      The trip was overall great. My only issue was that in Budapest, the city tour could have been much better as you already had charged that much money. Otherwise the experience was awesome esp.the thermal spa, cruise ride, boat ride and castle tours. Thermal bath in Budapest , cruise ride in Budapest , boat ride in Prague, castle tour in Vienna.

      Experience with MyTravelPlan is the worst till now. We always had to follow up with the agent multiple times regarding itinerary and bookings, and they never gave it on their communicated time. When we reached out to Travel triangle regarding this, one of the agent from My Travel Plan talked very rudely to us, saying are you uneducated. At the time of booking agent told us that we have early check-in at the hotel, but when we reached the hotel we were told that there is no early check-in booked for us and we had to pay the early check-in amount. When we reached out to the agent regarding this, they told us that they will refund this amount but even after multiple follow-ups over mail they didn't even bother to reply.

      We went to Eastern Europe cities Berlin, Prague, Vienna and Budapest in the first half of August. The tour was arranged and managed by Holiday Aces. It was a great experience and we enjoyed every moment of our vacation. The Operation Team of Holiday Aces did a good job especially Meenu Goyal, Amit Rajput and Sumit. They made a Whattsapp group and answered our queries in time. The hotels are good but far from city centre. I would suggest to provide hotels near to city centres to Indian travelers, who are going first time to Europe orother places so that they could reach historical places easily.

      All I liked about the trip was coordination between different agencies and some of the tour guides provided as well as the transfer coaches. I hated the hotels provided by Europamundo because of completely overated claims (should be 3 star at max) and pathetic location of the hotels where you can't find a restaurant, shop etc. around. They throw you in a God forsaken place and forget till next morning.

      The best means to travel in Paris is by metro and we explored that a lot to travel to the tourist spots. Raj from wise yatra was very helpful in guiding us before and during the tour.       Europe, I call this as our dream destination and what made it even more perfect was the planning that these guys has put in before the travel. Starting from processing of visa until the time we land in India, everything was very well planned. I will put up pros and cons (may be very less if not none). Pros : 1. Proactiveness from the team to provide necessary information about the overall trip especially for Visa purposes. 2. Did not exceed too much on budget that I have allocated. 3. Quality of hotels provided. 4. Quality of Airlines that are considered for booking. 5. Cab vendors are exceptional on timings and behaviourioul aspects. Cons : 1. Although I am not sure about this but at this stage the payments should be accepted even via credit card without any charges. 2. Concept of vouchers are not so much helpful. Special appreciation to Lovely Sharma and Himanshu to provide exceptional and continuous guidance for the whole trip. Sharma was there whenever we needed irrespective of the timings of the day.
