        I am recently back from my amazing week-long tour from Nepal. The memory is still fresh in my mind, and I am excited to share my experience with those who are reading it now. I normally book my tour through Travel Triangle platform who can connect me to more than one trusted and verified local tour agencies to choose my favorite itinerary. This time it was Snowyoda Expeditions Pvt. Ltd., who came up with the best plan and quote. Sumit from Snowyoda assisted me with alterations as per my need and managing the entire tour plan and communications. The accommodations were perfect for me, transportations were comfortable enough. Both the local drivers, Rabi Thapa (Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Nagarkot) and Arjun (in Pokhara), were good, decent persons and flexible enough with timings and places to visit. Look, there is nothing new that I can add to Nepal’s beauty or pilgrimage values. But I can strongly recommend that the only two factors that can influence your experience are “the weather” and “your plan”. You can choose a good time to visit and expect mother nature to be merciful to you. And at the same time, you have to trust on someone experienced enough to plan your tour. I believe I made the best out of my time in Nepal, whether I was paragliding in Sarangkot or enjoying the lakeside serenity of Phewa Tal or simply sitting by the shrine of Pashupatinath ji during Arati. I thank Snowyoda because I never had to worry about anything else apart from what I am going to see next.         The travel agent (Snow Yoda - Me.Sumit) had made our trip the most memorable. We had absolute fun and joyous time. Road conditions with in Nepal is very bad as Road construction work is going on. Mountain flight was excellent. We got second chance (From Budha Air) as on day one due to weather condition mountain can not be seen. The airline provide refund or reschedule of flight in case of bad weather.

        We travelled to Nepal on a 9 days (8 nights) tour in March 2024. We were two couples and our itinerary covered Kathmandu, Chitwan National Park, Pokhara & Nagarkot. The tour was organised by M/s Kabru Adventure Holidays, Kathmandu, through Travel Triangle. A single vehicle (Toyota Hiace) picked us up from Kathmandu airport and remained with us for the entire tour, finally dropping us off at Kathmandu airport on 9th day. The trip was well planned and we got very good hotels throughout the entire trip. Rain greeted us at Pokhara, and it did play spoilsport for a day. Despite that, we did manage to squeeze in a little bit of local sightseeing there. A birthday surprise with cake was arranged for my wife at the hotel in Souraha which was very well received by our entire group. Mr Amit Dhami of Kabru Adventure planned and conducted day-to-day coordination with us during the entire trip. Special thanks to him.

        Hi team , Overall it was good trip and arrangements by RLH team. But it had many areas of improvement. 1. Cab : cab was in very good condition ,but highly disappointed by the driver . He was not at all helpful, completely money minded even tried to cheat me by overcharging at couple of instances . The travel agency needs to do proper background checks of the drivers , the current driver had a criminal record as heard from him these things makes the travel very uncomfortable and scary . The behaviour of the driver with us was also so moody .. he speaks fine and on the other second uses foul language if some arrangements are not in his favour. Not at all cooperative during the trip had to miss many places as he refused to take travel or misleaded us saying those are closed or of least importance. And just to avoid or finish the trip early he even misguided mentioning he is new to the place and don’t know anything. Resulting in missing few places . 2. Hotel were very good no complaints 3. Travel Agency : arrangements were satisfactory. Felt that I had to make multiple enquires for few arrangements and at few instances the response time was delayed . I understand it’s basically with a fellow agent illness , but I believe the team should have handed it over to a new agent in such scenarios . Customer can’t compromise his trip because of any external reasons . I guess those were few point of improvement I can think of currently. Due to confusion in payment modes I was ended up paying more to the company that is not acceptable at all. Hotels arranged were amazing

        100% satisfied with the services u provided to us. All the drivers are so perfect in their job,they drive very safe & nice. Their behavior ,& attitude are so nice & heart touching.they were very punctual every time. Hotel RAMADA ENCORE,worth stay there, staff restaurant are so good, good was very delicious & hygiene. But hotel BAR PEEPAL is very down grade. Break fast so in hygiene, so many FLY were there over food & on the table. Break fast was very down grade, fly was tasting food first. When I was taking bath door of bathroom locked, No telephone inside, fortunately my wife was there,she open that door from out side, If single guest stuck in this situation, Usko to bhagwan hi bacha sakega. Room is also full of mosquitos I discuss this with manager Ishwar & lodge complaint. He said this is only in your room, But not this situation in other room also. Please take care while u business with BAR PEEPAL, They are hitting your reputation very badly.
