the final itinerary for Dubai. She listened us time to time and suggest the way how to make trip more successful. The local ground agents at Dubai were also supportive. Dubai itself is very safe. The overall trip executes very well and we enjoyed a lot. Thanks again for your help. Everything is memorable for us. Specially Miracle Garden, global village, Burj Khalifa from the top, Future museum etc. are key places where we enjoyed a lot. Cod bike riding and Warner bros theme park also different experience altogether.
