          Please consider the below as feedback for Feedback on Mr. Furkan from Reify, and our driver – Elias Ali Fukran has been an amazing travel agent! We requested for our Honeymoon trip to be booked in the last minute, almost 72hr before the start of our journey. He has been fantastic through out the process. He listened to my (relatively complex) situation very patiently, accommodated my every need in a timely and a perfect manner! For example, he accommodated 3 travellers (instead of the traditional 2 for a honeymoon). He found the best resorts in the most remote locations, exactly as required. He constantly kept in contact with us, to ensure our well-being! He assigned us our driver: Elias Ali, who was amazing. Considering that we do not live in India, we had varying dietary requirements, from city to city. I am happy to say that both Fukran and Elias took very good care of us. There were times when we requested to visit extremely remote locations. Elias had to severely alter our original plans and drive through troubled roads, to satisfy our every travel and dietary related requirements. In conclusion, Fukran and Elias Ali had been a fantastic team! I would love to travel with them again in a heart beat! I am also happy to recommend Mr. Furkan to my friends and family!

          Recently had memorable trip of Meghalaya. Worth mentioning - 1. The agent Ms Nikitha was so friendly and polite in understanding our need and curating the itenary for us that we felt she is part of our family. Nikitha made perfect plan based on landing time, time available with us, type of people, preferences and choices. She ensured the minimum travel back tracking and maximum utilization of time maintaining comfort. This was value for money 2. Hotels and accommodations were clean and healthy. The staff was polite, food was also good. They all accommodated our last minute needs. 3. The driver Mr Bhabhen was cherry on the cake. He understood the customer and made us comfortable. He used to advise us on food, travel and route. He also accommodated last minute changes in itenary without any cost impact. He was one of the safe drivers I had seen following all rules and keeping cool. I could not see any event where he has seen his own comfort or benefit. The maturity and conduct was very good.           The Meghalaya package we chose was suggested by the travel partner and we thoroughly enjoyed it. All the hotels were provided with view points or other perks and the response of the travel partner and hotel staff was polite and good.           We had booked a land package to the North East covering Kaziranga and a couple of places in Meghalaya. The trip was well organized ensuring we have enough time to go site-seeing, travel and rest. The hotels were picked in a way that they are close to the places we go to see, however not all were very well maintained and could have been better. The driver who took us around was well versed with the roads and was able to drive along foggy roads with ease Aastha from Reify did take a lot of effort to organize this and make it a memorable one for us.
