Well planned customized trip to Kerala. Great experience. The same personal cab was with us right from our arrival in Kerala. Parakkat resort suggested by Robin was located at best place. 5* for my visit in Munnar In Alleppey, Houseboat experience was also nice. Food was also great here. The houseboat needed some maintenance but overall 4* experience In Thekkady, we chose Sterling, our room was awesome. The food was not as expected. 4* for stay and 1* for food In Kovalam, we got a room in Sagara beach resort. The stay here was awesome. Food was not as expected. 5* for stay and 2* for Food. Parakkat resort in Munnar, houseboat in Alleppey and Kanyakumari was best places we visited

hotels and services were pretty good. but attitude of the driver was very bad. he was only taking us to some shops with which he had contacts. we were told that the car will be staying with us always, and being with a baby, it was essential that it always stays with us. But the driver was not at all co-operative and was getting irritated when asked to stay with the car for a longer period. He was constantly promoting the massage places and restaurants he had contacts with and discouraging us when we were trying to go some places of our choice. Also, it was understood that we were hiring the car for a fixed km. but even when total km was well below the limit, he was getting irritated and angry whenever we required a lottle detour. the driver ruined the essence of the trip for us.

Overall experience with travel triangle is very good and they resolved all the problems which I faced. But their vendor bookitforgetit is not reliable and they messed up multiple things and I had to call travel triangle representative to get those solved. Good thing is that travel triangle representative was very responsive and solved all the things messed up by their vendor bookitforgetit.

There was lot of chasing done by travel triangle for this. Bookings were arranged well in time. Well coordinated by Mamta and Sanjeev. Was not knowing about this earlier...worth the money and time spent. Green woods resort Thekkady is a very good property suggested by you. Do not recommend India vacation houseboat to any of your guests ... No activity planned for the evening...they were not switching on the AC till 9pm...worst part of the trip...could have been better managed

Great experience and amazing Place. The Travel Agent Sagar was helpful throughout and easy to reach out to all the time. The Cab driver Ananth was very good and polite. The Hotels Aranyaka at Munnar and Kodai Lip at alleppy were the best. We went to Cherrai which i think was not required, the hotel was also not that great along with the location. You should skip cherrai if planning your trip.

Had a great overall experience for my Kerala trip. Bapan helped in customizing the trip. He not only recommended an iternary but customized it for me many times as per my need. He also gave various options for booking the resort. Resorts recommended were good, they were at good locations with amazing views. During the actual trip, Bapan used to follow-up daily to ensure that everything was going as per the plan. Had a great overall experience for my Kerala trip. Bapan helped in customizing the trip. I had a wonderful experience in Kerala in terms of place , travels but just want to add one suggestion. Please book hotels more carefully even if package includes 3 star hotels but there were much better hotels in Kovalam and Thekkady which were 3-star on same price with a slight variation. Because I have faced little issue with hotels only specially in Kovalam that they had only 10% of things which were mentioned in their menu and food taste service was below average. Rest all of the hotels we're good and our driver was very cooperative and sweet. Also Jipson coordinated very well during travel whenever required. Only bad part was Kovalam stay, I am disappointed with that. Houseboat was an awesome experience for me. I loved the service by all of the 3 staff on houseboat, they were really cooperative and sweet. Had a great time in Munnar stay i.e. lake n hills resort - their staff is also good and food was awesome. Overall had a great time in Kerala. Will try to come again for sure

It was a great experience and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. I was traveling with elderly people and also a child. I must say that all the arrangements were done beautifully. The cab provided to us was big enough to adjust the luggage we were carrying. It was clean and very well maintained. We were picked up at Kochi airport by our Cab driver Sanoj who was extremely friendly and ensured that our trip was comfortable. He knew the locations like the back of his hand and also guided us with ticket booking through online channels so that we don't have to stand in line or miss the viewpoints. Thanks to him for being such a great guide. Also, I must thank Anshu and Ansh from Back2Travels & Travel Triangle that they took great care in customizing the trip for me & my family. All the details were shared in advance and not a single time, did I have to get back to the trip manager for any problem. Thanks a lot, Back2Travels and Travel Triangle

We selected Deva Travel House for our Kerala trip from 30 th September to 4 th october.Right the planning stage till the final departure from Kochi the trip was so immaculately managed and executed that it will remain ever imprinted in my mind’s eye as bright as the blue fermament. They delivered whatever they promised and it was worth the premium that they charged.I must thank Shafy who coordinated during the entire trip and personally came to the airport to greet and meet. Our driver Siraj was a gem of a person. Extremely sober, gentle and polite. We were picked up from Kochi airport and driving through the beautiful valleys we reached our resort Rivulet. The villa was so beautiful and well located amidst the lap of Mother Nature that given an opportunity I can stay there for ever. The staff was very hospitable and caring. Next day we visited adventure kingdom where we enjoyed a lot. Later we visited Ripple tea museum and the estate manager there gave a very good understanding of how tea is processed. We then visited some dams and gardens and after overnight stay we started for Thekaddy. On the way we visited Periyar spices and Ayurvedic garden where our guide Sheba gave an excellant tour of the plantation. We then checked into our hotel Sarovar portico ( Poetree) which was too good.We then visited Periyar National park which was a bit disappointing. During the boat safari we could see only deers. No sight of tigers or elephants. But after the dismal show at Periyar national park we went for the Kalaripattu show. I must say I have never seen anything like this in my life. It is a must go for all visitors. After overnight stay we started for Alleppey which was the most awaited part of our trip. Our luxury houseboat did not disappoint us. The staff was very nice and during the cruise we got some prawns and crab from the shore which was nicely cooked and served by our chef. After spending a memorable night in the houseboat. Ext day morning we headed for Kochi. The sight seeing was disappointing and after lunch at Grand hotel we decided to spend some time in lulu mall. The mall is nicely built and houses all brands for almost all consumables. Finally we departed from Kochi to our home in Bangalore with sweet memories of the short Kerala Trip. Thanks Travel Triangle and Deva travels for facilitating the excellant trip.

Hotel at Munnar and thekkady was good. Hotel at kovalam below standard. Houseboat at alleppy was a disaster. We leave house boat, no alternative accommodation provided by travel agent and book hotel at our own cost( Reimbursements must done). One suggestion, Never book houseboat online. Leave it to travelers to book at own after reaching alleppy.for travel agent, Need improvement in tour package planning. Taxi services was good enough. Driver was polite and always on time. overall tour was nice Munnar was the best part of trip.
