Slightly disappointed with the resort location at Ooty, room location, staff cooperation, food was not up to the mark. Cab driver/service was excellent and was very professional in all aspects.

        It was good. Hotels were good, the confirmation details of hotels were not provided till the end which created confusion and the driver took us to a different hotel as he was also not aware of the change of hotel. Driver was good but we needed to tell him to take to the points mentioned in iteniary firmly as he always insisted on skipping few points. Car quality was good. Varun was just a call away in case of any query or confusion. He was really helpful.

        The hotel at Coorg was amazing and the food was good too. The hotel at Ooty was good too but it was far away from the city leaving us no choice of eating out at night. The hotel food at Kodaikanal was quite disappointing. The breakfast was good but the dinner that we ordered was not good at all. The hotel had no beverages which included sodas and coke etc for both days! Quite disappointing again! The driver was friendly and kept guiding us. He couldn’t give us any suggestions to eat at night in Kodaikanal which was the need of the hour. All the places we visited. Best was Dubbare elephant camp. Quite an adventure! I loved the Guna caves too!

        Hi, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to provide some feedback regarding the itinerary for my recent trip. While I appreciate your efforts in organizing the trip, I found that the itinerary was not as well planned as expected. Firstly, the places to visit in the selected locations seemed poorly organized. Some of the destinations mentioned in the itinerary like Dam in Coorg and Sakleshpura didn't exist or may not be operational and waterfall in Sakleshpura is a private property that we cannot visit without permission. Additionally, the sequence of the places was not ideal. The travel flow felt disjointed, and there were long travel times between certain cities, which could have been optimized to make the trip more enjoyable. I hope this feedback can help improve the planning for future trips, as I believe with better organization and sequencing, the experience would have been much more seamless.         The driver was not great at communication and after the complaint about his health he became unresponsive at times, which was on the first day itself. It would have been a better trip for us. Explored good south Indian food where the driver took us. He had good knowledge of the route.

        Two hotels were booked. In the first hotel (Preethi Towers Classic), the rooms were not clean. Even after reaching out to the manager multiple times, it was not rectified. Toilet was very dirty that cleaning it once was not going to solve the problem. Second hotel (Lake view hotel) was good. No complaints. Travel agent could have coordinated well with the hotel management to understand the fare before informing the customer.
