We had multiple discussions with Mr. Prasanna before the trip, he understood the way we are planning and suggested best possible locations and hotels which fits into our budget. Throughout the trip we were in contact and shared the detail whenever required. Our chauffeur, Mr. Hemantha probably the best person in this business we have ever met in any trip. He knows the routs, hotels and people everywhere. His behavior and guidance led a hassle free, comfortable and interactive journey. After 8 days of our trip, we were missing Sri Lanka and its people. Many promises were made but not delivered. Worst thing was Chetna who was providing assistance during the tour. She never pick my call. Sometimes replies me in WhatsApp only to blame me Best chauffeur Kumarasiri was given to me and I'm grateful for it

Trip was all good.. We enjoyed Sri Lanka.. But i guess travel agent should be listening us promptly and solving our query asap.. As hotels at few places were not upto mark and we complained him too but there was no positive reply from his side! Best memories were made in kandy trincomale and nuwara ellya We simply loved local Sri Lankan cuisine! And the best part was we covered all the seasons in 1 season! Beautiful place!

Anil's 11 days trip to Sri Lanka
We undertook 11 days tour of Sri Lanka from 29th Feb to 10th March 2020 and visited Anuradhapura, Sigiriya, Kandy, Nuwara-Eliya, Mirissa, Bentota and Colombo. The entire tour was well planned by the travel agency and it was quite comfortable tour. Taxi driver with luxurious sedan was with us for the entire tour from day one and provided Sim card for connectivity and also worked as guide. We stayed for 2 days at certain places but no local sightseeing on the first day was arranged by the Agency. At some places food was not to our taste. In all tour was very satisfying and comfortable.

The locations were beautiful, and the trip was pleasant. Had a nice experience. Pros : Beauty of nature The culture of sri lanka Hotels were decent apart from the one provided at Adam's peak. Hospitality was remarkable , all the hotel staffs where ever we stayed made sure we had an amazing time . Special mention Mr dilshan from hotel camellia grand. Cons: The driver was rude and barely helped us with anything . Was always cribbing and forced us to do activities we were not interested in . Name : mr parera The vehicle provided was amazing and comfortable . He refused to follow the itenary provided and often refused to stop if requested to buy water and other stuff. The travel agent mr Mohammed (Atkins travels ) was not polite and upon telling him our problem said this is what u get for what you paid. I mean that was insulting. I suffered from a minor leg injury , thanks to the hotel staff mr prasanna (bamboo cabana hotel at ella) was a remarkably sweet young boy and went out of his way to help us. The driver kept on saying on how bad indian tourist were as they didn't tip well ( I mean why would you make such a comment now and them.and also there were some famous tourist spots we didn't want to visit cuz we went for a holiday and relaxation and not for tourism ) , my choice of if I wana go do water sports or just lay wt beach and chill. He was rude enough to threaten us that he will stop the car and unload us. We just said that it's almost 10 hours left for flight and as per itenary we wanted to see colombo. Sadly enough we didn't want to fight so we directly went to airport waiting for 10 long hours for our flight. I don't wana ruin someone's career and job , but this was my experience. Maybe he is a good guy wont comment anything on his character or conduct, but his comments made us look cheap. He said we just wanted to go to the beaches because there was no entry ticket. I mean that's disgusting , we went to srilanka cuz we wanted to spend most time relaxing at the beaches. Well over all it was a good experience and I would definitely recommend sri lanka . Hotel bamboo cabana (ella) Hotel camella grand (nuvara elia) The marissa beach ( amazing ) The flying ravens And if ur up for some trekking try the Adam's peak . Its tiring but the sunrise is worth it

We recently visited Sri Lanka on a trip organized by Steeple Tours, with assistance from Dilini. She was excellent at her job, providing support throughout the trip. The accommodations were comfortable, and the staff was very welcoming. The driver was knowledgeable, showed us great places, and offered helpful suggestions for a smoother journey. However, we would like to highlight two key concerns: 1. **Herbal and Spice Garden in Bentota:** This was our first visit to the garden, and we were unsure of what to expect. Upon arrival, the representative’s initial question was whether we planned to make any purchases. They indicated that they would only show us around if we intended to buy something, as their time was valuable. Although we expressed interest in looking around before deciding, their attitude changed when we chose not to make a purchase. They made disrespectful remarks, insinuating that we couldn’t afford it. This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable, especially towards tourists who contribute to the country’s tourism industry. 2. **Availability of Indian Food:** Before flying to Sri Lanka, we repeatedly confirmed that Indian food would be available at the hotels where we would stay. Despite this, 4 out of the 7 hotels did not provide Indian food. This was disappointing, as it affected the overall experience. We kindly request you to address these issues to ensure better experiences for future travelers.

First of all let me start with the sales agent Mr.darshana, I just gave him the no. of days I would be visiting Sri Lanka and he was amazingly quick to put together a plan for us in a couple of minutes,his choices of hotels were amazing, especially the views from the rooms. Their prices are reasonable and services are excellent. We landed on 6th august,2019 in SL and the guide(Mr.Ramesh) was waiting for us patiently with the name board,he was not difficult to find. He was courteous and polite and helped us board the vehicle and start our trip to the different destination in sri lanka. We travelled from Colombo->Kandy->Nuweraellaya->ella->Beruwala(water sports and river safari). They even plan a day trip to visit the town of Galle from beruwala. I would definitely suggest Relax Lanka Tours to anyone travelling to Sri Lanka.

Had a great experience at the trip.We had no lapses in the pick up timings or any other logistic issues.The Driver cum Guide (Rakitha Vijay) was very friendly with us and very accomodative. There was a also a surprise Anniversary party which was arranged by the driver/travel agent for us which was very nice of them. Also Kemila did an excellent job in giving us the best travel Quotation and everything was arranged as per what he had promised.We definitely had an amazing experience in Sri Lanka and would go back again to explore the places we have missed. The hotel (The Habitat) could have been better in Bentota as this resort did not have a beach which was playable in the water and it was not of 5 star quality.Initially Cinnamon Bey was mentioned in the quotation and this was added in the last moment because Cinnamon Bey was sold out which is of much better quality. However rest of everything was precise as per what was promised.I will definitely recommend Tropical Ceylon and particularly Kemila and Rakitha for being very friendly and hospitable.
