      I was issued a fake ticket for cruise during the tour. Even though ticket had names of 3 passengers, ticket was found to be against names of 2 passengers. No explanation given by the agents. Despite writing several emails, no response provided. Such behaviour creates unnecessary anxiety while travelling.

      We had booked our Singapore and Malaysia trip through Abroad vacation. The trip was catered to the best of our needs, everything was properly organised from visa, tickets and private transfers. Hotels suggested and booked both in Singapore and Malaysia were very good and had great food. Plan for each day was shared well in advance along with driver details. All the pick up and drops were properly coordinated, all the drivers were very nice. We felt comfortable throughout the journey and enjoyed ourselves. Special thanks to Mr. Vineet and the entire team of Abroad vacations for perfectly organising everything, I had a hassel free journey. I will definitely recommend Abroad vacations to others.

      Though there were some hiccups , overall experience was very Good. My sincere appreciation to Mr. Prince from Deft organizers as he was helpful all the time. Cruise experience was excellent. Some of experiences noted here as below- Importantly, it was agreed to provide gifts for kids as part of package, which were not provided. However, it was agreed to deliver at my house through courier. 1. 1st day pickup was delayed from Singapore airport. 2. No pickup to Hotel was arranged at Malaysia. Self cab was arranged after a long wait. 3. Hidden service charge of Cruise not intimated proir which is around 168 SGD~9240 INR. 4. As per itenary fountain of wealth in singapore was not shown. Little India and China Town was just shown from vehicle. To cater other co passengers requirement, we were taken to other place like flyer which was not part of the package and additional cost. Madame Tussads was not shown. 5. Travel from Singapore to Malaysia was hectic in Coach with kids. Considering kids, atleast flight should have been booked. 6. Cruise experience was good. But preference should have been given for balcony rooms . Opinion should have taken prior to booking 7.Time in genting highlands was not sufficient, should have well planned.

      Shivangi and Simran were very understanding. They understood our requirements and planned the trip. The only glitch was in cab pickup at end of the day, they should give us enough time after the last show is over

      It was a good trip and we enjoyed. Travel agent guided us with some places and made a booking with good places to visit. Rates offered were good. Though there were some minor issues like itinerary change requests, cab/coach not coming on time, travel agent not available which should have been better responded to and attended. After our trip we felt that we should have received more inputs for cruise options. Overall the trip was very good, minor issues faced should be worked upon. TravelTriangle agent assigned to us and the help desk number didn't provide any support. Very pathetic support. It took 3 days of calling to help desk to get a response.

      Travel agent from Singapore was excellent and was prompt, but the agent from india,i.e book it and forget it actually did as their name is. They booked the tour and then forget to respond whenever i try to contact them. Overall it was pleasant but the hotel J8 that they provided for the last day was pathetic Everything was very good but the best part was genting cruise

      I am really thankful to Piyush saxena (our travel agent ) all the Singapore and Malaysia trip by travel triangle was customized as per our requirement for that the itenary was changed so many times... But he never had any issue helping everytime... Suddenly due to death of my father the dates had to be changed, he himself discussed with us and shared the best possible change of dates.       Singapore trip went well overall, except that the hotel is located far from little India, being vegetarian,found difficult to get proper food. All cab drivers were on time and everything went as per schedule. Malaysia trip is pathetic as there is miscommunication about sg arrival card. And got struck for half a day in immigration, our bus left without us. It took 11pm at night to reach out hotel which is 6-8 hrs delay. The star Mart travel bus which we took broke down. And travelled at 20 kmph speed for 2 hrs. Need improvement in service

      I had a good experience in both the countries. when I booked the trip Malayasia was not visa free ,however Mr Rahul has returned the visa charges once I enquired about the same. He was accommodating enough to consider the to and fro requests which I kept asking for, and did not ever loose temper and was calm enough to address my queries . Booking and payment process was smooth , I had to get the Universal Studios added at the last moment and he helped to get it done without any problems. Overall it was a well coordinated trip. As an improvement would request him to ask there agents at the respective countries to provide proper guidance on the trip itinerary in day to day basis. In Singapore it was somewhat challenging to Coordinate and get proper information regarding the same. Rahul was able to coordinate well 24*7 whenever asked for, special thanks for his family too who would be adjusting enough , being a Travel agent is not an easy task . Thanks again I had a good trip

      Wonderful experience in preparing itinerary, document submission reminder, timely travel arrangements and real time ground support. Ms.Amisha Srivasatava from Kushark Holidays was very active in followups and helping to customize the itinerary as required at a competitive price. Documents for visa were requested and visas sent without any issues. She called regularly with updates and even on the day before sent a reminder of documents to carry with hotline numbers to reach local tour agent in case of emergency, that situation didn't come though.
