              Dr's 7 days trip to Kashmir

              We were received at the airport by Mr. Amir, who was very proactive and helpful in all aspects. He navigated us throughout the tour without any rush or delay at any place, and made us comfortable throughout our entire tour. Hotel Grand Sahara Hills at Srinagar was cosy and spacious, and we had a good experience. But they need to improve their room service. (4 stars) Hotel Supreme Resort at Pahalgam is not fully ready to receive guests. The hotel  construction is not complete. Basic facilities such as approach road are not yet built, and the generator is not capable of running heater or geyser. The location is also not great. Food served had limited choices, they had only jain food. (2 stars) Hotel Zahgeer at Gulmarg is very good and in a good location. Service and food was also good. (5 stars) On the last day we stayed in Blue Dolphin houseboat in Dal lake. While the houseboat itself is okay, it was too cold to utilise any of its space due to the extremely cold weather. It had a firewood based heater in 2 out of 4 rooms, which was not sufficient to warm any room up to a comfortable temperature. We should have been advised against staying in a houseboat in such a weather condition on the last day of a long trip. The tour co-ordinators were in communication and helped out wherever possible.

              The person who booked the package was non reachable or had left the job, however some different people interacted at different time so itwas ok, but initial it give uncomfortable, such thing should have been communicated before the trip begin, that whoever is the new RM , 9ther wise it was a good trip,Driver Tanveer was fantastic, Driver Tanveer was bestof it class.

              I recently had the pleasure of going on a trip organized by Nisha, our wonderful trip advisor, and Imtiyaz, our skilled driver. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, enjoyable, and well-organized. Nisha was incredibly helpful and attentive to every detail. She made sure that all our preferences were taken into account and was always available to answer any questions we had. Her friendly demeanor and local knowledge really added to the overall experience, making us feel comfortable and excited for every part of the journey. Imtiyaz, our driver, was equally impressive. Not only did he navigate the roads with skill and ease, but he was also courteous and respectful throughout the trip. He made sure to take us to some of the best restaurants and food spots in the area, giving us a true taste of the local cuisine. He was also very considerate of the group's needs, especially when it came to stopping at clean and convenient locations for rest breaks, which was particularly appreciated by the women in our group. Together, Nisha and Imtiyaz made this trip unforgettable. I highly recommend their services for anyone looking for a seamless and memorable travel experience! .

              As the planned changed at the last moment due to snow fall the hotel provided by the team charged extra (in signature hotel) and the hotel provided in srinagar (pomposh hotel) was pathetic. I got sock due to poor heating facility. Our driver lateef was very helpful throughout the trip.

              The choice of agents and the co-ordination was very good. All of them were very polite. The website makes it easy, I hope it is made more efficient. We faced major issues in the description of the hotel room and the actual room in Gulmarg. It was so much smaller, no space to walk The people in Kashmir are super helpful.               Gondola rides booking not done. Pahalgam hotel manager was very rude. No guidance was given for motor bike riding & sledge per person rate in sonmarg.it cost us 2800/- per person No guidance was given for pony ride at baisaran valley.It cost us 2400/- per person. Good cab & driver.

              The hotels in Katra and Srinagar were quiet good. The best hotel was Petals of Chinar in Srinagar. The Hotel Pahalgam Suits was good but the rooms were quiet small and the water was dirty and smelly. The Divine Oak Golden leaf hotel was good on first visit, but during the last visit the bathrooms were unclean. Also the dining area had grey water leakage at multiple places which was not taken care of for over a week's time. We literally had to have our breakfast and dinner in smelly dinning room. Apart from these small things, the hotels were good. The cab driver was amazing and the service agent was good too.

Our trip included destinations of Pahalgam, Gulmarg, Sonamarg, Doodhpathri along with local sightseeing at Srinagar. The hotels were the same as shown. The best part of the trip was the Cab driver, Muzammil who was driver cum guide, very polite, jovial and a wonderful human being. He elevated our kashmir experience to nex level, and one which we will remember for a long time. The services provided by Himalayan Gateways were exactly as per brochure and that was the best part. Will definitely recommend Himalayan gateways if you want to book your Kashmir package for a good experience.
