Randomly found travel triangle on Google and decided to take a leap of faith , despite some negative travel reviews. It was totally worth reposing our faith in them. Our sole contact , Mr Niraj Trivedi answered on phone and WhatsApp our million anxious questions patiently , even at late night and Sundays. Thank you sir for going beyond your duty hours. Everything on the itinerary was executed seamlessly and flawlessly. Mr Sana Kandy our local guide and driver was very punctual, knowledgeable of culture and sites and safe driver. He went the extra mile to accommodate our random pit stops. Thank you gentlemen for the hassle free vacation on Paradise Island. Considering we are one people with similar resources and similar poverty standards , it makes us ponder why India cannot achieve the same standard of cleanliness? Smooth roads, plastic free sands and extremely polite quiet people ( no shouting or honking) are a joy to experience. Shoppers and food paradise. It's a great place to relax in affordable luxury.

Mention the time for travel from one place to the other as most of the day time we were in the car. Don't waste the money and time of your clients by sending them to places such as tea gardens, jewelry showrooms where prices are double the market rate and the travel agent and driver's are only benefitted at the cost of clients. Instead guide them to places where they can get genuine products at reasonable price. Your driver would take us only to places where he is benefitted. It was disgusting. In your brochure you have written stay in Bentota where as you booked us in Beruwala where the beach is gravel sand. Bentota is a decent beach but you looked after your interest and not the clients. New Delhi (Delhi), India 227 The best ! Review of Pearly Gates Lanka Reviewed 2 days ago When I booked the tour through Pearly gates I was expecting good service, but ended up being totally overwhelmed by the experience I had with this company. I first contacted Nimni over phone and was happy at her prompt answers and friendly tone.I booked with her soley on the basis of what I could guage of her over conversations on phone.( Travel Triangle was the aggregator) She had promised me a good guide cum driver and a big van for the three of us (my husband, son and I ). Rikfy picked us up from my hotel first ( I was atteding an international conference) and then my family from the airport and the next seven days we spent in Paradise ! He was a careful driver, a wonderful guide and a true friend. Attentive at all times, smiling advising, he made our tour truly special. Behind all this was Nimni - calling us to find if everything was ok. They had booked good hotels, the travel by van was very comfortable but most important - the personal touch at every moment by Rikfy made everything special. On the last evening we ordered dinner at the restaurant in Hotel Ocean Colombo but when the food didnt come even after almost an hour we were very upset. We called Rikfy and though it was after 10.30 pm he came and took us to an Arabian restaurant. As some of us are diabetic this was a life saver !.I recommend Pearly gates to everybody if you want true service with a smile, and Nimni and Rikfy really make you feel at home in Sri Lanka !

Our recent family trip to Sri Lanka was very well-organized and efficiently executed. The locations of hotels was great and the service was good too. Our tour guide, Rilwan, was very friendly and knowledgeable. His patience and efficiency made the entire experience even better. It's a beautiful country with many scenic spots and lovely people. It was a memorable trip! Thank you to leisure tours and travel triangle! There were many beautiful memories but one of the best was the hike to Little Adam's Peak and the view from there was just mesmerizing.

Hotels were fabulous. English speaking cab driver was generous enough to adjust to our requirements and guided to his fullest to extract the best. The cab driver generously shared his currency when we felt short and finally he parted with a jackfruit from his farm. He forever stayed in touch if ever our sim plan expired. His support was tremendous along with Elegance Lanka who made our trip a memorable one. Thanx Travel Triangle for opening such agent to us

First off, for those of you who have not visit Sri Lanka, you should make plans to do so. Despite my family and I having vacationed in places like Japan, Switzerland and China where the landscapes can be breathe taking, Sri Lanka's took us by surprise. It's a beautiful country with incredible natural beauty filled with picturesque mountains, rivers and lakes and a people who are friendly and helpful. The tourism industry though, is still in its infancy, and standard of service has some ways to go. Despite paying for top-end hotels, we were shocked to find that many of them do not even have air-conditioning in the rooms. Although we made a conscious decision to select our own hotels, the tour agency was not even aware of the lack of air-conditioning in those facilities and did not advise us on it. So although TravelTriangle was useful in recommending several tour agencies for us to secure proposals from, the agencies themselves do little more than just provide barebone service focused on pricing. You will have to do a lot more homework on your own if you want to ensure an enjoyable visit and avoid surprises.

We had good experience with Travel Triangle during initial enquiry. Support was good with providing vendor details and following with us continiously to seek our feedback. The travel agents they connect are all verified and provide good support. We had fantastic experience with Travo adventures, srilanka. Starting from providing quotation to clarifying and booking was smooth. All the arrangements picking from airport till droping back to airport after our iternary was well taken care. All the hotels provided were excellent and driver and vehicle were good. We covered all the places as planned and enjoyed the trip. Direct Link is a very good and reliable travel agent in Sri Lanka. Shafna from Direct Link helped us plan our Sri Lanka trip very well. She was very courteous, well-behaved, responsive before, during and after booking the trip. It was a pleasure interacting with her. Rizmi, our driver-guide, was very courteous, punctual and always available when we needed him. I would recommend him to anyone traveling to Sri Lanka. The only con was the food quality and service at the hotels -- Sri Lankan hotels really need to improve the behaviour and responsiveness of their servers and front office staff. While Horton Towers in Nuwara Eliya, Mandara Resort in Mirissa, and Manara Beach in Beruwala were just about ok in terms of service, Ehalagala Resort in Sigiriya was the pits. The service quality at most of the hotels wasn't up to the mark. Ehalagala Resort in Sigiriya was the pits. There was no electricity or hot water (I had to literally beg for a bucket of hot water to take a shower as I had fever and couldn't shower with cold water), the intercom was not working, the food quantity was a joke, and service was very, very bad, to say the least. The manager wouldn't even look people in the eye or be courteous while talking and should be fired immediately. We heard that the hotel staff can't do their work properly because of his inefficiency. The food at Horton Towers and Mandara Resort needs improvement, as does the time responsiveness of the servers and hotel staff. At Manara Beach (Beruwala), on the first day, the hotel staff messed up, as our rooms had been given to some other people as we arrived late. They later made up by giving us really good rooms and great service. The food at Manara Beach was excellent.
