        When we approached Travo Guider for Kashmir-Ladakh trip, Santa Singh gave us a good quote and itinerary. Santa Singh also booked us to and fro flights and coordinated well. Santa Singh responds immediately to calls or messages. The cab and the driver provided in Leh were good.

        The package included 3 days bike trip. The bike they provided was the worst. It had a weak battery and there was also wiring problem. The first day ,we had to start our journey late because the agent messed up the inner line permit required and he had to renew it on the day of journey. This ruined the plan for the day and we couldn't cover all the places. The next day, the battery of the bike drained completely and even the kickstart didn't work...We had to contact a local mechanic to start the bike again. Again throughout the journey we faced trouble with it due to misfiring and the bike stopped for no reason in between. This messed up the plan for the day. Also the local help provided by the agency is of no good. When we tried to contact him in urgency he never answered the call. Overall, the response from the agency was poor once all the payment is done. The place was beautiful and breathtaking... Other than the issues we faced with the rental bike everything was good

        Thanks for a great trip, Lazy Yatra. Firstly, kudos to the drivers! Both of them were super polite, supportive, patient and had a great interactive nature. The trip couldn't have been possible without them! Coming to the coordination with the contacts provided, we should've been given the contact numbers of the drivers directly and not their managers. Given we are traveling in a place where signals may or may not have come, this was of utter importance. The owner of Tents in Nubra was very rude, but the stay was comfortable. The hotel in Leh wasn’t the one on our voucher and it was because of the owner of the hotel. He had all the rooms booked (despite prior reservations by LY) and asked us to relocate to his extended family’s hotel. This was a bit of discomfort. On the whole, thanks for the management. Yugal did a great job in helping me with the bookings and coordination piece. However, I still feel things could have been better managed from Travel Triangle’s end. The drive from Sringar to Leh was the most memorable part of the trip! The landscape was beautiful. Both the drivers were very accommodating, kind and also, had amazing playlist that keep us going!

        We enjoyed our trip to Leh- Ladakh through Travo Guider. Santa Singh was very helpful throughout with customising the itinerary. Everything was organised well. The stays were good and we got really good food everywhere. Hospitality was great as well. In the end, when there was a flight cancellation, he was very efficient in helping us reschedule . Definitely recommend going with them..

        Travel agent was good except they made few changes in itinerary which they didn’t tell us and we got to know about only after inquiring the hotels directly. Cab driver was pathetic, zero driving sense. He has set commission with each and every guy starting from taking snow shoes, snow dress, guides, ponies and what not. He get people who followed us during each location due to which we ended up paying hefty amounts over and above the normal prices.

Hotels were good except Grand Yasmin which was too busy to close rather than take good care of guests, food options were limited and okayish. The Pal and Organic Boutique were good, only the reception at the Pal is very novice. Trip Trail personnel Mr Aman was very helpful throughout the trip addressing to any hiccups encountered during the trip. Shoutout to Mr Rigen Gurmet who is an exceptional driver and very kind.
