      Please verify hotels before giving. Our 3star hotel didnt have lift for standard rooms and we got accomodation at 4th floor. So it was hectic for us, also there shower room is too small and spray is not in working condition. So please at least verify basic facilities We had a wonderful experience in krabi and phuket. Travel and tours managed by Lucky was great. We would like to look forward for next trip

Some points I would want to highlight: It was 7 days trip covering Krabi, PhiPhi and Phuket the hotels that were allocated was good for Krabi and PhiPhi but could have been better for Phuket (there were plenty of good options available) Phuket hotel: Below average room, Limited support from hotel staff, locality could have been better PhiPhi hotel: Villa was good, Room service could have been better, the staff were not at all responsive, no phone to contact reception/room service Krabi hotel: Amazing support/response from hotel staff Transportation: The arrangement was amazing, the coordination could have been better

      The trip was good, thanks to Mr. Rahul Khantwal he well supported.  Things that I didn't like:  1) The city tour, in city tour only things that they covered was Big Buddha and Chalong temple nothing gets suggested more from their side, you have to explore from your own. 2) On the first day, they asked for extra money by saying the national park fee for the coral island in the quotation they mentioned 2 national park fees but while the trip they ask for 3rd island too, that I didn't like to because they didn't mention that in there original quotation.  3) At the starting of the trip, they start adding unnecessary issues, like Phuket to Karbi transfer will be via ferry but in my quotation, it is clearly mentioned it will be by road. 4) Last and important thing, keep everything in writing because at the end agents get changed and they do not care what they talked about initially.

      We were on a honeymoon trip.. Our first destination was Krabi and we were given a 4 star property named the Mandawee resort and spa. This is not a 4 star property and is below 3 star . The room assigned to us was 53 at 183 condo . Our room was dull and gloomy and without any honeymoon eminities . We didn't feel like we are on a honeymoon. Our room's toilet kept smelling throughout our stay and even after complaining condition remained the same without any assistance from staff. This property is far about 20 min drive from beach l and no local transport is available, and hotel transport was at fixed hours . So lot of time and money got wasted in reaching the Ao nang beach. Our 2nd destination was phuket and as per itenary provided by local agent to us we were suppose to reach The Nature resort , and local agent recieved us there. She made us wait at hotel lobby for long as there was no conformation of our booking there. She then took us to The Natural resort which was far from the nature and thus lot of our time got wasted in this mess. In all this she kept blaming our agent in India. The Natural resort at phuket is again not a 4 star property and is a definate 3 star . We were assigned room no 4118. In hospitality both the hotels were very poor and none of the hotel staff assisted us and we have to drag our luggage to our room all by ourselves. The natural resort was better than the mandawee but not upto the mark of a 4 star property. The natural resort staff is irresponsible . They don't know how to treat there guest. This property though at a good location and is near to beach with 10 min drive , and we get good connectivity here. My overall experience i will give a 2 star .

      Experience was not so bad or not so good...average rating i would give...hotel selection for Bangkok and Phuket was not good at all...travel agent should ask for preference and then suggest rather then adding some low budget hotel just to fit in the budget proposed.... both the hotel locations were at crowded place and we had to sacrifice our sleep due to the noise.... also rather then taking all inputs from customers, agent should give some suggestions on what to visit and what is optional...it can save a lot of money for the first time travellers ...overall experience was average ..could have been better if travel agent would have given other options and some suggestions...

      Trip was good, but Phuket hotel was really worst. We felt insecure infact. It was so interior . Kindly share the trip details in advance so that we can review once. It was shared last day with me, I wasn't having enough time to check what is mentioned. Few details were not clear till last moment like up pickup at krabi to Phuket, Information wasn't shared till last moment. It could have planned it well.
