I am writing this thank you note for Shubham for organising a very detailed tailored made tour to Switzerland and Paris. Day wise itinerary was so perfect that we could cover maximum places around Switzerland and Paris . My personal thanks to Shubham Sagar for providing constant support throughout booking process. Eiffel tower is always a special destination for couples and I was overjoyed by seeing the full paris view from top of the tower.Disneyland was a dream destination and I was thrilled to visit both the parks as provided in itinerary meeting lot of disney characters and enjoying roller coasters rides based on Disney and Avengers theme.Switzerland will always be special. it was my first ever holiday . Lucerne was amazing, I call it the city with lake and mountains. Walking through old town admiring each building is truly an amazing experience. A walk along lake Lucerne holding hands with my wife was truly romantic with the sun setting in the background. Mt titlis was beautiful and the air gondola gives you a 360 degree view of the surrounding Swiss Alps. You cannot resist the Swiss chocolates and cheese . Thanks Shubham for such a wonderfull trip . The best memories would include Top view of Eiffel Tower, the Fireworks show in Disneyland and Top of Mount Titlis.

We spent 8 days touring Paris and Switzerland, covering major highlights and soaking in the European vibe. The travel agent provided every assistance to make the process smooth and hassle free. I was little apprehensive given the deal was entirely online, but the final services left me more than happy. Vishal Thakur, was the one man army who constantly engaged with me right through the visa process to final delivery of vouchers. Constantly clarifying doubts and aiding every decision regarding the holiday, he was an absolute delight to interact with. The travel commitments were all honoured and there were no rude surprises. All in all, it was a thoroughly pleasurable experience - five stars to the travel agent, Travel Triangle and especially Vishal!

Overall had a good experience only one thing was an issue, the visa documentation progress was not that much good as ours was rejected 1st time after we applied. Then again we applied for the same and got it. In the visa processing only Madhu mam helped us other than that no other personal in the team seem to have that much experience in shengen visa processing. Also the trip management team did there best and we visited all the awesome place in Paris thanks to them. Overall had a great experience. Thank you

The trip was delightful,lots of great memories were made. All the arrangements (flights, hotels, cars, cab transfers) went as planned..... Wine country was fun - we even learned to enjoy good red wine. We toured France , Ibiza and rest of Spain. On Ibiza resort we enjoyed the pool and beach, the food was outstanding, I play the beach volleyball , shopping in Paris , lots of great dinners/tapas (snacks) and just cruising around the Ibiza island and Siene river Paris made the time fly too quickly. It was a great way to celebrate work off days .Raunak helped a lot and took care of every detail. Right from visa assistance,flights,vaccination, entry to EU a great concern, everything was dealt carefully.Looking forward to plan another vaccation in coming years with you. Overall experience was great. Only issue was with the airline service which got changed in the last moment and I had to pay additional 21k for the same. All vouchers were provided on time except for the Eiffel tower. The hotel in Paris was good but far from Eiffel tower and the Big Bus tour area. We spent a lot of time just to travel to the desired location and had less time to enjoy leisure time. The stay in Swiss was perfect, the public transports were at walking distance. The swiss pass was provided for four days and we had no issues in traveling anywhere in the city.

In a word "Awesome". The trip was simply amazing. Anishka - From the beginning of the planning, she helped me plan the dates and customize it as per my needs without any hesitation and also mentioned a few good suggestions. Pawan - After the arrangements and payment, he helped me in checking out the necessary documents for my VISA as it was my first. There were lots of mailing him and corrections and he had no burden in fixing it every time. Prasanth - Handling me the final vouchers suggesting the time planning well, made some more suggestions to visit by making time. Overall, it all ended well, the itinerary was very clear and didn't have to ask more clarifications. We came back safe and sound thanks to the entire team.

Prompt reply by Travel Agent and nice & helpful guide Mr Sushant Vedak during the trip were the highlights. Following observations are made: 1. Date of travel was revised to 14 August 2022 from 09 August 2022 leading to increase of airfare for about Rs 44000/-. It was told that change of date was due to a group of 13 people who want the trip after Raksha Bandhan feastival. There was no such group. 2. As per itinerary, we were told to reach between 8 AM to 2 PM and in the evening were supposed to go for Siene river Cruise. We reached at 0925AM in Paris. On reaching it was informed that there was no cruise that day because some people had to reach late in the evening. That day was wasted for us. All group members had reached by 7 PM. Cruise was held next day along with other itinerary thereby giving less time to other activities. On first day we had to spend our money about 100 Euros each to spend time for local visits. Either all members should have been told to reach by 12 Noon or we should have also been told to reach by evening on first day. It is requested to REFUND the first day amount to us. 3. There was heavy rush in Disneyland Paris due to some holiday in Paris. Also some activities were closed there. Itinerary should be adjusted looking into such circumstances. 3. Travel agent had told us to bring light wollen clothes though heavy wollen clothes were required in Switzerland at Jungfraugh and Mount Titlis. It is suggested due to uncertain weather in Switzerland all should be advised to take wollen clothes accordingly. View from Top Floor of Eiffel Tower Paris was marvellous. Memories of amazing Switzerland are everlasting.

We are extremely happy with the trip arranged by Vishal for Paris and Swiss. It was one memorable experience and we enjoyed every moment of it . Higjly recommend without any regrets.

First of all I want to thank Travel Masterz esp Arpita and Amit for making my honeymoon experience such a great one. Round the clock support was a big relief for the first time traveler to Europe like me. Very well planned trip, totally taking my requirements and budget into account. Travelled to 3 different cities in 3 different countries - Amsterdam, Belgium and Paris. Full support was provided for visa application. Before boarding the flight, everything was very well explained. All the hotels in which we stayed were really good esp the one in Paris. Special thanks to travel Masterz for the wonderful decoration and champagne surprise in Paris Hotel Room. Had the best time of my life.

Had a very good experience of booking the Europe trip with Duniya Safari through Travel Triangle. The overall trip was fantastic except few areas like hotels in brussel and Paris. The rooms were quite small with no luggage space. Ignoring that, the entire holiday was managed well by Priyanka from hashtag journey and it was memorable.
